Thought i should post up in here about my Thunder cycle. I have a thread in workout journals too, but i only update it every so often (to make it not so boring). I'll update this more often though to reflect on the Thunder being used and how it works for me, and stick to my once a week or so posting in workout journals.

For thunder i'm taking the standard 8 pills 30 min prior workout, and 4 & 4 on off days. For other sups, i use, Flax Oil, ON 100% whey, Trifelx. I'm consuming roughly 4000 cals/day and have been on this bulk diet now for about 28 days. Heres yesterdays log/workout (day 1 of my cycle)
My strength has been progressing really well, i was so weak before it was gross. My strength now is pretty much back up to what it was before i got sick, so that's pretty good progression in a less than a month i think. My weight is still climbing and i weighed in today at 166lbs. Yesterday i did chest workout, felt pretty weak for the first 15 mins or so (during benchpress), but then got a boost of strength and energy (mabye the thunder) and did really well for the rest of the workout. I got 55's up on incline no problem without a spot, hopefully i can get up to the 60's soon. I havnt done 55's in about 9 months, so that felt pretty good. I used to max out at 55, 60 witha spot.

-Day 3-
Monday was an off day, so i did the 4 pill split. Yesterday was shoulders & back, i took 8 pills prior to workout on an empty stomach. By the time i got to the gym a half hour later, i was feeling pretty energized. I started my routine with upright row and went up 10 lbs. next i did military press and went up 20 lbs for 8 reps! By the end of my workout i was feeling crazy pumped, especially in my forearms, they were hard as rocks and veins were popping out. I'm still gaining and weigh in at 167 now, which is pretty damn good concidering i was around 157 a month ago. heres my workout

Sorry i havnt updated this in a while, i was away all weekend. Day 6 was an off day, Day 7 was legs/abs. Day 8 is today which will be chest when i get off work. weight is 165. i need to start eating more then i am, i don't feel i'm consuming enough, just sucks being full all the time.
i'm real new to legs (only my second workout) and especially squats, so i'm sure my weight will go up in time. It's al little hard to get a hang of at first. i have naturally stong legs however. heres my workout

DAY 8
Yesterday (day 8) was chest. took 8 pills prior to workout. my strength was feeling pretty good, and i went up in weights in a couple areas. I went up 20 lbs in decline bench. Was looking pretty pumped by the end of the workout. the 55's on incline went up pretty easy for 8 reps, i'm going to try for 60's next week.

is that what you are supposed to do on the off days? 4 pill split? i just started yesterday with the 8 pills and today is an off day. maybe i'm too late for all 8 today, but maybe not.

yep, i take 4 pills around 10:30 am, and another 4 pills around 7:30

well, i'm on Day 12 now, today is an off day, i havnt updated this for a while because i've been so damn busy with work. Last night was shoulders/back and my strength was feeling up again. I'm not gunna post my workout because it was pretty much the same as last weeks, but when i did military press (150 lbs 8 reps) i was feeling really strong and did it quite easily. I'll probably up the weights next week.
I've only gone to the gym twice so far since monday which sucks, but there isnt much i can do when im so busy with work. I'll be going saturday/sunday though, so at least i'll get my 4 days in. I've still took all my req. pills and havnt missed any as of yet. I stepped on the scale last night and was at 169, so it looks like i'll probably be passing my goal of 170 by august, which makes me really happy.
I'll post up on saturday to let you know how my bicep/tricep workout went.

Day 17
weight is still just under 170, i'm sure i'll break that by the end of the month. Havnt updated this for a while, like i said, i've been busy, but not busy enough to still get to the gym 4 days a week.
i did chest on sunday and wasnt feeling energized at all, i took 8 pills prior to workout. i think it was probably due to me going to bed close to 4 am though. nevertheless, i got the 60's up on incline bench for 8 reps (with a spot to help get them up, then it was all me) and dropped 10 lbs on decline bench. no big deal though, i'll get that back next workout.
i did legs last night, i was feeling pretty good, i went up to 200lbs on squats, theyre still fresh to me (was mabye my 5th time ever doing them) so i'm pretty happy with that so far. I did 500 lbs on leg press for 8 reps, and wasnt even killed. I probably could have upped the weights by another 50 lbs, but i dont want to push it too hard, especially when i'm dealing with those kind of weights. Legs are killing me today by the way.

DAY 23
wow, i havnt updated this in a bit, i'll try to keep up with it for the remainder of my cycle. I'm really not wanting to stop this, and am contemplating buying another bottle and doing another 30 day run. Anyone done this? Anyways, i hadnt been to the gym for a bit, got busy last week, and was camping all weekend up north.
I had a real good workout last night (chest). Strength was feeling good and i felt pretty motivated. I went up 15 lbs on decline bench, pretty stoked on that.

DAY 24
Last night was shoulders/back, was feeling pretty good last night as well. I went up on lat pulldowns and cable row, and had a better set of arnold press'. I find the emptier my stomach is, the better the CEE works. The only downside to that is sometimes when i do that, i get this acidic burning indegestion type feeling in my upper chest/lower throat. Anyways, here's my workout. I weighed myself before the gym last night and for some reason i went down in weight, oh well, i'm sure it'll be back. 164 lbs

I'll probably cycle off for a month and a half after, then try out another supp.

i try not too, so it dissolves better. theres been a couple times where i've been so hungry i've had to eat a piece of bread or something to calm my stomach down, but i find the emptier my stomach is, the better result i get after taking it.
for my next month, i'm going to try stacking it with white blood, i've read some great reviews about this stack and figured i'd give it a shot.

I'm thinking of using Omega Thunder. I usually do HIIT cardio @ 7 am and lift weights @ 6 pm four days a week.
You are supposed to take 8 pills 30 min prior workout on an empty stomach, right? Should this be in the am(before my cardio...coz that is when my stomach is empty)...or should this be in the pm(before lifting weights...how will my stomach be empty then?).
Should I split 4 in the am and 4 in the evening?
Any advise would be appreciated.

I would suggest doing it before you lift. you work out around the same time as me (i work out around 5:30) so when i get home from work at 5, the first thing i do is take the 8 pills. im at the gym by 530 (usually doesnt seem to really kick in until 5:45) and do my standard workout. By the time i get home i'm famished and so hungry, so i down a quick protien shake and then start cooking my dinner.
as for my off days, i usually take my first 4 pills around 10:00 am, and take my second batch around 5:00. On days where i've forgot about taking my second dose, i've taken them as late as 9:00. I don't suggest doing them that late, especially if you plan on going to bed anytime soon after that, haha. kept me awake for a few hours.

i usually eat something around 3:30-3:45. It will usually consist of a shake, some cottage cheese, or some oatmeal bars (hooked on them).

DAY 27,28,29
Day 27 was biceps/triceps and it was feeling pretty good. was lookin pumped and my strength was feeling up. I went up 10 lbs on preacher curl (75 lbs total) so i was pretty happy with that. Rest of my workout was standard, but felt great.
Day 28 was an off day
Day 29 (last night) was chest.
I had a pretty good workout, i just had no energy. This was due to me being out all weekend and getting next to no sleep. Regardless of how dead i was at the gym, i still pushed myself and managed to maintain decent weights. Once i was doing the excercise i had no problem, it was just getting to motivation to get my ass on the machine and do it haha. I've been stressed as hell lately and my appetite has been ****. I weighed myself last night and was at 163 lbs (brutal), but when i weighed myself friday before the weekend, i was just shy of 170. My weight fluxuates pretty wierd.

Last night was Day 30.
Throughout my cycle i missed 2 dosages (on split days) so i have 8 pills to spare. Today is an off day so i'm not going to waste them, i'll wait till tommorow when it's shoulders/back and take them before my workout.
Anyways, last night was legs/abs and i felt good. My squats were feeling way stronger and i probably could have upped the weights to 200lbs, i don't know why i didnt now that i think of it. my workout went like this

well last night i took my last dosage of the bottle. i took 9 pills (for some reason they must have gave me 1 extra) before the gym, it was my chest workout.
i waited 40 mins this time before hitting the gym, i find that to be more effective then 30 mins.
had a good workout over all, pecs were lookin pumped up by the end of the workout, and i was feelin pretty beat by the end. was tiring to lift my arms up, and it wasnt even an arms day. my bench went up 10 lbs for 7 reps as well.

Weight is at around 167. Overall i was pretty happy witht his product, i'd deffinatly use it again (obviously since i ordered another bottle). It gave me no water weight, but did however give me great pumps at the gym, and if you look at my weights from the start of my cycle until now, you'll see some great progression. my bench alone went from 150 to 180. my decline bench went up 35 lbs as well. great product, good price too.
