Firstly, I would like to thank Tank for letting me try White Blood. You can read up on it here (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/white.html). I have been on this now for a little over three weeks. Basically, I wanted to see how this would work on a maintainance diet, while playing sports 5 times a week (softball, tennis and golf). Due to my recent business travel and extra curricular activities, this review came at a bad time, however, I feel that I will be able to give a fair assesment and I know how my body reacts. I have limited my supplements to the basics and my diet, though basic, is flawed (within reason) due to eating out with clients. When I started White Blood, I weighed in at 184 lbs, with a 31 3/4" waist (6" tall). Currently, I'm 187 lbs while maintaining my current waist size, a little under 32" (31 7/8"). My BF% went down, but not dramatically (<1%). I'm currently eating 2,800 calories a day, with no set macronutrient breakdown (carbs are centered in and around my activities). I normally workout around 6 p.m..
My diet prior to training has been oatmeal with whey and honey. Since starting White Blood, I have been eating roughly 1.5-2 hrs prior to training and taking three White Blood caps about 30min prior to physical activity, on an empty stomach.
My initial impression was that it gave me a quick nauseating feeling, which subsided within 10 minutes. Not much to report after a few days. After about a week, my muscles were getting fuller and my weights were increasing in virtually all lifts, some better than others. The best results came recently after about a week off of the gym, while still taking 3 caps a day. Got back and hit the gym hard. Went through an intense workout and grooved through everything, close to 2 hrs, which I NEVER do, as I'm more of someone who works out efficiently in a little over an hour. Felt great afterwards. I'm still on it, for about 5 more days.
In terms of NO2 products, I've had some success with some of them and others seemed bunk. I have heard good things about other NO2 products in the market now and I feel that this is another good product.
Again, I would like to thank Tank for this opportunity to try it out.
