Box Weighted Dip

Dumbell Pullovers (45 second rest inbetween sets)

***Intial Taste -- Tomatowy (is that a word?) Nothing to report yet first day taken. pee was neon yellow just like on box. I called endothil phone number and asked them some questions...

Endothil is a scam, ain't it? I thought it was just some extract from tomatos, or something. Plus I thought I saw some reference here on BB that the guy who owns the company is facing lawsuits for shady behavior in the past.

it's my 9th day into endothil, and i havent felt or seen any improvments. now, granted, it usually takes 2 weeks to begin working, so ill hold back on any negitivity, and shadow one, shut ur mouth, skinny boy, if u havent tried it, u have no room for comments. =) biatch
and for comedic sake, here are my measurements:

8.5% Body Fat
16.5in' arms

325lb MAX bench
3 Amino Acid Pills 2x daily

alright sorry guys...i recently went on a trip to virginia and i havnt been around a computer with internet. big al hasnt lifted in about 2 days but while i was gone he kept a log of his workouts. his pre- bi's were 16 and his weight was about 175 lb. ill get the logs on soon and get his from now on workouts out up...as of now the endothil hasnt givin him anything but endurance to lift...

He finished endothil a while back..and it did basicly nothing. we called the place and they said ur supposed to take it for atleast 2 months. not blowing that much money.

yes i do realise that, son's of b's! it was a great concept though.
p.s, and when he takes it for 2 months, and does nothing, than they'll say, whelp, he needed to take it for 3 months. ahhhh,christ!
great i just got it today...oh well ill take it with the other stuff im taking and see if it helps me keep some of the mass i gain...hopefully it at least does that..
