Stats

Age: 19
Weight: 164lbs
Current Supplements: GNC Whey, ZMA (for sleep), Animal Pak, Glutamine (yeah yeah), Fish Oil, and I will start Lipo-6 about one possibly two weeks from today.
Diet: About 3000 cal per day.
Goals: Gain strength while burning some body fat.
Dosage: 2.5g on off days, 2.5g before and after workout.

Bench: 245lbs
Squat: 450lbs
Curls: 45lb dumbells
Military: 110lbs (bleh)

I have used creatine monohydrate for a total of about 4 years in my life. Went from 14-18 using mono until a shoulder injury prevented me from lifting.

This log was set up a day in advance to save some time and give people a chance to bookmark the page to follow my progress. June 1st will be an off day (MAYBE some abs) due to school/work.

Hope to see some positive results and some nice gains. Look for an update every day, time may vary.

Edit: Just tried some (1tsp) and WOW. You guys weren't kidding about the taste. Next time I'll shot it instead of taking it with a cup of water. By the way, my CEE dissolved with a couple stirs of a spoon and it was all gone. No specks or clumps any place.

Day 1

I did a ab workout because I was so hyped about this stuff. The taste was horrible. I gagged after taking the shot down and quickly drank a bottle of water and had a piece of gum.

Workout went rather well. Recovery time was down slightly and I did not attempt to do more than normal although I could have. I also added some shoulder exercises to isolate my joints. That worked out surprisingly well. Most of the time I can manage 3x8 but today I was able to do 4x8.

Overall: So far so good. I know this is early to start saying this stuff rocks so I'll hold off on my judgement for another 30 days or so.

Tomorrow: Mainly leg and shoulder workout with 20 or so minutes of cardio. Stay Tuned!


I forgot to add I started at 19% BF from what my scale says. I know that is not an accurate way of showing BF but I will use it to gauge my BF gains/loss.

Day 2 (June 2nd)

Nothing changed. Took 2.5g serving.

Day 3 (June 3rd)

Mainly a back and legs workout. Leg press was up one 45lb plate on each side, deadlift was up 15lbs, and I went an extra 3 minutes on the top setting for the bike today. I was pretty impressed with the results.

Stuff still tastes like hell in a shot glass but I'm starting to get used to it.

Approx. 5g taken today.

No problem. I decided on Monday I will start my Lipo-6 since the CEE results have been the same.

I'll probably just add the two logs together.

Day 4 (June 4th)

Didn't take CEE today. I forgot all about it because of graduation parties and work. One day won't hurt.

I did start Lipo-6 though. WOW! Talk about a nice rush and no crash.

Day 5

Had one hell of a chest workout today. Great endurance and strength all day. I felt like I could lift another hour or so easily but didn't because of risk of overtraining.

Lipo-6 is going great. No problems yet, only praise.

Edit: I forgot to add I started at 19% BF according to my bathroom scale. I will only use this to see whether or not my BF is going up or down. I weigh myself before shower and after I use the bathroom to keep a pretty accurate reading.

Sorry I slacked a little bit.

Day 6 was pretty uneventful. I went for a cardio workout because my body was REALLY sore from the day before. I did 10 miles on the top setting of a stationary bike and did 3x1 mile runs at a target time of 6:00. Hit every single one of them. I also went to 3 total pills for Lipo-6.

Day 7

Legs are freaking pumped and solid from yesterday. No lifting today due to work/finals. I did move up to 4 pills on Lipo-6........WOW! Talk about a great feeling. No crash, shakes, or anything. Tomorrow will be a weigh-in day for me to track my progress. My arms are getting tighter (not bigger, yet). Legs are becomming more toned and the endurance is up. Strength has been a nice increase but I expect even better results in the next week to come. I plan on doing a max-out day around the 14th or so to track my pure strength progress.

Day 8

No workout today due to finals (again). I did weigh in at 162lbs and 18% BF. I'm pleased with 2lbs in one week considering I wasn't taking the full dose of Lipo-6. The CEE I am still pleased with. Legs are really solid today with no pain.

Day 10

Nothing new to report except I am now 164lbs and 17% BF. I woke up this morning and my arms and legs felt a little tighter than normal. What I saw on the scale shocked me. My deadlifts are up 10lbs and bench is up 5 lbs for reps. This is probably the best two supplements I've used in a long time.

I'm posting this under my buddies name.

Day 15.

I'm down to 162lbs and 15% bodyfat. I did do a new max out on bench and hit 265lbs. I felt like I could get out 275lbs but wanted to save my energy for other more important exercises. I am pleased 110% with all that has been happening to me.

I still have a ways to go but I can honestly see myself at 160lbs and 8-10% bodyfat by the end of August.

I will try to keep this updated as much as possible. Sorry for the 5 day period between posts.
