I'm just curious what are the basics to Muscle Proportionality... I read something about biceps being at least the same size as calves and some other stuff but it wasn't to clear
Any insight anyone

This website has a table for muscle proportion.
From website: "Keep in mind that these numbers are figured out for avid male bodybuilders and may have to be adjusted if you are a woman or if you wish to maintain a different bodytype than the ripped, proportioned bodybuilders."
