LB or DE

DE is hella fun... im small but ive been put in on D-Line for some scout D and I'm actually pretty good at it im better than like 2 of our backup guys and we have like 5 starters rotating in and out (3 man front)

i play LB and its hella fun

and ur size id say it depends on knowledge of the game

i'd say LB if you cant get your squat above 400 (although its still beastly for a 15 year old).. you easily have enough speed.. i ran a 5.3 at 15 with good form and now i'm running a 4.8 even though i have horrible flexibility

I wish I had your size at that age. You should play LB. ANd since your only 15 and your already that big, by the time your a senior (assuming you continue to lift, eat right and run), you will be a beast.

But mentality is half the game.

nvm i retract my statements, definitely LB, and in college they'll move you to DL if they want you there..

your abilities remind me much of this man:

yea i could get a lot faster from muscle memory since i had knee injurys and no running for near 1 year. im gunna be kicker punter too. What should i be on Offense?

TE maybe. Its kind of hard since you arent big enough to play line. Too slow to play RB or Receiver. If you have an arm, maybe QB. It takes alot of skill to play QB though.

what about fullback then? and btw last year when i played football i was in the top 5 out of about 60 for speed.
I play goalkeep in soccer and i have pretty good hands so i could have potential as a TE

if you were in the top 5 for speed was this before or after the knee injury? if before run again and if your still up there in the top 5 I would play RB if I had your size, if not go for FB, but I am biased I like being behind the line of scrimmage.

Hey man. Awesome stats for being 15 years old. Congratz.

Your going to get taller befor you leave high school, so what you end up playing may change.

But with your stats, hight and weight, Ide look at trying out for....

CornerBack.

Maybe get your speed down .4 and your vertical up in the 30s and try out for Wide Receiver.

Tight End.

And deffenetly LineBacker.

Also, if I can add. If your school has a track team thats runs in your football teams off season, join track. It will help you out alot with staying loose, running techic, staying in shape and all that good stuff.

David.

Fullback would also be a good idea. You are very strong, have good enough speed (easily be improved).

I still think TE would be a perfect fit for you. You are tall and still growing, very strong for blocking, same issue with speed. If you could drop the 40 by .1-.2, gain around 10-15 pounds, as well as maintain/up your strength levels. You will be on track to play for the best NFL team in the country (Houston Texans).

I hope you arent laughing at the Texans. They almost beat the Colts with a 4th string RB, no all pro center, no top receiver (lost the 2nd best in the 3rd), and alot of other problems.

Texans are a good team but they are not the best in the NFL. But they are top 15 at least. I'm an Eagles fan so you can guess how pissed I am. But as much as I hate to admit it, the New England Patriots are the team to beat wether they cheat or not. I have not seen a team been so stacked in every position before. The offense is unstoppable with Moss/Brady/Maroney/Stallworth/Welker/Light/Watson,etc.

Their defense is also #1 in the NFL and to think they have been doing all that well without Rodney Harrison and Richard Seymour is amazing. Their special teams doesnt even lack with Welker and Ellis Hobbs returning kicks.

I hate the Patriots but you gotta give them the top spot. I hope they lose though, I dont wanna see them win another SB because I live in Maine and everybody is a Pats fan and they all know Im an Eagles fan so they all give me crap.

No, I laughed because as I was reading your post I didnt expect to see you say the Texans.

I will agree, giving there set backs this year, it has been and awesome one. I hope they keep it up. I live in Tn, so I have been able to watch thier games so far. I will be watching them kick the crap out of Miami this Sunday.

I also think that they will make the play-offs this year.

I also cant wait till week 7. They play the Titans. That will be a fun game.

Yeah that sucks, you guys let go of too many good players, Clements, Spikes, Fletcher, McGahee. All Pro Bowlers there and you draft rookies to take their spots, not a great idea when you play in a tough division.
