Intro
Ok so after getting such awesome results from my first bottle of Diesel Test I have decided to do another cycle along with some Omega's Cre-Ethyl Thunder and Diesel fuel. These are some of the top 3 products out right now and have had awesome reviews from the majority of users so I'm pretty phsyched at adding them to my regimen. I have already been on DF for about 2 weeks now but added the DT/CET 2 days ago and as you will see below.

20yo
6'0"
190lbs
7.8% BF

Training
Max-OT style with a little variation of my own.

Mon-legs
Tues-arms
Wed-shoulders
Thur-back
Fri-chest
Sat/Sun-off

Abs and calves will be worked out 2 to 3 times per week along with 2 to 3 sessions of "short but intense" cardio per week as well.

Goals
-add lean mass while losing BF
-add ¼+ in to arms (16½ +)
-Bench 315lbs (current max=300)
-increase strength on other lifts (obviously)
-get in the best shape of my life for the beach next month!

Diet
I will be eating 3000-3500 cals per day with a 40/40/20 ratio of macro's.

ON's 100% whey
Mega Men multi vit
Vitamin C
Vitamin b5 (for acne control, works great, face and back is 95% clear)

I decided to go ahead and do a log on this stack after all the positve feedback on my previous one and because of Magbolgia's request. I will weigh my self once to twice per week and will post any changes. I don't neccesarily want to add more weight unless it's lean mass with a drop in BF. If I stay at 190 but drop like 2 lbs of fat I would be happy. CET is 8 caps pre WO and 4 2Xdaily non-WO days. DF is 4 caps per day ( 2 preWO). DT I started again with 3 per day for 5 days then bumping up to 5 daily.

Please fell free to make any comments/suggestion as I will apprecaite it greatly. Also check out my previous log in the sig if you wish!

I started my cycle sun and also did some legs because the gym was closed for memorial day on Mon. I started with leg presses instead of squats to change up a bit. I did not really feel like going to the gym that day but I still managed to throw up 800 lbs on leg presses (16plates) which was an awesome feeling. The thing is after releasing so much energy on that exercise I was dead. I did some squats but not heavy at all. I litteraly felt like passing out the entire time. I don't know what was going on.

Mon was an off day and felt good. Had a little BBQ with my GF and some friends and did some swimming which was a great! Lot of fun!

Arms

Awesome WO today. I did biceps and tris and was really pumped the entire time. I had a ton of energy especially toward the end and did like 8 min of cardio after lifting.

Biceps

BB curls
incline DB curls
Preacher curls
Conc curls

Triceps

Skull Crushers
Cable press downs
Kickbacks

All exercises consist of about 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps not including warmup sets which are lighter.

Been on it for a couple weeks and works great.

I felt really strong the entire time and upped my weight on cable press downs 10 lbs. Pump was awesome and I also did calves at the end before the cardio. Took 2 DF 45min preWO and 8 CET 30min preWO. DT was 2 am and 1 pm. Thurs I am increasing to 2 am, 2 midday, 1 pm and I can't wait!

The weeks of the 16-17-18 and 25th and 26 I am a tournament at Tolleson the 16th which is a thursday-Sat and the 25th and 26th Friday and saturday. I found a gym for the Tolleson one its a LA Fitness on 51st st I think . Let me know man.

Awww, shucks! LOL.

Cool, your last log was the first one (of yours) I had seen and it was GREAT. I'm looking forward to watching your progress. I've also read a lot about Cre-Ethyl Thunder, and may use that when my 2nd tub of NOS ETHER runs dry.

BTW - did you ever try going up to 6 on DT? I've been on 5 for 3 days so far, and haven't felt any aggression or other negative side effects, so I'm contemplating 6/day later this week, unless for some reason I start noticing something negative.

Shoulders
Well today I was all jacked up in the gym. Energy was out of this world once I got warmed up. I was able to go to 75lb DBs on arnold presses (+5lbs) and also did some DB shrugs with 115lb DBs which is also a 5-10lb increase. I felt super pumped once again and the enegy I must say was perfect. Not too much as to where I felt like passing out again but enough for me to increase my intensity quite a bit. My WO lasted about an hour cause I also did some forearms and abs. Both of these bodyparts felt stronger than normal as well and I was really able to hit them hard. There were some high school kids in the gym (you know the ones just starting to really get into weight lifting) and they probably thought I was on roids or something. I was just going all out with the weights and sweating up a storm like crazy. I don't normally sweat that much while doing shoulders but today I was soaked.

(Warm up) 3 sets followed by:
Arnold presses 70x7 75x5 75x5
upright rows 110x6 100x6 100x6
lateral raises 30x6 25x6 25x6
rear delt cable raises 30x8 30x8 30x8
shrugs 90x8 105x8 115x6

cable crunches 150x12 150x11 150x10
reverse crunch 3 sets of 10 with a 12.5lb db

My brother also just started some CET and he mentioned to me aswell that the energy is crazy. I don't blame him. I am starting once agian to feel that strength and well being that I had from my previous DT cycle and I can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store.

Malbolgia, I did go to 6 tabs for a few days on my last bottle but it was too much for me. That is when I started to notice more agression through out the day and more breakouts. I am going to keep it at 5 tabs once I jump up this time. Go ahead and give it a try though. It may not have the same effect on you. Everyone's different.

Cool. Congrats on posting those increases, always nice to add more weight. Stil haven't decided on whether or not to go up to 6. I'm fine at 5 (no sides), but who knows what 6 will bring.

Oh no Eight, another log already. Your relentless, and its good to see. I am going to use DT for my next PCT. Not sure when, but I just know its gonna be in there. Max-OT is definitely the ****, I love training like that. I am actually gonna stop that and try HST for 6 weeks starting next week. We'll see how that goes in relation to my Max-OT gains. It should help me get a little more cut for the summer and maybe even add a little size. Keep up the good work, Im subscribed.

I have only set up my first week. My sheet is on my work computer, but Ill put it up on here next week. Its a weird training program, I dont know how its gonna work for me, but Ill try just about anything once. The worst that happens is I dont make gains, Im not going to loose anything by trying it. I have heard really good things about using this program while on cycle because you can go hard all the time and not worry about overtraining.

Back
Yesterday I went to the gym and hit my back pretty hard. Started with some BB rows and then moved onto lat pull downs. No major strength increases on any of the lifts. Had some good energy and also did some cable nuetral grip rows followed by one arm DB rows. Finished up with some heavy calf exercises.

Chest
Today was chest day. Got to the gym about two hours after I woke up with only on meal in my stomach. That did not matter though. Started off a little sluggish but once I got warmed up it was all out intensity. I went really heavy on all my lifts which included:

incline hammer strength
flat DB presses (110lb DB) +5lb
decline BB bench
pec dec flies

It seamed like I added weight to every single lift. Strength was defenitly up and most noticable on the DB flat bench where I threw up 110 punods in each hand for 4 reps. Pretty stoked about that lift. Anyway, also did 10 min of cardio with my heart rate above 160 the entire time which felt really easy. Could have went longer but I did not have any more time. My chest was pumped like never before and intensity was crazy!

Today I am upping the dose on the DT to 5 daily (2 am, 2midday, 1 pm) for the remainder of the cycle. I am taking the weekend off but I might do a little cardio and will up date any news or changes that I notice. No sides to report, just feeling all around good and strong.

Update

Well, been on DT for a week now again. Sat/Sun are my off days so no gym to report today. Tomorrow I think I'm going to do either arms or legs depending on how I feel.

I weighed in at 189lbs this morning. Been cutting calories a little more lately and I can definetly tell the one pound is probably all fat. I look more lean all over especially in the face and abs. Energy is great through out the entire day. no sides to report. Muslce feel full and hard. Can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow and put my new strength/mass into use. Last time it took about 10 days or so for DT to really kick in so I know the best is yet to come.

Just wanted to say, I love the detailed logs. They've been very informative. Me and my younger brother are about to do our first round of DT. I went ahead and decided to do arms today and legs tomorrow. That is the only thing I am switching up for now as I feel I can give them a little more time to recover before hitting back and chest on thurs/fri. Last week my bis were still unrecovered by the time I did back.

Anyway today was an awesome arm day again. Pump was incredible almost immedietly after starting my WO and continued through out. Strength was up all all the lifts and so was energy. My arms felt so freakin huge in the gym, I was kinda shocked. Vascularity has increased and so has definition overall. I also did 10 min High Intensity cardio following my lifts.

Bis-preacher curls, alternating DB incline, BB curl, conc curl
Tris-cable push down, overhead presses, reverse grip cable, lying tri exten.

Still feeling great over all and I am definetly able to notice a difference in fat loss and and body compostion. Muscles are harder and more vascular. Appetite has been down a bit for the last few weeks I think mainly due to the DF. It contains 5-htp and I can tell I don't get as hungry so often but I try to eat anyway. Been very clean lately as well as far as cals go. About 6 tp 7 meals a day. No acne, agression, or sides. Well being is up and energy levels remain constant the whole day. I don't even find myself desiring my usual cup of coffee in the moring and evening which is strange.

I think my gym is going to do hydrostatic weighing in the near future and I really want to get my accurate BF% and see how it compares to my methods at home. I'll make sure to let you all know.

Legs

Did a killer leg WO today. Had some great energy, but no real increases on any of the lifts except for 10lbs on SLDL. I think this is the result of the poor leg day I had last week where I was almost passing out the entire time.

warm up followed by:

Squats: 275x3, 275x3, 275x3, 225x5
Leg press: 12plts x 5, 14plts x 5, 14plts x 5
SLDL: 185x7 235x5 235x5

standing calf : 190x8 190x8 190x10
seated calf : 3plates x 8, 3plates x 8, 4plates x 8

I don't know why I can go extremly heavy on leg presses but my squats kinda suck. I have improved alot over the years i'll have to say but not really where I want to be. I tend to lean forward once I get really heavy and also the fact that I didn't have a spotter made it impossibe to go heavier. I could have definetly added more reps or weight with a spotter present.

Every thing great so far. I was a little tired this morning. Didn't really feel like going to summer school. Only three more weeks though. I got my energy back by the time I hit the gym, which was good, and feel like I burned a ton of cals today. I was sweating up a storm again which felt good aswell. Tomorrow is shoulders.

I never mentioned it before but if you all want to see some pics of me, i'm actually the main guy in Hollister right now which is a national company. I was a little skinnier there but pretty ripped (180lbs). You can find it in pretty much any store in the US. FYI A&F and Hollister are the same company!

Here is a pic from hollisterco.com. I'm actually the main guy in the store with 4 pics spread through out the guys and gals department. Everyone else only has 1 pic. You should be able to tell which is me. Right when you walk in I'm the main guy with the gal next to me which is the same pic on all the bags.

Like I said I had about 10lbs less muscle in this pic and the way its finished with a blur you can't see all the definition. I'll try and post a more current one later on which will be more "bodybuilding friendly". There's one in the store with a great abs shot which I really like. Also abercrombie sent my agency some clearer pics which I will put in my portfolio and I might be able to post those once they are touched up.

Edit: Oh and thats not my girlfriend next to me. My girl is 10 times more gorgeous than that. One of a kind for sure!

No **** channel 3 news I am not sure if I get that here in Yuma or not, I will be in practice at that time man but that is tight as hell. I worked for A&F throughout college in there store and did 2 photos for the store. I got alot of **** for working but hey what the hell I love the clothes nice and comfortable. Shoulder WO was awesome today. I love working them out so maybe thats why I rarely have a bad wo with them but today was one of the best. Got up to 80db on arnold presses which is a new PR for me for a set of 4 reps. Was really phsyched to start the WO with a pr like that. I felt pumped the entire time and looked more ripped then ever. Energy was great and I did some ab work at the end.

AP-70x6, 80x4, 75x5
shrugs-225x7, 275x7, 315x5, 225x7
lateral raises-30x6, 25x7, 25x7
upright rows- 90x6, 100x5, 100x5
bent over LR- (cable) 40x7 (x3sets)

Abs- rope crunches, leg extensions, russian twist

Weight I believe is still the same but I look and feel much more defined and ripped which I am really liking. It helps bring my confidence up more and keeps me striving for more results. I probably lost a pound or two of fat and replaced it with muscle since my weight is holding constant and I have been eating really clean and slight less calories. I will weigh in tomorrow and post it to be sure. Hitting the beach June 30- july 5 so I need to be in the best shape ever.

Taking in more water lately to satisfy my thirst. Over a gallon not to mention other liquids like tea and coffee. Tomorrow hitting up CH3 news at 10:00am instead of 9:15 for those of you in AZ who are going to watch.

Hey bro, a guy was stating that the niacin (actually niacinamide) in his Omega Thunder gives him a red rash when he takes it? Have you experienced anything in regards to that? I'm curious, because I'm planning on starting up on Omega Thunder after my tub of NOS ETHER is used up. I'm getting plenty of Niacin with my Animal Pak multi everyday, and don't really notice any hot flashes from niacin unless I don't eat right.

Nah, I didn't get any rash from it. I'm liking the results too btw. Great product IMO. Lots of energy and pump. Highly recomend this product.

I had no idea you were such a celebrity Eight, nice to see your not conceded. Anybody around me who does anything like that seems to loose sense of the big picture. I think thats sort of an east coast (NY/Philly) thing too though.

On a different note I have been thinking of using DT with my PCT, remember what chuck said to me about that. I am wondering if starting it before the end of my cycle would be beneficial at all. Whats your thoughts Eight? Chuck, if your around, please chime in on this too.

Do you mean your PCT cycle. If you do, then I would think it would be benificial since its been a good while since your 1ad cycle and your test levels should be back up. DT will help free that test up and let it be used for mucle building and strength. Chuck, what do you think ma man!

I've been out of the "serious" irongame for a few months due to personal problems but I'm getting ready to be back again.

Well I've been really busy these last two days and haven't had a chance to post till tonight. Yesterday I had to take an off day do to lack of time so instead I did back today and chest will be tomorrow.

Had an overall great workout today. Lots of strength and energy but nothing new to report as far as PR go. I did do some t-bar rows today which felt really good along with lat pull downs and cable rows. Nice pump in the muscles and felt real nice contractions. I also did some calf work at the end for about 6 sets and they were hurting when I got home, Man!

My legs are still sore from the leg WO on tues which means I hit them pretty hard. My muscles don't hurt bad till about like 2 days after I work them out. My hams are feeling it the most because of the pr I hit on the SLDL.

The ch3 show yesterday went great. It actually aired this morning and it was so tight to see myself all ripped up on TV. I did a backflip on camara which got everyone excited and I it was interesting and motivating to see myself look good from a different kind on angle ,like "TV".

Anyway, still feeling fine on the supplements. Weight is hanging in around 190 and I will weigh again in a couple days. Looking real solid and defined still. Calories are probably around maintenence. On a side note: Has anyone tried AMP from ergopharm for more than just a sample. I might want to give it a try after DF to see how it compares for fat loss/energy, or I might give the 'ol ECA stack a try.

Have 3 bottles myself. IMO, it is by far the best pre-workout stim out there. (I have yet to try DF). The only draw back is that you can only take it 2-3 times/week w/o losing its effects

Altho i have seen much better overall reaction when i take it with 1 cap of GXR, so i would get 1 bottle of GXR and 1 bottle of AMP... with 2caps of AMP 3x/week and 1 cap of GXR along with it... this stack is going to last forever and i dont know if any stim gets any better then this.

Btw, got my NOS ETHER and DIESEL TEST in the mail, ive decided to try then both apart.

Did chest and abs yesterday. No PR to report just on the pec dec which is not really that important (+10lbs). Had an overall great workout and am really feeling it today in my pecs. Through up 275 for 2 reps which was nice but for some reason my grip kept throwing me off. I felt like my wrists were rolling. It must have been the bar or something, cause I know I could have gotten a couple more reps if I wasn't getting freaked out like that. I also did not have a spotter so I did not want to take any chances. I also did some incline/decline work along with some pullovers and pecdec machine to finish it off. Abs went real well too. I was out of there in about an hour which means my intensity was rather good.

Today is Sunday and usually a rest day for me. No exercise, just good calorie intake and rest to build and recover. Tomorrow will be arms and I'm looking forward to some strength increases and a major pump to take place.

I've been feeling really hot lately for the past couple weeks even when I'm just sitting down doing nothing. It could be the effect of the increased free-test flowing through my veins and the thermo response of the DF. Weighed in at 190 this morning and my muscles are feeling nice and full. I think the DT is really kicking in now cause last cycle it did after about 10 days. Still taking 5/day DT, 4/day DF, and 8/day CET.

Today was arm day, one of my favorite days. Great strength and energy overall. Increased weight on a few lifts and got a pretty descent pump going. Also did 8min of eliptical to finish off the day while watching MJ get anounced NOT GUILTY on all counts. hmmmm.

I forgot to mention it in my log today, but I've also got some Vaso-Pro E-HCL sitting in the cabinet (2 bottles), I may add it in with my Sesathin or Lipo-6 after I finish off my DF. It's amazing what supplements I have in my cabinet just sitting up there. I've got a 3/4 bottle of 1-AD also, along with a few boxes of Vivarin (wonder what I ought to do with those two!)

Unbelievable! Thats the word that describes my WO today. I hit legs with so much intensity today, I thought I was going to go into cardiac arrest near the end. Kinda started feeling light headed. But it was awesome I must say. Went real heavy on squats. Got 275 for 5 reps which is a PR for me. I had a guy spot me and it makes a difference of night and day. I felt so much more confident and through up the weight like it was nothing. Thats after doing 2 sets of 275 x 4 on my own. I could have went heavier for sure.

Leg presses were crazy as well (14 plates) and SLDL also (225). Did some calf work to finish up the day and hit the shower more beat than I can ever remember. I think I would have past out had I not eaten a CLIF bar on the way to the gym to fuel my muscles.

Weight is still sticking around 190. Had an In-N-Out burger today for a cheat meal. MMMM awesome stuff. That got me going for sure. Also made sure to throw down an 800 cal smoothie after that intense WO with ~135carbs and +50 grams protein. Acne is still visable on the face which kinda sucks. Ordered some more vit b5 along with my vasopro and GXR and should be here in the next couple days.

Also, tomorrow I might be doing the hydrostatic weighing to get my exact BF% so i'll make sure to keep you all posted on that. Well time to hit the sack. Later!

Yea I find that 3000mg or so a day does the job. Sixpack stated that he took 7000mg for the first few days and maintains it at like 3000mg. I ran out so I'm waiting for my order now.

Back/Abs
Did some back work today and had some pretty descent strength. Nothing major to report though. I switched the exercise orders around a bit. Started with lat pull downs this time and was able to go heavier than last week. I then went on to t-bar rows and actually was able to get up the same amount of weight as last week even though I was pre-exhuasted from the lat mach. Also did cable rows to finish it up. Abs were cable crunches and reverse crunch on a bench with a weight between my feet and 1 set of crunches/russian twists.

I think my order should be here tomorrow and will post that change in my regimen once it happens. Now that I'm off the DF I can really tell the difference as I'm needing coffee again in the mornings to wake up and through out the day sometimes. That stuff really kept me going all day.

Now that I'm off the DF I can really tell the difference as I'm needing coffee again in the mornings to wake up and through out the day sometimes. That stuff really kept me going all day.


Its best to go to 2 a day 1 am and 1 mid-day or at least 1 am the last 7-10 days if you are coming off or you will miss the increase in mental focus, energy and drive.

I would do half that. I actually use to do 12.5mg E 2X a day am and mid. with 5 DF a day and that blew E+C 25mg/200mg C 3X a day away without blocking my NO effect and giving me a hart attack.

On another note for Chuck, not to highjack your thread again eight, but I was wondering your opinion about something. I want to make my HST/Superdrol cycle a clean, lean bulk. I know it hard to loose fat while gaining muscle, but its my goal this summer and SD should make it a little easier. Anyways, I like to eat 1 cup oatmeal before bed, sometimes with some natural peanut butter in it when bulking. I am thinking of doing this every other night while on SD. However becuase they are complex carbs, should I eat them the nights I workout or the nights on days when I dont work out. I am using an HST cycle and working my ass of in the gym three days a week with a little cardio on the days off. Please check out my log for more info, I just posted some before picks too. Do it the days you workout for sure. That way you will min. any gain in fat the extra carbs may cause by increasing carbs on non-workout days. I drink an extra 100-200g of carbs every workout day (every other day).

Start off with 3/day for 5 days. 2 30min before breakfast, 1 midday about 1hr after PO meal. After 5 days do 4 or 5/day. 2 am, 2 midday, 1 pm (about 6 or 7pm). all on empty stomach if possible.

Great WO today. Descent energy and strength was great too. I started with incline and went really heavy. I tought I was going to burst on the energy output. Moved onto DB flat bench and pec dec flies. Also finished with a few sets of BB bench with 225 cause I was already dead by thi moment. Calf work was awesome too. I'm really feeling it now as I sit here 8 hours later. I was actually starting to feel a little nausious at the end. I had som much intensity especially on the DB flat that I was getting sick.

Well my order finally came in today. 1 bottle each of GXR, Ephedrine, and vit b5. Took 1 dose of EC today along with the GXR. Had a ton of energy at work after that but crashed at around 8pm. My last two hours were dragging me down. Going to take one more dose of GXR before bed with my last meal. Can't wait till next week to start using these with my WO.

Sat/Sun Off Days
Man, yesterday I took an EC dose in the morning before work and I had so much focus an energy it was crazy. It makes me so awake and energized its crazy. I'm new to EC stack so its a cool experience. This week I'm going to start taking it every other day 2-3 times/day. Can't wait to see how the WO are on it.

Anyway, I'm definetly looking more leaner than from the start of the DT cycle. Weight is still constant but BF must be down. I would say a like 3 fat lbs loss and replaced with muscle. The skin fold on my thighs is way thinner than from the start and so is my lower abs which is where I was shooting for some loss. Kinda cool to be able to see the more muscle defintion in the quads.

I'm going to keep my cals fairly high as I don't want my weight to necessarly go down as I'm losing fat. I hope to stay around 190 these next few weeks while cutting with the EC/gxr stack. DT is nearing the bottom of the bottle and so is CET. I would say another week or so left. Going to try and post some pics at the end also.

I just got the NOW pantothenic acid (b5) and its like 10 bucks for 100 caps/ 500mg each. I take 2 caps (1000mg) 3 to 4 times daily. If you do a search on it you'll find that poeple like sixpack have gone up to 7000mg a day. it works pretty well for me.

Anyways other than the fact that I had limited space and choice of equipment today, I had a great WO. I did a little higher reps so I can get a better pump and it was big. Did biceps and triceps, mostly straight sets. It's almost impossible to superset this time of day. You leave for a sec and your weights are gone. The great thing was that today was a "no EC" day and still had a ton of energy on the CET alone and the DT in my blood from the morning dose. Some of the weights did seem lighter especially on tris. Also did some abs at the end to finish it off. Tomorrow=legs!

I think I'm up another pound or so but will weigh in to be certain in a couple days and measure bodyfat on my scale. Acne is still a little present but hopefully the b5 will help clear it up as I'm back to 3000mg a day. I think my DT will probably run out by the end of this week and I will end the log once it does. I'll also post final stats and comments and maybe some pics.

Thanks, Eight. Looking forward to seeing the ending stats and pics. I can totally understand about the busy gym. I worked for 24hr fittness for a few years and January, start of summer time and for a month before spring break you can't breathe without bumping into someone.

Oh yea! Killer WO today. Went heavy on squats today with about the same weight as last week but got an extra rep on the first set of 275 with no spotter. Again, if I would have had a spotter, the limits would have been endless. I could have probably repped with 300-315. Anayway, also hit up leg presses and got to 7 reps instead of six but really made it count. The burn was unbelievable on the last reps. I had to stand up in order to stretch the muscle or it would have cramped. SLDL i kept a little lighter today near the end of the workout as I was beat from the quad work. Calves were crazy too. When I got home they were hurtin real bad. Again had to stretch to release lactic acid.

Comments
Took an EC dose and CET dose 30 min prior to lifting an energy was outa control. I sweat like a rainstorm. Every time I sat down I would leave a wet mark on the seat. Gross I know. Acne is clearing up a bit more. Body composition is getting better and more ripped. Every thing else is pretty normal. A couple more days left on DT I believe. Tomorrow shoulders!

Great workout Eight, I sweat more while on EC for the first week or so, then it dies down. You will notice that you dosages will need to increase too in order to get the same adrenaline/epinephrin response (spelling??).

Great WO. Combined the two muscle groups because of yesterday. Intensity was awesome as well as strength and energy.

Today-Chest
Well I went for 305lbs today on flat bench since my buddy was at the gym and I had a spotter. I didn't quite get it alone, altough he stated that he barely touched it. I must still be around 300 max which I am plaesed with right now since I have been kinda cutting these last weeks. I did manage to get 2 extra reps on 305 with his help I I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow. Also the fact that I hit my delts yeterday afternoon and they were sore today could have played a huge role in my lack of strength. Also did incline hammer strength and pec-dec flies to finish it up. Not much time to WO these last few days as I've been studying for the PCAT I'm taking tomorrow at UofA and also summer school. I need to improve my score from the last time. The rest of the summer should be more laid back.

Well this will probably be my last post as i'm finishing DT today. I will try and post a final review of this cycle within the next couple days along with some pics if possible. I've been really pleased so far as I have lost some fat (calipers read 6.4%, down from 7%) but maintained my weight at 190 which is what my goal was. I would say I'm more around 7.5% cause the calipers read low. Skin fold is definitly tighter though.

My strength did not increase as much as last cycle probably due to the fact that cals were around maintainence and not bulking. I will also finish up the bottle of CET withnin the next week and my EC/GXR stack for a week or two more. California coming up a week from today and I am pretty much ready. Just need to tan up a bit next week in the 110 degree sun out here in AZ and I'll be on my way. I'll be taking a wee off from trianing while in cali since I can't remember the last time I had one off. My body needs it badly!

Looking good man, the weather here in the So Cal area has been pretty nice lately. Sunny, in the 80's....a little cooler towards the beach (Newport Beach).
