I have been trying to teach myself, but little things, sort of like bad habits, keep popping up. And I don't want to get hurt again.
So I am looking for someone to teach me the lifts, in maybe a day or two if possible.
But I am having a lot of trouble finding someone. Anyone have tips for finding a coach or know of one in the Bay Area (california), preferably Marin County?
Thanks

Rob Earwicker is good. http://www.focusedtrainers.com/about/staff_robert.htm
Here are the other clubs: http://www.lifttilyadie.com/PWA/pwa.htm
I'm in South Lake Tahoe if you really want to make the trip. :D

Go to Hassle Free. They know their stuff and they're used to working with high school kids. Plus, they'll probably let you train and coach you for free.

I probably would if I had any way to get to San Francisco. It's like 14-40 minutes away, depending on traffic.
I saw a club in one of the links that Raffiki posted in San Rafael though, which is close enough to me. I think I'll email that guy. Thanks, reps on recharge to both of you.
