Well, I am trying to keep my workouts going. I worked out today and Saturday and Monday. I already feel better just knowing that I am working out again. Now I just have to keep up the diet too and keep this week going. I think sometimes people get in a rut (like me not working out much for several months). Hopefully I will be breaking this trend right here and now! Thanks for the advice.

Here I go, to work out again in the garage. I think I am going to buy the 2nd mirror tomorrow to finish up the wall. That will be nice. I had a good workout on Tues. I did the bike and worked out bicepts. My bicepts were sore so that is good. I am planning on going to the gym tomorrow. Tomorrow will be back. I feel good just getting back on track. Tonight I am going to do the bike and shoulders. If I can keep this going for 2 weeks I think that will do the trick to get me in the routine again.
I am so excited. I have been so frustrated for the last few months because I had not been able to get in a routine. I guess that happens sometimes when you get a new job with new hours!

ps - have you thought about keeping a journal to help you stay focused/on track etc? (in the female bb journal section I mean)
