Hello all, i ve create this thread for all Methyl 1-P user.
I' m waiting my order with Methyl 1-P and my Formadrol Xtreme for PCT.
I would we write in this thread our progression like:
1- Blood test before and after cycle.
2- Exercice during work out each day.
3- Weight before and after the cycle and after the PCT, why not Bf%
4- Strength gains on body parts.
5- Psychological Effects.
6- Improvement on weigth exercices.
Methyl 1-P user you' re welcome into my thread.
Here, we don't need chemical speaking thanx and go away with.
We don' t need Legal Gear Haters go away too.

I just updated my log, for me it has been just seven days but I am up four pounds. I feel stronger, and I am getting better pumps.
I put in my thread, that for some reason I feel "good" on this stuff, not wired or anything just more happy if that makes any sense at all to you.
I work out four times a week and I can post my workout if you think that would really help, I dunno
I really can't do something day to day, because I can only get on a computer a couple of days a week, but I will do the best I can

i ve seen ur log it is very interesting, i will write all my improvement as soon as i will get my order.
I can just put already some pics of me before a M 1-P cycle:
Black and White pics are 3months old i ve just used creatine, protein, clean diet, glutamine, BCAA, multi-vit, anti-oxydants....and others products during January to June.
My color pics are recent just 2 or 1 months old :) nothing has really changed.
*I ve begun bodybuilding there is 5months, i don't lie, i just got a good genetic i think. Of course i like sports that is why i think i m a bit advanced.
Can u tel me why did u choose M 1P?

Ive been on 1-p for about a 6 days now, taking 3 pills a day. Starting weight was 165, weight now is 172. I am also stacking the BSN mass stack with it though. All lifts are improving rapidly, in fact everytime i go back i feel stronger. Gains seem pretty lean, still maintaining a six pack with little to no ab work. Oh yeah on a side note, i havnt hade a pimple in about a year and a half, but now have a couple so thats a good sign test is increasing. So far i love this stuff!! Will try to answer any question you may have.

I just bought my first bottle of m1p and hope that my results are as good as what some of your have been. I'm going to start a log too so I'll help keep you up to date. I'm also going to be taking twinlab gainers fuel 2500, and creatine.

I'm needing to get stronger fast. I have to do 12 chinups in one month from now. I currently can do 6...one month ago I could do 3. It's for a police test. Is M1P a joke, or for real? I also need to lose 3 % bodyfat. Is it true this will fatten me up? The material reads dry gains. Any one finding fat free gains?
I am also taking ultra tribestis. I'm 6'8 233. with 17.7 percent body fat currently.
Also gotta increase my dips... Doing chest and biceps twice a week. Back and Triceps twice a week, and about 7 cardio's per week at about 65 % of my heart rate max to burn the most fat.
I also take top fuel by PVL, along with Force 10 creatine by PVL, and ISO Gold Protein, about 200 grams of that per day, along with a high protein diet, lower carbs...finding I should add a few more carbs to survive, was on 20 carbs a day for 3 weeks.
ANy Ideas... again is M1P for real? Or ???

I got Methyl 1-P but i have to pay my work-out club to go to pump iron because my subscribtion has expired lol I will try Methyl 1-P as soon as my subscribtion will be renewed.

Hi just had my M1 P arrive today with formadrol V2 for PCT.Hope to start cycle next month..[just got back to gym in 4 years so breakin myself in].Just a couple of questions;was thinking of stacking Omega's Thunder,and All The Whey with the M1 P,is this ok,and roughly how many cals per day will i need for the cycle?
I am currently 172lb,unsure of body fat,and 31 years old.Any advice would be helpful as this will be my first cycle.Have a clean diet,and have only taken creatine mono and protein shakes in the past

I have been on 3 pills a day for 10 days and have seen relatively little improvement in size or strength. I will say that I have pain in the testicles which began around day 3 so I am assuming there may be a correlation between the 2, anyone else experiencing similar effects?

Lilgipetto is a troll -- don't pay any attention to his obvious trashing of M1P. Maybe the pain in his testicles is a lack of ethics.

Second day on M1P...I'm sure it's not fair to assume anything yet...I've been taking tribbulis for the last month, creatin(force10) and the NO product that is by PVL as well...and also on a low carb diet...up till 3 days ago. I started 4 weeks ago at 245 at 6'8. 21% body fat. I'm now 231 and 17.7 % bodyfat. Been burning like 2000 calories a day like 3 to 4 days a week, and doing 4 muscle building days as well.
I'm trying to Reach 9 chinups in the next 4 weeks. I started at 3 chinups...2 weeks ago I hit 6.5...and today I could only do 5. So...we'll see in the next two back work outs if M1P is worth it's weight. I should see gains right? I'm now cutting back on my cardio/fat burning workouts, I am still trying to lose another 2 percent body fat...but less drastically. O ya...I'm also doing the ECA stack...325 mg of aspirin, 250 mg of caffeine(found in a product called "cutter") and 25 mg of ephedrin. This is taken 3 times a day. The creatin and NO is taken before workout and immediately after. The M1P is taken 1 pill 4 times a day.
ANy Ideas men of muscle??? Can this 230 lb man get strong enough to do his @#%# chinups???

If you build muscle you eat more! it is normal!
If you get fat gain then check your diet and your work-out.

i have this question i am 21 years old..i weigh 170 lbs and i am wondering how many pills should i take? (M1P) i was thinking of 2 pills a day since i am a rookie with all these prohormones and steriods..

I got an email from Warren at legal gear, and talked with them on the phone. Here's Warren's email to me.
"This is a product that can be used as a stand alone. You can take it for 4-6 weeks, and based on studies, liver impact should be minimal.
As far as the validity, we had several testers, and continually get positive emails reguarding this product. I would say we get emails from "non-responders" about twice a month, which is right around the amount of "non-responders" we had with Methyl 1-test, so we are very proud of our newest product.

Nothing Earth Shattering. They also said their new product, soon to be released, methol 1 ad will give explosive gains by stacking the first two weeks with 3 pill of m1P with M1ad...then the next four weeks 6 pills of M1P...they suggest to follow with 4 weeks formadryl.
Who knows??? It ain't out. But they said there should be steady gains on M1P... But they said, "use 3 bottles" for your cycle. 4 - 6 weeks. I'm over 200 and they suggested using the full dose of 5 per day.

Right off their site:

Well there is two ways you can increaseyour chinups, you can increase strength, but you could also decrease your lower body mass, maybe take a good fat burner.
