Flex has helped me overcome weak knees, tendonitis in my right elbow and sum minor back problems ive had... all areas that to a point i couldnt stand to work.... after my first can i was able to bring up those areas... so now my quads look bigger and more defined... i actually have lowerback erectors and my tris dont look like the bone that holds my bis any more... thats wy flex is important for me... because without it, i wouldnt be able to be a competitive bodybuilder

FLEX
Flex is just as much a staple for me as Pak. Every single day at least one pack, no question. I've had a knee problem during wrestling, I've had elbow pains in either side, in only my teenage years. I've gotta have something to combat that, and do what I can to make sure I don't have problems later on, and that something is of course Animal Flex, more complete than any other joint supp I've seen. Some of us actually think about our future, and I know mine's in good hands with UN/AP.

The biggest problem for a lot of athletes is joints.

Being a former swimmer/football/rugby player I have my fair share of injuries and aches.

Swimming absolutely hammered my shoulders, rugby and football tore up my knees. I am 19 years old and when I lift I feel aches that a normal 19 year old should not. Animal Flex can help reduce and/or completely defeat the aches of my joints and help me focus on lifting/running and maintaining proper form. Everything else are luxuries in my opinion. Its the foundation for me. Pak comes before breakfast. Pak is the most important "meal" of the day.

How important is Pak in my supp' regimen? Easy, it IS my supp' regimen. Without Pak there is no reason to take anything else. The most important thing I take is that bigass pack of nutrients and vitamins, to ensure that my bases are covered. What if my body wasn't building muscle because of the absence of one basic vitamin? And as a bodybuilder, I bust my ass and deplete those vitamins to the core every day. Pak ensures that I have all that, and in doses that are best for someone that uses a ****load of nutrients.

Animal Pak is hands down the best multi out there. When I first started I was using GNC and that was great for a lil while. Then once I was really training i had to take something to keep my energy up during the day because i would be to sore and tired from my previous workout. So i tried several very respected multi's and none of them did what pak can do. I will not train unless i have taken my pak PERIOD!!!!

It would be hard to choose which is better in my eyes, since i havent introduced myself to Flex. Pak is all i will ever need. I have felt the strongest and healthiest i have in years since i started using the pak. By far the best multi on the market. But Pak is so much more than a multi, is designed specifically for us, the hard working iron pushers.

i was a regular user of MSM and glucosamine that i'd get at CVS. my joints have been pretty tore up from playing sports and getting hurt, so i wanted something to promote my joint health. the other products helped, but they just weren't cutting it. that's where flex entered the picture, and it isn't leaving. flex combines the benefits from those other store bought brands and then some! i have less inflammation and joint discomfort even after brutal squats or skull crushers. it's helping me to progress every day without my joints slowing me down.

Flex has helped out greatly with knee and shoulder issues that I have. I have been extremely pleased with the results and I no longer have the constant popping knee problem I had in the past.

What else needs to be said about the Pak, best multi hands down.

I got a pak of flex right next to me, blew out my knee's three years ago, 6 months ago it was still really hard for me to walk up stair, just because of the pain.......now im already starting to squat again!

I used animal flex only once and I must say it was easily the most potent joint support formula I have ever tried. Up until that time some of the joint support products I used seemed to do nothing, while others helped me but no where near the amount animal flex did.

The reason I need a joint support product is sort of complex. I had chonic Lyme Disease for 7 years. The pathogen that causes Lyme Disease (Borrelia Burgdorferi) attacks and literally BURROWS INTO your joints, causing more and more damage the longer you have it. As a result, even after your fully "cured" from Lyme Disease, many develop what is known as "Post-Lyme Disease Syndrome"(PLDS). That is what I have, however i am worlds better now then when i first got it thanks to animal flex and other joint supplements. Before i was taking 10mg of Perscription Flexeril and 1800mg of Neurontin a dose for my joints, now im down to 5mg and 200mg respectivly and will be off Neurontin soon. When i was taking animal flex i noticed the most rapid progress in my joints since i first started taking any joint supplements. In my opinion it's because flex has so much more than your averge joint supp. Many just contain glucosimine and/or chondroiten. While flex has very powerful versions of both(which provide the all important, long-term healing foundation), it's loaded with other great ingredients that aid in joint COMFORT, Hyaluronic acid for example. I believe that is the reason i could FEEL the differance on AF. It's a great product so keep it up guys and congrats on the awards.Torrent also should have been nominated and won best new product of the year, it's the best muscle building product i have ever used period. They should also make a post-workout award category which Torrent will likely win annually lol.

well Desinger supplements first Lean Xtreme was the best fat-loss product i have ever used, I am now using their updated version and it's even more amazing. In many ways i agree with u though (and thought the same thing about animal pak) but i belive if significant improvements can be made with little-to-no price change, then they should. The evolution of the industry is important. But yea no real need to change animal pak, perhaps the most successful single supp in bodybuilding history lol.

I've been using both the Pak and Flex for a while now and they're both GREAT supplements, but i've got to say Flex is just unbelievable. Im 19 but I have had joint problems with my knees and elbows(mainly left elbow and knee) since forever. Flex is just amazing simply because it WORKS. I sprained my elbow a little while back and I used to have sharp pain in my left elbow everytime I pushed against something, but after taking Flex I rarley if ever feel anything from my elbow anymore. Flex is the first thing I take in the morning to keep my joints going smoothly throughout the day, and then I take the Pak about half an hour to an hour after that. I would highly recommend it to anyone lookin for a quality joint supp. And for $22 for a month and a half supply its a pretty sweet deal for us broke college folks too lol.

Major wrist problems. Unfortunately, that injury has plagued me since starting the art of submission wrestling. I'll be the first to tell you that practicing sprawling wreaks hell on your wrists and elbows, and getting slammed to the ground, oftentimes on your hand and elbow, doesn't help much with the problem. This made lifting a problem. Though I could usually work through the pain, days where grip was necessary would be hell (Back days and bicep days really).
I tried a normal G+C+M product, unfortunately to no avail. I was given a bottle of cissus by a close friend, and while it helped slightly at the time, never gave me long term relief. Finally, I was suggested Animal Flex. I bought a bottle, and by day 20 I was finally feeling relief that I had sought for so long. After the bottle was done (which was about 2 weeks ago) I want to buy another, but, being a poor college student, am currently unable to. I'm going to order another bottle with my next large order from BB. As of now, my wrists are hurting again, only having Cissus to rely on (which isn't working quite as well :)) I NEED THE FLEX! :D

I think it was the great advertising that brought me in, but since about a year ago I have been taking the pak every day and on the glorious day I found out about flex my shoulder thanked me. Because of wrestling my rotator cuffs are complete garbage and spraining it very badly during lacrosse didnt help. Anyway, flex has allowed me to lift heavy again even after physical therapy where I was only able to use 10lb dbs to bench. Animal for life.

You can stack any Animal products with each other, especially such a core product like Flex with anything else.

I used to feel pain in my wrists and shoulders. I got Animal Flex, thinking it was not going to help my problem. About 3 weeks into the cycle of Flex, my shoulder pain went away and I was very surprised! My wrists are getting better the 2nd time around with Flex. It's an awesome product. When someone asks me what supplement I swear by, 100% of the time I tell them Animal Flex!
