okay I am ready to break into this but not sure where to begin.

currently I am 6'4 and 340 pounds (everyone thinks I am 275) with alot of mass and some fat(my mid section can use some work--but overall i look good for 340).

My goal is to hit 250 before the end of the year but I want to do it in 3 diff stages --300,275, then 250. I work out hard in the gym and have started doing cardio 1 hr in the am and 1 body part in the pm.

any ideas where to start so i can begin this transformation??

I usually suggest body for life as a starter program. It doesnt involve meausing and being overly nuts about nutrition. Great book, very motivational..

Check out the website www.bodyforlife.com There is a nutrition section, training section and a cardio section. Video demos for exercises and even log sheets. Get the book Body for life by bill phillips

there's also a body for life recipe book that I thought had some great ideas for food! I think body for life is a healthy way to start.
