OKay i need to look my best on fri/sat/sun...this week I have reduced carbs, been drinking green tea, potassium 1.5 g. and clen...today is thursday...I had oatmean for breakfast to get through my workout and just chicken and whey isolte drink...should I carb up tonight/fri/sat/sun or wait till friday morning...Can someone help me out here...also when should I start taking some arginine as well...I was thinking thursday night and continue through sunday...

Do it Friday, otherwise you risk being bloated unnecessarily by overloading on your carbs at the start of the week.
