I took one dosage on my day off just for the heck of it. Took one serving 35 minutes before my workout and let me tell you it was intense. I worked chest/back and it was solid. The energy was there, and the pump was great. As I was going through my workout my arms were pumping up and it wasn't even an arm day and if felt like one! I had a really effective workout and I can start to feel the soreness kicking in (it's now been 9hrs since my workout) so I know I've had an intense gym session. So far I'd have to say that the pump didnt last too long after I left the gym, however, my muscles did feel tight for a good couple hours afterwards. I hope this is a good sign of whats to come.
I'll post strength/weight changes as I go along. I'm also trying extremely hard to stay with my "bulking" plan and have enough fuel for my body but it's hard due to the nature of working in retail.

Took WB 30 minutes prior to workout. Focus and energy was there hardcore. Legs/Arm day did everything with supersets and I noticed that I was sweating a lot more than usual but felt great. The energy was definitely there to crank out those last couple sets. At the end of my workout I was looking huge. Definitely getting noticed in the gym. ;-) Weight is still the same but I've increased all my lifts (could just be a mental thing).
Anyone know if should take this on my days off?

Took 40 minutes prior to workout on an empty stomach. Energy and focus is amazing. Went up 10lbs or more in almost all my lifts compared to last week. Pumps were great it's been about an hour and a half since the gym and my chest still feels tight. I looked at the clock at the gym and didnt even realize I had been there for over an hour...so I'll have to watch that I don't start to overtrain...it's easy to do on WB.
Updated pics. Weight is still the same.
P.S. I'm looking for a better back workout..any ideas PM me. Thanks

Are you stacking it with anything or is this all you're taking?

Took 45 minutes before workout. Focus & energy still there. Strength still going up in all my lifts. Was at the gym for about an hour..still have to watch the time as to not over train. Pumps were good, muscles still feel/look full for about an hour afterwards. So far so good with WB.

Worked on chest and arms...might be switching to a new routine. Felt good at the gym, looked huge when I left the gym after about an hour (well as huge as I can look lol). Weight is still the same. Grrr stupid job.
