Everytime one of Vince's stars gets injured, they run off to Dr. James Andrews, who patches them up and gets them back in the ring faster then any other doc. I bet Triple H has the DOc on speed dial, for all the times hes been to his surgey room.
Dr. James Andrews should write a book or something, I am sure he has alot of stories to tell involving WWE stars. Hell, hes big in the NFL as well.

Not only has he fixed them up for years he also did it for a lot of the guys in WCW and other sports as well, it amazes me he has any time left for other patients or sleeping for that matter.

ESPN had a damn good article about Andrews on their site. I'll post it when I can find it.
*Edit* Found the link. The thing is a GIANT Colin, so click to read it.

Dr. Andrews doesn't just do WWE athletes, he does most athletes.

Andrews has become almost a brand name within orthopedic surgery. My best friend growing up was super rich and was the star running back of the football team. He tore his ACL the summer of his junior year, and they went to Birmingham to see Dr. Andrews.
They didn't get to see him, and he didn't do my friend's surgery, it was one of his colleagues. This year, an Andrews Institute just opened in my town, which is an orthopedic center.
So, I think it's safe to say that only the top profile athletes actually see Dr. Andrews at this point, and most others get one of his colleagues.

A few years ago (2001-2002) I ruptured a bicep tendon and had to have it reattached. My surgeon was in Louisville and the "sports doctor."
Anyway, I was in the waiting room and 1/2 asleep with my head in my hands. I hear someone walk in the office and walk by me to the desk. Typical reception banter then I hear her ask
"Employer?" the answer "WWE" .
I perked up a bit and started to turn around.
"Name?" "David Flair"
Then I was called to the back. I never got to say anything to him. (Like how his dad's a legend!)
In case your wondering, he was in OVW at the time and it's in Louisville.

Yeah Andrews performs surgery on players for all the "big 4" pro sports leagues. I think the NFL and MLB keep him busiest though, with all the knee and arm injuries in the respective sports.
