Let the Madness begin!

I hate the first week of keto. I feel like crap right now.

Meal #1
3 eggs
2 Tbsps Butter
1 Tablespoon of Mayo


Snack
2 Celery stalks with Peanut butter

preWO I drink half of this shake and then drink the other half - halfway through my workout.

8 ounces of water
1 scoop of 6star choc. Whey shake.


Postworkout Shake

1 bottle of diet coke
1 can of drained white Albacore Tuna fish
blend and chug as fast as you can.




Meal #2
3 eggs
2 Tbsps Butter
1 Tablespoon of Mayo


Meal#3.
16 ounces ground beef - fried
a salad

Mayo, Mustard and splenda dressing. (mix mayo and mustard together - I use both yellow and spicy deli style (Publix brand) mustard, mix in a packet of splenda, and then work on the flavor from there.

I know, it sounds gross, but it actually tastes really good.


Before each meal, I also take 2 Tablespoons of Bragg's Raw/Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (available for about $2.80 a bottle at GNC)

Ah, Publix! Hello from a fellow Floridian...and the crappy feeling of the first week of keto will be gone before you know it. Best of luck and looking forward to seeing your progress and success...
