View Full Version : Another Carb Cycle log (Please critic, need all the help I can get)

10%bf by Feb 1st. Then clean Bulk after

After months of 40-40-20. And just not getting the results I wanted. Im going to change it up. To be fair. My diet was never consistant during the plan. But I think I like this one a little better. I also added 40 minutes cardio in the am. Weights 4 days a week with a 20 min cardio after. Goal is to lose fat, and be a monster by next summer.

My meals will be easy. Chicken, oats, brown rice, salads, eggs, whey. Nothing crazy. Im broke and dont have alot of time. Here we go

Mon - low Upperbody
Tue - high Lower body
Wed - NO Off
Thu - low Upperbody
Fri - high+ lower body
Sat - low cardio
Sunday - no Off

Monday Oct 8th
Low

5:15 am Whey with water, multi vitamin 40 min stationary bike.

6:20 am 2 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup brown rice

9am Hand full of almonds, low fat yogurt

noon 2 large chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice

3pm Lettuce salad with cucumbers and a lite italian dressing.

430pm No Explode/Apple

5:15pm Upperbody workout, 20 min cardio

7pm 2 large chicken breast, lettuce salad with cucumbers

10pm tablespoon of peanut butter

Please let me know if this macros seems ok on a low day. Still to me 122 seems high. But some say its not. Thanks in advanced
