First Comp and I Won!!!

Just a quick note to thank enyone who helped out with my questions over the past 3 months. i had my first Figure Comp on the weekend and got 1st. I was so excited, that all the hard work payed off.. Back into the Gym tomorrow to start building wider back and more capped shoulders!!! Next one in March can't wait. Thanks to all

Yes I was very nervous but no matter how much your ****ting don't let the other girls know you are!! Play mind games with them, bluff them with confidence. That’s all the advice you'll need!!! And enjoy the day, you have worked your butt off just getting on stage, show if off and be proud of what you have done.. How many people have you come into contact with while you have been training say...? Oh I’d love to do what you’re doing? Not many people have the guts and determination to get on stage so you’re already a winner...
