I'm going to be experimenting with a megadosing of BCAA's while doing a 3 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off superdrol cycle that will more than likely be dosed at 10 mg for the first two weeks, and if doable/necessary 20 mg for the 3rd week. Given all the gains people have made by megadosing BCAA's, I figured I might as well give it a try while on Superdrol. I have plenty of ICE around, so I'll probably be dosing at 30-40 grams a day.
Week 1 to 2
10 mg/day of Superdrol
1.2 g/day of Red Yeast (not sure on the adequate dose of this)
2.5 g/day of CEE
2.5 g/day of Citruline Malate
30 to 40 g/day of BCAA's (probably 4 servings of 10 g morning, pre and post workout and with a meal at night)
Week 3
20 mg/day of Superdrol (may remain at 10 g)
Otherwise the same as Week 1 to 2.
Week 4 to 6
150 mg of Clomid for the first 3 days, and 40 mg of nolvadex thereafter for two weeks, then dropping the dose to 20 mg of nolvadex for the third week.
1.2 g/day of Red Yeast (not sure on the adequate dose of this)
2.5 g/day of CEE
2.5 g/day of Citruline Malate
30 to 40 g/day of BCAA's (probably 4 servings of 10 g morning, pre and post workout and with a meal at night)
The following weeks will be a repeat of Weeks 1 to 3, and the PCT will be similar, except I'll add an extra week of 20 mg of Nolvadex. I also bought a bottle of Activate that I'll probably run for the last two weeks of PCT.
My diet is going to be about 450/300/100 of carbs/protein/fat.
I'll post any details that I see as important or noteworthy along the way, otherwise, I plan on updating on a weekly basis.

Weight 175 (was 178 before a bad cold, which I've just recovered from.)
BF 10-12% (this is my guess, but it is very low as abs are visible, some striations in chest when flexed, etc)
