well if you want to get stardted jogging just let me know cost i jog like 3 times a week just got stard it some time ago well yeah just let me know

Sounds good to me. Let me know what's up. I can run about 5 miles in the morning. i sometimes split the time. For example, I run 5 min and walk 1 or run 10 and walk 1. E-mail more info on you. What you do and sh*t like that.. Lates
