I received 2 bottles of Higher Power's M1T2 in the mail today. I will start taking this tommorow.

Stats: 6'1, 230 lbs., about 17% bf (taken with accufitness digital calipers)
Biceps: 17.5
Waist: 36.0
Chest: 46"
Legs: 27"
Training: Combination of HIIT cardio and Large bodypart training (i.e., HIIT cardio on one day, chest on the next day, HIIT the next day, etc.)
Diet: About 2000 calories, made up of mostly low gi carbs, plenty of protein, and moderate fats.
Supplements: Lipoderm Ultra, from Avant Labs
Primaforce Creaform
Multivitamin
Primaforce Substance WPI
Scivation Xtend
I will be taking one capsule, 3X per day, as recommended.

Not much to report so far....I had an abreviated chest workout yesterday.
Bench
dumbell bench press
dumbell flyes
dips
Poundages stayed about the same....I usually lift in the 8-10 rep range. I did feel a little more energy today.....keep in mind, I was working out on one of my breaks whilst in the middle of a 16 hour day.

Hammer Curls
Alternating Dumbell Curls
Machine Preacher Curls
Energy was better today, though I don't know if I can solely credit it to the M1T2. I have my doubts about the amount of ingredients and the ingredients themselves, plus the overall price tag.
Off tommorow, with cardio on Tuesday.

Won't one bottle only last 20 days with the recommended dosing?
I guess I just have a problem with the company calling it "methyl-1 testosterone" when it is nothing like that. Hope you have good results, tho.

Update:
I am taking 2 capsules per day, since I was having a hell of a time taking it 3X a day. Not much to report, though I am having a slight increase in energy and lifts are up slightly. As I am in the midst of cutting, I need every little bit of energy I can muster.
Weight is down 2 lbs to 228 (I told you cutting was slow) :mad: :D pants are looser as well.
Some thoughts....why only 390 mg of ingredients per capsule? It should at least be a gram.

I was sent 2 bottles. Yes, at 3X per day, a bottle would only last 20 days, since there is only 60 capsules per bottle.
Yes, the title for the bottle is indeed dubious.

doesn't look like much of a supplement. tribulus is a load of crap. if it works i still won't buy this product, i hope it helps you cut though, since i know how much money a man can invest in supplements it must deliver or send it back. keep cutting it and don't break the diet.

Yes, Tribulus is pretty much bunk unless you happen to be older than 30, and you are taking enough of it. At 3 caps a day, you are only getting 1170 mg of active ingredients, which is not enough IMO. But we'll see how it goes. I owe it to Ryan to do a complete and objective trial.

Update:
Biceps workout yesterday.....lifts up slightly- up 5 pounds on alternating dumbell curls, and about the same on barbell curls and preacher curls....hard to tell at this time if it is the M1T2 or not....stay tuned.

Maybe when they came out with M1T2 it was meant to be "methylated tribulus" and not testosterone......gains should be minimal on this stuff but we can hope for the best.

I have increased my dosage to 3 capsules per day, on an empty stomach. Not a whole lot to report, though I haven't worked out in a couple of days. We'll see tonight if the increase in dosage has a positive contribution.

Triceps and forearm workout yesterday.
Dips, pushdown, skull crushers....weight stayed pretty much the same. Weight is up 5 lbs. to 235, with no noticeable increase in fat. Did I mention I was cutting? ;)
That said, I think I am holding a little more water then normal....diet has been pretty clean.

In all honesty, usually just 20 minutes or so, high intensity on stepper or eliptical. Because I am working a 70 hour week, my time is limited, so I have to work out on one of my breaks.
When I have ample time, I usually do HIIT running on the treadmill, along with the stepper, bike, and eliptical.
I usually alternate days with lifting, so probably 3-4 times a week.

I thought I would lift last night, but that was not the case. Instead, I did 20 minutes of cardio. Again, not a whole lot to report.

I've been on vacation since the 10th, and won't go back until the Nineteenth. Hence, I haven't been at the gym since the 10th.
I will update this when I go back to work.
