Start log 5-29-05 Diesel Test / Superdrol
Starting body weight = 203 lbs
BF 10% (guess)
Hieght 5'8
Age 37
Current measurements: taken cold at the same time of day.
Rt arm 15 1/8
Chest 45
Rt thigh 25
Waist 39 1/2
Rt forearm 13 1/2
Rt calve 13 1/2
I am 8 weeks in to my cut and shooting for 16 weeks.
Heres all the supps i will use during this cycle of Diesel Test / Superdrol:
Fish oil (6 grams a day 3 morn & 3 at night)
Flax oil (1 or 2 tbls spoons a day)
CreAthunder (workouts only)
San tight
Animal pak multi vit
HP whey
glucosamine (joints)
PCT will be Rebound XT.
The cycle:
Diesel Test , Following the bottles directions , start with 3 for the first week then ill take 4 to 6 pills split AM , Mid , night untill im finished( 60 days is the end of my 16 week cut also).
Superdrol ,2-3 weeks 10 mg a day for the first week then 20 for 2 and 3.
Pct , the day after i stop superdrol i will start Rebound XT(recommended dosage) and continue with Diesel Test (maybe bump it up to 6 pills when i start PCT.
If anyone has some input please speak up.
Ofcourse every thing is subject to change as i see how my body reacts and so on.
Do i need to add anything? Or take anything away? Looks good?
Chuck do you see any problems with this stack or the way i am doing it, any conflicting ingredients? I have read the bottle.
It still feels strange posting pics on a board but what the hell....

we'll see but I see DT working better with prosteroids, progestrins (sp) than something like rebound xt.
edit: No conflict with ingredients meaning no known medical conflict.
edit again: I guess I should read it, but how did you do on your max lmg log? Any sides? How long ago was it?

Thanks for the reply Chuck.
1. The rebound xt , is only for PCT purposes , i just thought once i stopped SD (2-3 weeks) my body would need it Rebound , so are you hinting that i might be better off using DT and SD and skip the Rebound? Or some other combination / variation that might be better. I know you said well see , and im all for experimenting , so i will continue DT and SD together if you see it has some good possibilitys.
2. Good , i didn't think there would be a problem , but its nice to have someone with some wisdom personally reasure us , even though its my responsibility to be safe.
3.The last post i made in my Max lmg log pretty much somes it up , i was pleased , i miss the extra muscle hardness and energy it gave , i do not miss the loss of sex drive from it , same as Stuart Rudolph , out of all the max threads only the over 30 men had this sex drive problem it seems, also it gave a good bit of aggression.
I did 4 weeks max lmg by its self , then 1 week rebound xt , took 1 week off , was gonna do 8 but the no sex thing got old quick.
I was thinking maybe DT would be something people might run a couple of weeks before starting certain cycles (like done with 4ad), just tossing out ideas.
By the way , i started lifting seriously 2 years ago , and did not use any supps the first year , so i am fairly new to supps.
Off to the gym :) on a holiday , feels good to lift while America sits on the couch.

Good luck, PQ, I'll be following closely. My bottle of superdrol should be arriving this week. After my Max LMG cycle, I'm probably going to give superdrol a shot. So my fingers are crossed for ya.
Nice progress on the pics. You're gonna be a beast with eight more weeks of cutting.

Max lmg has a good effect on lowering fat while hardening muscle, while SD (from past experiences) bulks me like a mfer. I'll be following your log- I think the SD will rip you up.

That looks like what i would do , maybe even 50 mg a day of Max.
I said the same thing about going without the sex drive , but at week 4 i was ready to stop Max.

205 lbs. on the scale this morning , was at 203 when started (new battery in scale also).
The last 3 nights i have slept very good , though i have been tired during the days , but thats to be expected with less calories/carbs.
Mondays workout was better than normal , i could tell my strength was up from normal , today will be chest , back , shoulders , triceps , abs.
As far as DT goes , day 2 i got more stiffys than usual , same with day 3 , i will be looking forward to the days ahead to see if DT counteracts the low sex drive that i've heard SD causes , then continueing DT for the complete 60 days.
Once again life is good.

Day 5 Thursday
6-2-05
Drinking atleast 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water each day , no dry throat or back pains, and pissing nice and clear.
208 lbs this morning , weight is up and fat is still going down.
SD , starting today i am going to 20 mg SD ,1 10mg pill in the morning and 1 after noon.I am already feeling the strength and hardness coming on strong , im gonna be a beast in the gym by the end of this cycle.
DT , starting today i will be taken 6 pills a day , 2 in morn , 2 at noon , 2 before bed. Sex drive is not down and is still slightly up from what would be normal for me , i will be interested to see what doubling the dose is going to add to the stack.
At day 5 my strength in the big lifts (squats / rack lifts) are way up from my normal progression (reps and weights).
Recovery is already improved also.
Zero sides so far.
I will log the big lifts only from here on out.
Yesterdays big lifts:
Seated Row 3x12 185 lbs. did 15 on the last set with a weight increase.
Racklifts 1x10 315 lbs. did 12 reps easily with a weight increase.
I'm really looking forward to Fridays workout (legs/bi's).

Day 6 Friday

Not much to report today.
206 lbs. today.
Feeling a bit more moody today than previous days.
I have had a few recent changes in my personal life the past week, that could be contributing to that.
Still no loss of sex drive and slightly up from the norm.
At 6 days its still early in the game , but i think this cycle likes me , and i know i am enjoying it , with the best still to come.
I have added Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump250 to my pre workout cocktail , workout days only.Took 1 scoop yesterday before cardio , and holymoly , the veins were crazy , can't wait to feel the pump and see the veins in todays bi's/leg workout.
I will be skipping the Rebound XT and will do the 2-3 weeks SD 20mg , and 60 days DT 6 pills , but will be adding some NAC in the next week and continue it through the cycle and after for some period of time.
Ill let you all know how things go in the gym today.
Thanks plywood , SD and DT seem to both be good products i will use and enjoy in the future.
On a side note , my brothers competition is the 2nd week in August , there will be several pros there , ill be sure to get lots of pics to share with you all.

Yesterdays workout was great.
Squats 3x10 315 lbs.
I had to let the bar/weights rest on the safety bar in the squat rack at the bottom of my last rep (i had nothing left).
Last time i did 245 for 3 sets , big increase.
That was pretty much it for yesterday , i am still hurting from that workout.
Next update tomorrow.

Thanks nick , yes DT and SD and no RXT, i will be adding NAC for the liver , i was gonna use milk thistle untill i read were some of the more experianced folks here were saying NAC is better. Wish i had the link for you.
I also take fish oil and flax oil.

Day 9
6-6-05
Today was a great day , both at work and at the gym , i crushed every lift today , strength is way way up , i was doing several reps past my quota.
Weight increases next time.
DB chest flys 3x10 60lbs. , did 15 on the last set.
DB shrugs 3x10 80lbs. , 15 on the last set.
Close grip bench 3x10 155lbs. , 15 on the last set.
Rack lifts 3x10 255lbs. , did 15 on the last set (it was easy).
Hit abs hard too today.
Recovery is improved a lot, 2 days i am healed from my last leg workout , normally it would take 3 to 5 days to recover from my leg days.
I consumed 1 gallon of water just during my last few workouts , so i would say i am drinking atleast 2 gallons a day now if not more.
No sides yet that are obvious.
Sex drive is not down at all.
Cardio tomorrow , back to the gym friday for legs and bi's.

Bad ass biggun! So you are not buying into the whole" Nolvadex is mandatory for SD cycles" huh? This is the only thing that worries me about running a SD cycle is not being able to get ahold of Nolva. I wouldnt want to do anything under the radar, because of my career and chancing getting busted. So I'm excited to hear that there are other options besides Nolva! Keep at it brotha!

Nick , good question , while i do have some concern about gyno , i don't let it get me paranoid , if i start to see sighns of gyno , i would simply visit the doctor 15 minutes from my house and get a script or if needed i would get surgery.
Not everyone can afford a doctor visit or surgery , so in that case it would be smart to have nolva on hand.
I feel the same way about hair loss , if i start loosing my hair , i would just shave it , through the years i have learned there are far worse things that can happen in ones life time that makes gyno , hairloss and pimples minor events in the whole scheme of things.
If i were in my teens or 20's i would probably be more concerned than i am now.
I am pretty sure Rebound XT has been approved for PCT with SD , even though nolva helps improve lipids.
If i were using illegal substances then i would more likely have nolva on hand since i wouldn't want to discuss what caused my gyno with my doctor.
Everyone has to look at the risks to them and make choices that will fit there lifestyle.
I will report on my cycle after tomorrows workout legs/bi's , everything is going great.
On a side note ,I would like to run DT by itself sometime , i was very sexually aroused this morning , even though i have heard some folks get increased sex drive with SD also but not everyone.

40-Yard Dash_2 , i did a little reading on Crohn's , it sounds very painfull , i had kidney stones a couple of times (not comparing to crohn's) and abdominal pain is no fun.

206 lbs. this morning ,body weight is staying the same but body fat is less this week than last week. I have spent the last 36 years bulking and this being my first ever cut , i am learning a lot about my body , and i am actually enjoying the change and dicipline it has taken so far , with 7 more weeks to go.
I am almost fully recovered from a brutal back ,chest , shoulders and tricep Monday workout , and ready to get in the gym today for legs and bi's.
Sides: I did have a couple of pimples show up but are clearing up with no new ones , and felt a bit tired the last 2 days , both days i took a nap. But these are no big deals , i normally nap anyways but since my cut i have had more energy and less naps , so my body needed them.
The super pump 250 has giving me great veins and pumps but seems to upset my belly a bit. Could it be because im taken it at the same time with Thunder?
I did go crazy yesterday and ate an entire Peperidge Farms 3 layer cake(muhahaha) , but i was in need of a cheat day.Thought about taken pics but that just wouldn't have been right. I also did an extra fast walk session to help with the guilt.
Ok back on topic , waking up every morning with stiffys , which is a great feeling from no stiffys at all on max lmg.
The other day i had a period of time were i was not drinking water and when i did urinate it was very dark , i have read others noticed this too , and as soon as i started consuming water it cleared up , it was kind of scary looking but water ofcourse was the cure.
I also take Epsom salt , jacuzzi baths , this is my best weopan in recovery , beats all supps.
I also walk and do very little running for the cut , so i do not loose size in my shoulders since running can over work shoulders like crazy , my brother gave me this tip , since we come from the same genetics , and he has lots of contest experiance , he notices when he ran his shoulders got a lot smaller compared to when he walked. And you burn almost as many calories with little to no sacrifice.
More info when i return from the gym today.

Oh no, I've heard kidney stones can be a bitch, but what made my Crohn's so bad was the fact that the doctors couldn't figure out what the hell was wrong with me. I was sick with it for 5 weeks before they finally diagnosed me. In that 5 week period, I lost 40 pounds of bodyweight. Of course, 80 mg a day of Prednisone put the weight back on me in a matter of 3 weeks, but it was all fat! It took a while to lose that fat and turn it back into muscle. But anyway, I'm healthy for now.

Well , i think i seperated my left shoulder this time or i got elbow tendinitis , so i skipped 1/2 of mondays workout to not make my healing process take longer.
Last time i seperated my Rt shoulder and continued to punish it not knowing my shoulder was seperated , that was a mistake.
It works out better anyways , im at 2 weeks on SD so i will stop tomorrow , and continue the DT at 6 pills a day , along with NAC , and red yeast rice.
My workout partner is going out of town for a week , so we will both take the week off from lifting , we have been lifting so intense lately we need the break to recover and heal.
I obviously will continue cardio , and ill be curious to see if i loose any water coming off the SD , not that i think i put on a bunch of water or anything , i am still more cut up now than i was a week ago.
I will also take new measurements to post and compare to 2 weeks ago.
I have had the lower back tighten up the last week since i bumped up to 20mg a day from 10 , but it is not bad , ive had worse lower back pain on 1ad / 4ad.
I will continue to log the rest of this cycle till its over.
Im still debating if i should post something thats kinda imbarassing that has to do with DT and sleeping , some of you can probably figure it out from what i just said. At age 37 its been a long time cumming.

Been lurking on your log. Very informative. Cheers on the gains and the sleeping issue, just remember every dog has his day and good dogs have two. I am about to start a cycle of DT and a log soon. I did have one question, though. You said you noticed a dark colored urine issue, what red flag does this send up. I have noticed darker color when I'm taking vitamins as opposed to when I don't. Anyways wasn't sure what you were getting at there. Is this somehting to look out for?

Thanks Speedracer , The dark colored urine just means i should have consumed more water than i was at that time, it was also after taken my pills.
This is common for many , just thought i would mention it since it happened on my watch. I will be watching for your log on DT.
Also lots of water helps flush your kidneys to help prevent kidney stones , the doctor told me i should consume 1 glass of water every hour , which pretty much has you pissing clear , which is good.
I don't think its going to kill anyone if they piss dark from time to time , it just lets you know to drink more water , and without a doubt you should consume even more water than normal if you take lots of pills , to help process them.
The main concern is that it would be blood in the urine , but since i just took pills and not much water compared to normal it explained it.
I will also like to see how much more my sex drive goes up now that im stopping SD and continueing DT for another 6 weeks.
On a side note i live in a town called Cumming , GA :) yup its true , you can google it.

I get the same thing especially after taken Vit. C , the less water i drink after i take them the darker it is and vise versa.
Just drink lots of water and everything is alright.
Im just glad im not from Alabama , theres a dictionary sized book with jokes about that state.

Today is the last day of my SD (2 weeks) part of the cycle. I will give my product scores when the entire cycle is over.
Continueing the DT 6 more weeks , 6 pills a day.
Not much new to report today , all is well.
I have not lost any sex drive the entire time i have been on SD and DT , and i think it has been up from normal , now ill be watching to see if it increases in the next several weeks not that the SD part is over.
Sides , only minor lower back pain after bumping to 20 mg a day SD.
I have gotten several positive comments from people i know in person , every since i started my Max lmg cycle and now my SD DT cycle.

Ok i can tell a big diffrence in my sexual activity , especially in the mornings which is normal anyways but its even more clear now then when i started SD / DT.
I think for future stack cycles containing DT , i would like to run it for about 2 weeks before adding another compound.
My workout partner has told me he ecspects me to do 50 pushups and 100 crunches each day till he gets back from sitting on the beach lol.
I am drinking down my green tea/ephedrine , and going to incorporate cardio on the empty stomach technique for the first time ever.The only catch is its raining , the harder it is the more i like it.
I love this sport.

Now that a few days have gone by since the Sd part of my cycle ended , i can comment on changes i have noticed.
I have never tried anyother Trib/test boost product , so everything i say here is cumming < (pun intended) from a clean slate.
I have started taken 2 pills AM , 2 at lunch , and 1 at night.
DT is defenatly working for me , it took about 2 weeks before seeing noticable changes , here is what i notice so far...
1. I wake up every morning 7 days a week with wood , before it was not every morning.
2. I never lost my libido during the SD part of the cycle.
3. There has been 0/notta noticable side effects so far.
4. Seems to be a little extra umph / sensation during the act.
5. I want to grope cute ladys on the street at random times.
I will say now this product gets a big thumbs up from me , and theres no doubt i will be using it in the future.
When you hold the bottle and shake it , you get the feeling the bottle will never run out , a lotta pills in that bottle , i know it was worth the money to me , especially when you compare it to dosage and cost of other test boost products.
I think the older folks obviously would have more benefit from the product , but thats not to say younger people wouldn't get results.
Its not something were you walk around all day with a hard on like i did in high school , though that might be coming <(1 pun per thread), but theres a big diffrence waking up , and some increased sensation , and its more easy to get arroused.

All is well
As i have always said things are subject to changes in my logs , so with that bieng said , i will continue the DT for the next 11 days (a full 30 days). end this log , and start a new log which will include DT for another 30 days and whatever i decide to stack with it.
Instead of posting for the next 6 weeks that i have a stiffy everyday , i will start a new log with other compounds stacked along with DT for another 4 weeks.
In 10 more days i will be 4 weeks out on my cut , and when my new log ends 30 days later i will have completed my 16 week contest cut, and will go back to bulking till i compete next year.
It took a lot longer for me to start seeing my lower abs than i thought it would , things slowed way down after the first 8 weeks, but they are visible now.

I was gonna give my score at day 30 , but since you asked ill go ahead and give you my opinion.
I liked SD , no sides to mention during the 2 weeks , all lean gains , i will use it again.
Strength was up noticably.
On a 1 to 10 scale, 1 being bad and 10 good.
SD scores 6.5 maybe even a 7. I think i gave Max lmg a 5.
At day 30 i will also provide measurements.
Next time i may try to go 3 weeks with SD.
On a side note to day was legs and bi's at the gym and i puked all over myself 5 times on the drive home , thank god it was all liquid , looked like i was hosed down in the car , people driving the oposite direction had to flip out.
I feel better now , gotta go eat.
I will rate DT in a few days , but i like it a lot also.

Well i am cutting not bulking , so its hard to tell but i have remained above 200lbs. while still loosing fat , at day 30 i will take new measurements to compare with my beggining measurements.

Nahhh it was a crysler mini van , no biggie , i tried to open the door but the damn seat belt screwed that up so i was just puking on myself and the car at that point.
First time i puked cause of a workout.

Todays body weight 204 lbs. BF under 10 %.
SD score = 6.5 out of 10

Theres no doubt both of these products worked for me.
I will start other logs in the future , the next one will be a bulk cycle log.
