I'm not on any supplement of any kind, but when I stepped on the scale I measured in at 112??

I used to be 109 (last week). Weird, is it normal for girls to gain this much over 6 days? I just started hitting the gym again to do weights last week (June 2) and weighed in at 109.

However, I have been going boxing over the past year.. But I got serious about it beginning of January this year.

Is this normal?? I tried weighing my self again after I took a piss, and it was still the same thing.

Probably just water. Peoples weight is always going up and down. It's not a big deal. Go by how you look in the mirror and BF% not the scale..

I use that body fat analyzing weighing scale in my gym, are those accurate?? It's weird cause the heavier I go, the higher my BF% result is on the weighing scale, but I am leaner than before.

those scales are not accurate at all. they fluctuate based on a persons hydration level, the composition of your last meal, body temp, if you have calluses on your feet. don't rely on them at all.

Tape measurements and again how you look and feel.

Try to weigh first thing in morning before you drink anything--weight can still fluctuate---I went from 100 pounds to 97 in one week on a regular diet and 3 mrp's-----strange how we do this huh?
