Does anyone have a vid or anything showing the proper steps on the clean? I really need to work on my form if i wanna make it to the school-age nationals again next year, hopefully getting better than 2nd :[

Umm, if you were at schoolage nationals last year, you must have a coach, right?

Yeah my football coach took me to it, the problem is that for me it's easier to see someone do it then try recording myself mimicking their movements. He also is teaching the whole class so it's hard to give everyone individual attention like that.

I see. Yeah, football coaches usually aren't the best to teach the lifts.

See if you can find an olympic coach in your area.

Also, start from a solid power clean, then go into hang, then full cleans.
