can you do HIIT 2x in 1 day instead of 1 HIIT + 1 moderate cardio or is this too much

no way should you do HIIT twice in one day nor should you have the energy to!

did my chest/bi's/HIIT bike(kicked my ass...hard) this morning, did a late night cardio session tonight, and although I would not have wanted to/wouldve been insanely sore throughout it, if it was GOOD for me I wouldve found a way haha.
just did a moderate 45 min session tonight.
appreciate the response bro

agreed, if your giving HIT 100% then you should not have the energy to do another one, let alone get your but off the couch

I know that I'm pretty fried after one. Not sure I'd ever go for two unless I was panicing.

haha I might be panicking. This is my first show, and I am an anal perfectionist. I SHOULD be going to this show as a learning experience, however me being the psycho that I am, I want to blow people away...not blend in.
If you experienced guys told me that I had to run 15 miles a day SPRINTING, I'd find a way to do it...no matter how badly it hurt/how tired I was.
I think I am just going to do the HIIT I was told to do on the bike(5 min warm up, 15 second sprint on high resistance followed by 45 second cool down on lower resistance for 25 sprints, followed by 2 minute cool down), and then a 45 minute powerwalk around town(insane hills...very difficult).
I'm getting lean, I just really want to be competitive...I don't see a purpose in competing unless you BELIEVE you have a chance to do well, if not win it.
