How many days before d-day should we stop our cardio sessions before a comp.?

i stop mine the day before contest. I deplete all the way up until early saturday morning

I stop cardio 2 weeks out. If you continue cardio until the week of the show your legs will not look as ripped as they could. of course this is assuming that you are < 5% BF 2 weeks out. If your BF% is 7, 6 or even 5% then your legs are not goung to have the mega ripped look anyway and you are better off continuing cardio to, hopefuly, drop below 5% prior to the show.
