Goals- Lean Bulk of course shooting to get up to 190-195 by the end of this summer.From what Rob is noticing I would like to do the same as far as what he is getting out of it and that is
- continual strength progression in the gym
- a regular "fullness" look to you.
- a noticeable increase in LBM
- a potential drop in bodyfat due to estrogen reduction/test boosting.
Dosage- I will be taking 20 pils 4x per day spread out throughout taking them with meals etc. I will be taking 2 Rebound per day one in the AM and one before bed with a higher fat meal. I have 2 bottles of Activate and 1 bottle of Rebound this should last me 30 days.
Myself- I have been lean bulking for sometime and just got done with the Diesel Test log and had very good results as far as strenght gains,mood and aggression. I recently switched up my routine and diet to allow myself more recovery because I was overtraining and not allowing myself to grow. SO far so good. My Routine with be a 4 day split with 3 days of cardio.
Split-
Monday- Cardio
Tuesday- Heavy Lower
Wed- Cardio
Thursday- Light Upper
Friday-Cardio
Sat- Light Lower
Sund-Heavy Upper
DIET- Of course my diet is spot on I will be consuming 3800-4k cals on this diet trying to hit 500carbs, 340 protein and 70gs of fat. All foods are clean, main carb sources are oats, barley, veggies and about 250grams or 2 pieces of fruit per day. Fats are coming from eggs/whites,natural Pb, fish oil (6tabs per day)almonds, Protein sources- Chicken, talipia,egg whites, (non including whey blend)
SUpplements- I will be taking the usual AST Multi, 400mgs of VIt E, 3 grams of Calcium, 4gs of Vit C, B-complex, 2 GXR per day, an EC stack or San's TIght or Lipo 6. I rotate from day to day. I also will be taking 3grams of CM precardio and prelifting. Whey isolate from protein customizer,GF pro (Blueberry) and Xtreme formulations Ultral peptide as my blend for during the day. I also will be supping with BCAA ICE by Xtreme Formulations taking 4 servings a day pre/during/postworkout and sometimes another one.
I again would like to thank Rob and Mat for this opportunity I was suprised actually beings i did not eve put my name in the hat but others wanted me too so thank you . I will try to make this log as accurate as I can. I will weigh in once per week and will report how I feel daily etc. SOme concerns I have is the acne some experience with this. If this does occur I may start taking some B-5 as it helped out before so we will see. Today I will only take 10 pills of Activate and one Rebound before bed. Tommorow will be the full dosage of everything. Rob did u want me to take the Rebound as soon as I wake in the AM? I know the one before bed with a higher fat meal for the 2nd dose

Looks awesome. Your split is very similar to mine other than I go Upper- Mon and Thurs and Lower- Tues and Sat with cardio on the other days.
Hope your bulk keeps going well. Looks like a good product I kind of wish I could take it.

Well I wish bro I travel with my girls team every weekened competing team camps in PHoeniz, Tucson etc and playing in the month of June I am gone every weekened. I have practice every morning from 9-11, then I work as PT at world gym so I take clients from 4-10 at night during those times.There is no offeseson for the girls with weights and plyo's etc i gotta keep them in shape.
Update Today- I did my LIght upper body workout a total of 23 sets. Well I had great focus and energy and I don't know if this could possibly kick in already but the muscle fullness and increase pump I got today was something that I had not had in sometime.I took 3gs of CM with an EC stack and one serving of ICE. My entire upper body was pumped shoulders and upper chest mainly . I got up 75's on incline DB's for 2 sets of 6 which was a first then went down to 65's for 10. THen on Flat DB press I got 75's for 7 on all 3 sets which was also a first. I felt overall good today . I am sure its too early to tell yet but the pump was something I had not had in a long time even on Clout and DT. I have one serving yet to take of Activate today and will take the last dose of Rebound pre-bed.

Must feel like heaven when you have like 3 months off work over the summer.

Update- Friday- Just cardio and abs day today did 35min on the bike Heart Rate was between 145 and 160 the entire time. I felt very good I took the regular servings of Activate etc . One thing this morning I slept very hard last night and when I woke up I was out of it for awhile. Damn Rebound makes a guy sleep good thing my alarm went off. BUt I did notice it did not take me long to get going as I felt very good.
ANother side not my hunger has been unreal. I am trying to hit 500carbs and I hit about 440 yesterday takeing in all whole grains and 3-4 fruit per day(apples, pear, stawberries( along with 5 servings of veggie(broccoli) I swear I could eat every 1.5 hours. So far not huge increase in strength yet . Calories are at about 3800 or so. The main effects I am feeling are increase sleep and increase in hunger. More to come and I am feeling nice and recovered for sure.

Strength did not increase for me until the middle of the second week. Then it took off.
First bloodwork has been posted on AM. Quite impressive -- 35% increase in free test.

Light Lower body Day-
Well beings school is out and I am done teaching I am getting more real food meals in which I think is really helping instead of just oats and whey lol. Got a great deal at the Super Walmart today on Salmon individual packets. Each packet is 5oz for 80 cents so I bought 20 of them. I must have missed these everytime I was in there. They are in the frozen food section one individual packet is usually a a buck which is cheap for 5oz.
Other then that had a very good workout. Leg Press I went up 20 pounds on my sets of 6 then took weight off for my last sets of 8-10 I then did a drop set of 20 for the hell of it. SLDL were very good hit 225 on my first 2 sets of 5 then 215 for 8 and 205 for 10. Felt very good.
I took the normal dosage of activate at the usual times. I am sleeping deeper it seems and feeling more recovered when I wake up. I am feeling warmer throughout the day for sure, but its been 109-110 here in AZ the past week so that I am sure has something to do with it. I am sweating more in the gym also. No sides to report I guess, increased hunger and a little bit of aggression thats about it. Feel very motivated right now so I think my T-levels are on the up and up. Like Twin Peak said the middle of the second week it should really kick in. This is only day 4. Havey Upper body Sunday

Heavy Upper body Today-
Slept very well last night and have been sleeping alot harder then usual. Heavy upper body today and hit some PR's on Incline Db's with my sets of 3-5. I got up 80lb DB's for all sets of 5 which was great. I moved up 5 pounds from last week. Reverse Barbell Rows were also up one rep on every set as I hit 6 for my sets of 3-5 so time to move up on those also. WOrkout lasted about 65-70min everyone was trying to get in a workout before Monday beings the gym opens late. I got a key so I will get in before the crowd hits.
I took the activate at the same times as ususal. T-level I can really feel increasing because my overall mood is better and I feel overall happy throughout the day. I am more "laid" back its seems like.
Body temp is normal sweating a little more then usual prob cause of the Lipo 6 and EC I take . I rotate them from day to day for energy preworkout. I would however like to see my weight go up more. I am hitting about 4k cals and about 480gs of carbs so I may have to up it once again.Getting in 4 fruit per day and and alot of oats and barley and veggies which in general is making me recover faster. Thanks to Dito on this.
Tommorow is just cardio day then heavy lower body Tuesday.

You're a nutrition consultant and you need Dito to tell you fruit, oats, barley, and veggies are good for you? ;) I mean, we all love dito (he asks for it enough) but that lovin' must really be workin for ya since EVERYONE has been telling you that for a while. Cheers to dito for opening J's eyes!

Why are you doing Heavy/Light workouts? Whats the advantage you see in it? And also how many exercises/sets/reps for each (h/l)?

His "light" workout are not light in any sense, just a higher rep range than his "heavy" workouts. He is doing a program I made him so he can't give you the exercises/sets/reps.

Well great day today I actually slept in an extra hour lol, but today was only cardio day and I had a great workout. INtensity and my cardio output is much higher as I am running faster (9.3mph on my sprints) when I do an intervel workout on the treadmill. I know I could go faster beings its only for 30sec a shot. My overall feeling of well being is through the roof and it actually feels like I am on something its weird. I talked to hockey and he is experiencing the same things. Its hard too stay out of the gym.
ALso beings my macros for my diet are very good. I have started to eat eggs do do Derek and Dito riding my ass (not in a gay way) and I have found them to be very good as I get the Omega 3 eggs. I have been missing out for a long time. I am taking in 3-4 per day. My schedule for the summer may be tweaked as I may have to start lifing Monday and take off Saturday do to me coaching my BB team on weekened tournaments. We practice every morning from 9-10:30 either lifting or doing plyo's. I then work at the gym in the evenings taking clients. We travel on the weekened for the month of June then I give them off July. No big thing I will have access to a gym where ever we go. Other then that not much else to report. Feeling very good as this is my 6th day on it. T-levels are up for sure. Tommorow is heavy lower body day. Thanks too Dito and "D' once again you don't know how much these guys have helped

Well I pretty much am thinking this stuff is the **** that is for sure. I guess the overall feeling of well being , recovery and strength gains so far are the main things I am noticing. Its not making me aggressive at all its making me more alert and motivated. Today hit up lower body I hit Personal records for my squat. As some of you know I have a bad Sciatic nerve so I am slowly trying to progress in squats. Last week I did 225 for my last sets of 6. Today I did rep ranges for 6-8. First set was 225 for 8, 235, 235 both personal records so going up 10 pounds in squat was great. I also hit a PR for SLDL. I hit 235 on my last 2 sets of 5. Last week I was at 225 for all 3 sets. CGBP I hit 205 for my sets of 5 but I got 6 so I was up one rep so its time to move up .
Overall a great workout I cannot stress this enough from day to day I can acutally fell this stuff working. My mood is the biggest thing that has improved. I think alot of it also is that I am hitting my nutrition goals and macros its amazing once u hit the numbers you need to hit what a difference it makes.
I have been coaching and having practice for my summer BB tournaments and taking clients at night at the gym. I am also more motiviated and having fun doings this.
O/T on a side not the local TV station called me and asked to have a morning segment on TV called "Tone Up Tuesday" at 6:30 Am. I accepted so I will have my own segment for 10 minutes on TV i am pretty jacked about it. I can now promote my MRP's and other products that I want to promote as well as our PT buisness.

Well man I PT in my summers off from teaching, I also run my girls summer basketball program and take them too tournaments etc. I don't get paid for any of the summer BB stuff. But as an athlete they have to be playing year round as well as lifting. Its my job I am the head coach so it goes along with it I guess. The gym is really starting to pick up now which is good so i need to make time for everything. I only take clients from 3pm-10pm in that time frame. I keep busy but in a way I like it that way. This cycle is helping me through it though hehe

Wed-Cardio Day Elliptical Sprints
Well hit up the Elliptical for sprints today 30seconds on 30sec off for 35min. I felt very good and DOMS was not really an issue after heavy leg day. My hams were a little tight but were not bad after I got warm. I slept very good last night as that is very common since starting Rebound. I wake up and feel more recovered and generally wake up easily. I have noticed I have started to feel more "hard" in my upper body. I feel like i am tighter around my shouders and traps. Not sure if this is happening to everyone. Mood is still very good. No sides to report yet. I am glad this is not putting me in a bad mood at all its doing the total opposite. Tommorow is Light Upper Body day so I am looking forward to it for sure.
I am almost for the most part hitting my macros . I talked to D about it and he is making some suggestions. I still to to hit my fat intake. As I notice my joints are feeling better since upping my fat intake which is key. More to come tommorow loving this so far.

THursday-Light Upper body
Well todays workout was Ok nothing great and no PR's. My first side effects hit today as my joints in my legs(hamstrings) were very sore and are starting to ach more then usual. This is a common side effect from the Rebound from my understanding. I hit my same numbers for DB Incline and Flat DB Bench as last week. I got 75's DB for 7 on my 3 sets of 6-10 reppers which is fine would l like to move up to 80's for next week and try to get at least 2 sets of 6. Energy was very good, mood is still very good as everyday task seem easy for me too do. Do to my schedule I need to fit in another meal which is going to be hard cause I need ample time for the food to digest. SO I am figuring out my morning routine still. Other then that not much else to report.
No other sides to report yet, libio is up for sure and body temperature is about the same. I will be taking my BF this weekened at the gym as well as weighing in on Saturday or Sunday. I may need to up macros once again.

yeah its a nice benefit. I had the Gold's to myself this monday. Its easier to do cardio without a shirt on.

On a side not I have to start opening up the gym in the AM very early as I was asked by the owner of WOrld Gym. This is a good thing so now I get a key to the gym which I can workout when ever the hell I want on holidays, weekeneds when no one is in there.

I was a baseball player and man I miss the athletic part of my life. that sweet smell of fresh cut grass! I make pretty good money but alot of my boys from college went into coaching and I've grown to envy their careers.

Saturday June 4th -Light Lower BOdy
Well today was a good day for the most part. Been running around alot lately getting everything done for my summer programs, the gym is picking up with more clients and nutrition consultations. I amazes me how little people know about diet and nutrition.
Anyways usually I start off with LEg press for light lower body day but today I got a flare up my ass and wanted to do squats , but I do them on heavy lower body day. So I did front squats today for 4 sets and they felt great, I then hit up Leg Press for 4 sets and got up 430 for 6 which is a PR for me. This is great beings I did Front squats first even though I was not suppose too. You know how it is sometimes where you just are jacked as hell and you want to do more. I have to stay away from doing so though.Other then that no other PR's to report. After LP I hit up 3 sets of SDLD I got up 215 for sets of 8 which they also felt very good.
SOme side effects I am starting to feel is I am getting some tingling feeling in both nipples which this is freaking me out. I hope Rob responds to this etc. If this is a sigh of something I may have to stop the cycle. My mood and awareness is still very good. Acne not a big deal really a couple pimples hear and there on my back .Other then that not much else. This I believe is my 9 day on the cycle. My calories are on the up and up as some adjustments are being made. I am taking BF and weighing in Sunday. Light UPper body day Sunday.

Hey Rob it happens when I start to sweat.Its not the skin itself at all cause there is no change in color at all. The tingling is beneath for sure.I will see how it is today after I am done working out. Dammit I don't want to have to reduct anything

Well took bodyfat today and I will admit I was surpised . I have it done on the electronic BF tester its more accurate then calipers IMO. Weird thing is I am feeling tons better but the weight is not going up as fast as I wanted it too. Anyways I hit some PR's today on Incline DB's as I hit 80's for all sets of 5 which was great. Seated DB Press I got up 65's for my first set of 5 then had to go back down to 60's. But at least I got one set of 65"s.
Energy was very good today. I was over at some friends place last night so did not get my hours of sleep as I usually do but I felt pretty damn good.
Side effects I have been experiencing some tingling feeling in my nipples like I reported. Today it was off and on. It usually happens when I am working out it is underneath the skin . I will wait and see how it goes before I taper down to 15 tabs per day. I will give it a day or two. Other then still taking Activate and rebound at the same times.
O/T Its going to be a very long week as I have to open the gym up at 4am 3 days this week , then take a client at 6am, then have practice from 9-10:30 everyday. IN the afternoon I will workout at 1pm, take clients at 3-5pm until Thursday. Friday and Saturday I will be taking my BB team to a tournament in Tucson. We have a tournament the next 3 weekeneds. I do all my tournaments in June so they can leave for vacation in July.

PU12 I have noticed a better increase in libio then I did non Diesel Test yes for sure. Both of the products though have given me a better overall feeling of well being and intensity in the gym. Strength gains more with Activate and Rebound so far.

That is really illogical considering RXT is anti-Estrogen. If ANYTHING his tingly nipples would be prolactin related, not E......unless six has really high aromatase levels naturally (which judging from his physique isn't too likely.)
Out of curiosity, I know you're a bit of a stimulant junky J and I also know you recently re-added Yohimbine to your regimen in the form of Lipo6.....lots of people report tingly/itchy skin issues while on Y due to the increased adrenergic output. Does the tingly nipples occur on your Ephedrine/Scorch days or specifically on Lipo6 days?
I don't know, I find the whole issue very unlikely to be related to the NHA stack, especially since in my own log I have noticed NOTHING of the sort and if anything an increased skin tightness and decrease in nipple puffiness. Hopefully this situation works out for ya..........bro. ;)

MOnday-Just cardio day today did intervals on the treadmill for 35min. Very good workout , great endurance and stamina. The overall feeling of well being is still very good and libio is up. As far as the "Y" hockey i have cut out all caffiene and I am just take, Alcar,CM stacked with vasopro so I am not sure if the itchy nipple thing could be from that so I dought it. Its was not too bad today at all during cardio as I did not notice anything and it did not give me any problems. I will keep a close eye on it. No other sides to report so far so I will continue on the same dosage to see what happens.
O/T been a stressfull day today , I have 3 clients, practice and have to get everything ready for my tournament this weekened. Tommorow is heavy legs day so I am looking forward what tommorow bring me.

I'm glad to hear that you have that opinion as I start my beta test tomorrow and I have always been E sensitive with some existing pubertal and AAS gyno. Rebound seems to be a pretty potent AI. I finished off two bottles after my March AAS venture and I must say I was impressed, other then the joint soreness in my poor catchers knees )-:

The beta sale hasn't run out yet, so yeah, it is the only place to get ActivaTe. You can dose 10 caps x2/day by the way, which makes the situation a lot easier. Most bodybuilders pop about 15 caps a day on average anyway, so an extra ten morning and night isn't gonna make all that difference.
For the Q above, activaTe is $27 a bottle in beta form at present. Not sure how much the final version will be, but it will only require 4-6 caps per day, not the 20 with the beta run.

Not really, but i personally attribute the increase glycogen synthesis and overall better "fullness" during activate use to higher estrogen levels. E does have it's perks.

I'll always have nolva on hand, but my experience with rebound XT demonstrated that I proabably wont need it, due to rebounds effectiveness. If activaTe frees up that much test I'll hang up my spikes.
Does anyone theoretically believe this is going to have and impact on HPTA?

Tuesday-Heavy Legs Day
Overall great workout today I hit PR's in my 4 sets of squats hitting up 245 for my last 2 sets of 6. I went down nice and slow as usual I did not want to strain anything(my sciatic nerve) I then went and hit up Hack squats for 4 sets of 10 and SLDL for 3 sets of 6 for 225 also PR's for my sets of 6. OVerall great leg workout I then walked on the treadmill to get some of the lactic acid out hehe.
Pretty good day today beings I have been up since like 3 AM . I had to open up the gym and I cannot stand it when people wait by the damn door. Old ass woman who just want to walk on the treadmill are waiting by the door at 4am even though I am only suppose to open at 430 I am being a nice guy and let them in . I just crank up DMX on the BOSE system so they leave within an hour lol. But anyways I have to open the next two days so I need to get some rest.
No reported sides to report. My nipples are feeling fine today . Mood is still very good and no increase in acne. I love the meal plan I am on as I feel I could eat every hour. The activate and rebound have increased my appetite a great deal so I am liking that. I may have to switch around lifting days this weekened cause I am traveling . I may have to do legs Friday which is my usual just cardio day and do cardio Saturday . I will have access to a gym of course but will only have 1.5 hours so cardio will take less time on Saturday. Sunday will be normal as I am leaving Friday in the AM and coming home Saturday.

Todays workout went very well I had tons of energy and endurance I hit PR's for both my lat Pull downs and BB-Rows. My pumps have been amazing the last couple days not sure if this is from the activate or not. I have got very little sleep the last 3 days and I really cannot even tell . This morning was the last day I had to open up the gym so I was happy about that as getting up at 2:30am was getting very very old.
No additional sides to report recovery seems to be better I had a little Doms yesterday in my hamstrings but that was about it. No additional acne to report, Nipples are fine .I am leaving tommorow in the AM will hit up cardio then Light Leg Day on Saturday at Golds. Other then that sunny and 98 here in Yuma

we are taking 20 per day currently, 4 intervals of 5 pills, or 10 in the am and 10 in the pm, take your pick.

Yep it has helped me sleep deeper for sure I feel very well rested after I get up in the Am. I am do interval type cardio on the treadmill and elliptical trainer.
Today-Cardio only day- Not much to report did cardio in the am I felt very good. I had some Doms in my chest and back but nothing too major thats for sure. I will be switching up my workout starting on Sunday. Energy and recovery are very good and my overall feeling of well being is at its highest p point right now. I am Tucson now and coaching in a tournament. Had about a 3.5 hour drive today and we won our first game today and have two more left. O/T very please to see my motel room has a stove and microwave along with a golds gym across the street hehe. Going to go check it out later this evening. I will be posting my new routine setup tommorow. I am loving activate so far. Will be taking BF and weighing in Sunday

Well Saturday-Lower Body Day
Have a very good workout today part of the reason pro cause I was working out at a different gym and it was a new atmosphere. I worked out at Golds Gym in Tucson and it was a very nice place. I hit up some different leg press machines and leg curl machines so it was all new too me. I wish I had access to the equipment all the time. I hit a PR on Leg Press of 440 for my first set of 6 which was nice. I then dropped weight for the second and third sets. I will be starting my new workout on Sunday as this is the end of this program.
I am very excited and thrilled about my new workout. I will not post everything about it but will post lifs. Mood is still very good and I feel very good. I am on my wayhome right now from our tournament . We went 3-2 so that was not too bad. I also had 2 starters missing so that played a part in it but it gave the younger girls a chance to play. I am tired as its been a long weekened. I leave again on Thursday-Sat for another tournament in Phoenix. No noticable sides from activate or rebound . No tingling in the nipples or acne at all.
Tommorow is the first day of my new workout , chest and calfs

SUnday- Weight-169- Chest Day
Well started my new workout today and I am completley drained- I hit PR's on my DB Bench hitting all 4 sets with 80'DB's today which was great. I also hit a PR with my first set of weighted dips. Total killed my chest with 16 sets. Energy was stable . I got home yesterday from our tournament so it was nice to be back. My weight has not went up a whole lot, but strength has went up. My mood, motitvation is at a all time high right now. I still taking the Activate and Rebound at the same times. Meals were a little off this weekened as its hard to plan everything out and eat every 2-3hours when coaching but i did it> Alot of oat and whey shakes . SO today it was nice to eat my eggs and whites and chicken all day and get real protein sources in my body. My current macros are 4300 cals about 400gs of protein and 450 carbs . Overall my appetite is through the roof and I don't mind it one bit. I have got comments from other telling me I look more full and healthy .

Also if you split your dose up AM/PM should you take your 10-15grams each time or just at night?

If you want mechanisms and science you should visit the logs of people who understand them. ;) The fat is to increase lymphatic uptake, similar to the reason one takes fat with Sesathin.

Back and Calf Day today 6-13-05
Had a very good workout today I took the Activate and Rebound as the usual times once again. I have been sleeping alot harder at night and its a very deep sleep without any type of dreams at all. I have been feeling a little angry the last two days for some reason. It is not taking much to get me pissed off. I hit a PR's today for Lat Pull down as I got all of my sets of 10. I added a rep to my last set of pull ups also. I am experiencing some leg cramps I am not sure what this is from. I hope Rob can chime in on this. Its in both lower ankle areas.
Overall feeling of well being is not as strong as it has been , but still very good. Today was a long day for me . It was 110 down here today on my way to the gym my air conditioner was blowing hot air. I got to the gym to notice my car was smoking. One of my belts under the hood had busted. So I had my got damn car towed and had to wait 45minutes. Well I was pissed off so I had to workout and had a client right after my workout. I could tell my blood sugar was dropping cause I usually go home right after my workout and eat but i had to stay at the gym so it was like an hour later until i got to eat. But what do u do. I need to go shower .
Tommorow cardio day, Wednesday-Tricep day , I am loving this new routine so far.Just to make clear I am on a new routine under a new diet and training system and that its mostly TUT based and the diet is has tons of more whole food and less supplements in it. That is all I am going to post about it. Its is a change for myself and body and am looking forward to it.

I doubt NHAS will be responsible for leg cramps. Has Derek changed your diet or upped your water intake much? May be some kinda electrolyte imbalance happening. Why it would only be in your legs i'm not sure.

No I am on a different program (lifting)like I stated and diet with more whole foods mostly TUT based and less supplements in it. I am drinking 2 gallons per day. One thing though I do eat 3 fruit per day maybe potassium is low? I don't take in any bananas mainly berries and apples. Not sure if thats it either

Tuesday-Cardio only- Well today was cardio only for me. Hit up the stationary bike for 34minutes. I am still cramping up some but it was better today. I have been working my calfs different so that may be part of it I do a 3:2 type movement. 3 seconds on the way up 2 on the way down. **** burns big time and you really have to check your ego. I see so many people going a hundred miles an hour with a **** load of weight bouncing it up and down. I have half as much weight on and get more results.
Nothing much else to report today I am hitting up arms and shoulders on Wednesday then legs on Friday. I am also going out of town Thurs,Friday and Sat and will be working out at the LA Fitness in Phoenix. Still feeling very good and recovery is going very well. No other sides to report

Absolutely...Time Under Tension affects growth more than actual weight, in my experience.

Yup my new workout has alot TUT along with many other goodies hehe. I am loving it so far. I can really tell a difference as far as soreness the next day.I have never done a workout and been this sore in my life. It feels great

Hey six, the cramps may also be due to low sodium levels. How much Na+ are you getting a day. I would say 2500mg should be sufficient. You also don't want to overdo the sodium, but i'm sure you already know that. Maybe a gatorade after your WO wil supply your muscles the K+ and Na+ that you need. Just an Idea!

I think my sodium levels are good man I take in alot more whole protein sources eggs and egg whites, chicken etc all have sodium in them. I don't add any sodium to anything at all I don' t think I need to .I don't really track sodium intake at all. My diet is clean as a whistle so I don't worry about it

Arms today-
Very good workout today have great energy levels I got some more GXR today so I was happy about that. I have been out the last 2 weeks so I will be taking it in the AM and one postworkout. OVerall recovery has been very good. Motivation is still pretty high. Libio is normal I guess. I seen more of an increase the first two week then I do now. I hit PR's on BB Curls and also Skull crushers. Diet is doing very good hitting 400gs of protein 400carbs and 90gs of fat. My muscles and joints are feeling better do to the increase in fat in my diets its made a huge difference. I had a great pump beings with my new workout TUT is going very well. I think its funny to see some guys curling 50lb DB's while I am doing 20's and getting more of a workout in lol.
On a side note I will be traveling the next 3 days and be working out at the LA Fitness in Phoenix. I have spent the last couple hours preparing chicken, rice, fruit, barley etc all for this weekened. I will have wireless internet so I can update.

I personally gained 5lbs in 3.5 weeks. I think that is the most gains i've heard of.
Someone on AM.com gained 3lbs during their phase but didn't think it did much else LOL. 3lbs in 4 weeks sound good to me considering there's no PCT required and you'll probably keep all 3lbs.

Thursday-Cardio only
Did an inteval workout on the treadmill today for 34 minutes rotating from 6mph to 9mph. I am only doing cardio 3x a week as of now. I feel much more recovered in my legs and joints prob cause the increase in fat in my diet which is very very important.I am traveling today a 2.5 hour trip which is not bad. I prepared food to take along in my cooler so I am good to go.CHicken, fish, barley,fruit, veggies,. I also have a single burner I can use in the hotel room and am bringing one pan to make my eggs and heat evevything up. Damn the things I do. hehe. I will be in Phoenix until Saturday. I will be working out at the LA Fitness Friday hitting legs and Sat doing cardio only on my off day on Saturday and hitting Chest Sunday. Feeling very good overall motivation and concentration is still up. I am sweating more then usual that is for sure not sure if its from the activate or not. I will be taking bodyfat and weighing in Sunday in the AM and also measurments from starting until now.

My joints felt much better when I got my fat intake up to 25% of my diet, but they really started feeling good when I started taking 4g fish oil.

Friday-Legs day this morning-

I had a great overall workout as I am in a different gym for a couple days. The LA Fitness here is great so many different machines and exercises it makes me want to stay in the gym the entire day to try them all out.
I am feeling very good motivation is high I noticed I have a couple new pimples on my shoulders but nothing too serious yet. Motivation recovery are all up . Nothing much else to report. I hit PR's on my sets of Squats for 2 sets and also Leg Press for one set. The leg workout is honestly one of the hardest I have did.
On a side not been cooking in my motel room with a single burner. I feel like I am camping lol. I don;t have a fridge or microwave so I brought one pan and one burner, chicken, barley , oats, fish , fresh fruit and veggies. Coming home saturday evening some time depending on how we do.

Today- Saturday-cardio day only
Cardio day only today I felt very good energy was high. I feel like my cardio output is better since being on the cycle also. I feel like I do have more endurance for sure which is a good thing. Sweating more then usual. I did 34 min interval workout then walked on an incline treadmill for 12 min. I start my second week of TUT tommorow cals will be at 4300 sunday and i will be hitting chest. I will be weighing in and taking BF Sunday.
Other then that not much else to report finally coming home today after my 3 day tourney which has been hard for my team. We are play 5 out of the top 10 teams in the state so its gives me an idea where we are at. I am sick of being around 12 high school girls though its baby sitting lol. More to come

6-19-05-Chest -Shoulders
Well today I hit up Chest and shoulders i did 10 sets of chest an 10 for shoulders. Very good workout . I took 5 activate before I worked out which I don't normally do. I tell ya what I had a better pump in my chest then usual. After Decline DB's my chest felt great. I then hit up Arnolds for 4 sets and finished off with some TUT training on incline flys. OVerall great workout . I weighed in today at 166 and my BF is at about 5.5%-6% which is a bit suprising even though I am taking in 4k cals per day depending on what day I lift. My new program and diet is based around what bodyparts I works each day as I don't take in the same everyday. For example I don't take in the same in Bicep day as I would on leg day.
ANyways feeling very good. I have about 10 days left on this cycle. I will then be stacking Superdol and Diesel Test or Rebound for my next cycle. I will be taking 10-20mg of SD per day along with 4 DT per day. I will also have nova on hand afterwards for PCT.
O/T-Glad to finally be home and eating all whole food. When I travel I depend alot on quick meals like oats and whey etc which gets old. It was nice to have my omega eggs and oats this AM. Next weekened is my last weekened for travel. It was nice working out in a different gym and just getting away for sure.

Six, you must seriously have an outa control metabolism that your losing fat weight and eating 4K cals a day. I would probably cut back on the cardio if I were you trying to add muscle. The SD cycle should definetly help you gain and I'm looking forward to that log as well. Anyways, keep up the great work brotha.

6-20-05 -Back Day
Overall I am liking taking a dose of Activate before I lift .I feel I am getting better pumps doing so. Very good workout today TUT training is totally different then anything I have done before you can really feel the muscle being worked. My spirits continue to be up as I am feeling more recovered between workouts. I have been busy as hell taking on new clients at the gym which is a good thing while coaching summer basketball. Activate and Rebound seem to keep me calm and not stress out as much as I normally would be doing.
I hit went up 5 pounds today on T-bar rows and close grip pull downs. I went up 10 pounds on seated rows. So out of the 5 exercises i did I increased on 3 of them which is a plus. Overall calories are at 4300, protein 410, Carbs 451 for today and fat at about 90.
Legs day tommorow I am looking forward to it. I have about 10 days left of Activate from what it looks like and then the real fun starts for what i am taking next. I need to finalize it though first with the big man hehe

Leg Day
Great overall workout today. I hit PR's on my sets of 12 for squats. I pre-exhausted my legs today with extentions first as with the new workout I am on that is what it called for. This really made a difference. After my sets of squats I hit up lunges. Note to anyone who does lunges if you want to almost hurl do 20 rep lunges with a barbell. I did 4 sets of 20 and lunch almost came up. From there I went on to my last sets of Leg press. This was by far the hardest leg workout I have done in about a year I would say. I am not allowed to post details but it was unreal. Great pump in my quads once again as I took a serving of Activate before I hit the gym. I have about 3 days of Rebound lefts and 4 days of Avtivate lefts. Personal records today on Squats which was a big plus for me. Tommorow is an off day thank god because I really don't think I will be able to move

Actually I thought they were getting a "half way product" that sat between the raw material and the finished prduct and no ATD. How could you get a lot of filler. You would get a lot of filler if the product was under dosed. It turned out to be a product that wasnt "transformed" correctly, not under dosed.

Poor wording, sorry, When i say filler, i don't actually mean the typical glucose etc filler than is bog-standard. The intermediates of the ATD synthesis are inactive and pretty useless, so they're like "filler", is what i was getting at. There may be some ATD, but certainly nothing significant.

Well yesterday and today have been interesting considering all the hype about Rebound and Activate. I ony have 2 days left so I will finish out the log here before I take off this weekened. I have been very pleased with Activate as its giving me more motivation, sense of well being and overall feeling very good with an increase in libio.No sure if Rebound played any role in this.
Today I experience DOMS in my glutes big time from Lunges yesterday. I don't think I have been this sore in 2 years at least. My new workout is kicking my ass but it feels good. I did 34 min of ellitpical sprints 30seconds on 30sec off today and which helped out a tad with the lactid acid.
After this cycle is over I am debating taking my Superdrol-Diesel Test cycle or Omega Thunder cycle as I have not made up my mind yet. Other then that its sunny and 115 here in Yuma. Nice and warm lol. THere is a heat advisory for the rest of the week. I will be taking off Friday and Saturday for my last weekened trip. I will have access to the interent so I will report if anything does happnen.
Tommorow will be my last day of this cycle.

LOL thats right u are in Tucson, ya this is my last tourney for the summer we have been to 3 tournaments already so my team will have July just for weight training, plyo's etc. I will give ya holla if i am in the area. AZ Western has a pretty good college team we have a semi-pro team now the Scorpions

Well its a 5-A school so its pretty competitive and the pressure gets to me sometimes. I will be an asst football coach and the strength coach next year also for the football team. Damn it will be busy

So let me get this straight, sixpack, you went on Rebound and Activate a month ago, went up in strength, then found out Rebound was flawed? You also lost a pound of BW since the beginning of your "cycle", even though your goal is 190-195 by the end of the summer. Do you think your workouts would have been any worse if you hadn't taken either supplement? Why not go all natural?
I just started getting serious about bodybuilding a few months ago and I think I'm going to stick to the natural stuff, as it seems I'm getting good gains with it. I went up from around 167 to 186 lbs and put 1 1/4 inches on my arms since march with just creatine, glutamine, and a clean diet including lots of protein. My BF is high though so I'm trying to cut down to 175 lbs.

I am not sure if they would of been worse or not maybe , maybe not. I know for a fact Activate has made be feel better, lift heavier weight and has kept me motivated. Its your choice what you want to do with your body.

Just so you know, i ran the NHA Stack with a bottle of the RXT from the faulty batch and still managed to gain 5lbs in 3.5 weeks without any change in diet.
Thankfully, i am an uber-responder.

Maybe you should shoot me a trial. Nobody believes you :). Seriously, though, if all of the testers have gained so well, even the ones with the bad batch, Activate must be a kick-ass product. I can't wait to get my hands on some. Need some $ca-ching$ first, though.

I would say at least 80% for sure espeicially my added fat intake which is at 85gs now, no more sore joints or hamstrings everyday. Thank you Dito hehe for keeping me in line hehe

It was great for overall feeling of well being and motivation were the two key factors. Strength increases were not huge but I could tell I was getting stronger. I ended up increasing my squat by 15 pounds,Bench-10pounds and SLDL by 15 pounds. Overall I would say that is very good for me. I would like to thank Rob for this opportunity and it was really too bad to see what happened with the Rebound product.
I do have bottle of SD that I will be taking in a week stacked with Diesel Test. I have to confirm this with some other first as I want to have everything on hand. Other then that this is the first product I have taken in sometime that I could actually feel i was on something. The last one was Diesel Test. Rob thanks again and I look forward to trying your products in the future. Thank you

To be honest the Activate for sure combined with a better diet and more recovery I think was the main part for sure. I upped cals and added more healthy fat in my diet. THus gave me better recovery and overall better feeling.
