Day 1:
got my bottle today, took first dose at about 1:00pm, 30 min. before my workout.
today was legs and shoulders. did squats, leg press, calf raises, leg ext, leg curls, military press, high pulls, shoulder shrugs.
took second dose around 4:00pm
i felt good on every workout; i dont think the pills will effect me untill tomorrow but i had a good workout today.
current weight 164 lbs
