Just curious what and when you take your supplements. I was doing 3 protein shakes a day (morning, post workout, and night), combined with a pre-workout NO supplement......and vitamins.
I'm also wondering if you guys who use creatine (cellmass specifically) use it after you workout along with a protein supplement. I was trying to do that for a while and i was having trouble swallowing down two shakes after my workout and then trying to eat dinner and whatever else......so i cut out the cellmass cause i was under the impression the protein was more important cause it was just too much to swallow at once........
If some of you guys have a free minute and could jot down your supplement schedule for me to get a few ideas i would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Sounds like you're on the right track for the most part. For creatine, I use MAGnitude (PRE / DURING). Some of my protein blends also contain some creatine, so I keep that in mind. When I'm on the road, I take Green BULGE creatine (caps) WITH CARBS (feedback is outstanding with this method)... my fave convenient carb source = granola bars / oats.
More ideas and info on what has worked so far for me:

Protein is a necessity - it doesn't have to be powder, it can be food, but you must have a protein source at this time.
