just started it today.. today was back day
beginning weight in the Am. 186lbs @ 12% bodyfat 5'10
current diet:
meal 1: 6 egg beater /1 whole egg/ 1.5 cups of oats
Preworkout: Nlarge Shake
Postworkout: Isopure and a large banana
Meal 4: 7 oz chicken 1 cup of veggies and 1 cup of brown rice
Meal 5: 6 oz tuna, 3/4 cups oats with 1 tbsp of natty PB
Meal 6: Low carb lean body shake with 1cup of skim milk (or 1/2 cup oats)
Meal 7: 6 oz lean protein (steak or chicken) cooked with 1 tps of olive oil, 2 cups veggies, 1/2 cup of rice
Meal 8: 16oz cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of PB

mult vitamin takin upon awakening and sleeping
10mg of ergo taken in meal 1/10 mg in meal 7
EC taken be4 workout
milk thistle and NAC will be taken throughout cycle

my current workout is 5days of lifting..
mon-chest
tues-back
wed-legs
thurs-shoulders
fri-arms
I do 20 mins of low intensity cardio after each workout (except legs cuz i cant move)
on sat I sometime use a speed bag and heavy bag
on sun= complete rest day


this will be a day to day log.. i will report negatives, positives, mood changes, physical changes or anything thats noticeable. I am looking to reduce bodyfat % and increase LBM.

1st workout 5/17
deadlifts: 225 1X12 315 3X8 365 1X1 (wanted to get an idea where my max was even though its not a true max cuz i was fatigued)
Lat pulldowns (wide grip) 220 3X6
One Arb DB Rows 100lb 3X8 each arm
DB pullovers 100lbs 3X8
hyperextensions 2X20
15 mins of low intensity cardio (didnt do 20 because i went golfin after)

i train using MAX OT style however, this workout does not exemplify that. most workouts i will stay between 4-6 reps.
I will add weight every week. I was surprised by my ability to get 8 reps on lifts i usually got 5. 315 for deads felt light and will move to 355 and attempt sets of 4 next time. At the end of the workout when i tried 365 it was done with ease.

tomorrow is LEGS .. I always look forward to it, but its hell to go through.

ohh and of course i have PCT.. I have rebound Xt and 6 oxo. Im planning on using rebound XT as most previous logs with people using it had good results. i will be taking liver protectants through PCT too.

Looking forward to it. Im taking Ergomax + Max LMG at the moment but was too lazy to run a dedicated log for it, so I have to give props to those not as lazy as myself. I'm 13 days into my cycle, weight gains are pretty good.. I got pretty bloated at first when I put on a ton of weight so I kinda cut back because Im not interested in bloat, just muscle gains. But the strength gains are insane. I had the best workout of my life yesterday.

day 2... woke up the same weight as the day before, felt fine followed diet and ate meals thus far.
i just got home from one hell of a leg day
squats: warm up with 135 set of 12.. then 275 3X5 (up from last week by 1 rep per set)
one legged leg presses: 445 2X6 each leg
hammy curls: 150 lbs 2X6
LEg extensions (my legs respond to higher reps with these)- 3X12 165
Finisher** Lunges 135 pounds till failure.. went the length of the gym two times till falling to both knees.
then 3 sets of heavy seated calfs

the energy was very good for the workout. as u can see when i do legs i keep the number of sets fairly high. i figure if i kill them once a weak they respond better.
currently sitting here 1/2 hr after my workout my legs are twitching.. (sometimes happens.) if anything in behavior, energy or physical changes occur between now and bed time i will report on those..
tomorrow= shoulders!

day 2.. up 1 pound.. woke up later then normal.. damn poker! hit the gym for shoulders with good energy. prob= too many distractions at the gym (aka people i kno; which is why i go early. plus it sucks when u work at the gym you work out in cuz everyone knows u) so the workout went 20 mins longer then it should have however i did carry it out
military BB press- warm up.. then 155 3X6
arnold presses 55 2X8
Front Raise 30lbs 3X6
Rear Delt machine 180 3X6
upright rows 115 2X4
DB shrugs 130's 3X6

then 20 mins low intensity on elliptical
so far i feel reall good.. tomorrow= arms
cant really say its helped too much thus far however, its only day 3 and i dont expect miracle work.

today... arm day
weighted chins- warm up with bodyweight 1X10... then with 60 lbs added 3X5
hammer curls 50's 3X5
one hand preacher DB curls 35's 3X6
Cable curls 140 1X4
CG Bench 135 1X 12 warmup 195 3X4 reps
One hand skulz with DB 30's 2X6
Cable Tri Extension 140 2X8
Dips (CG) 1 set to failure= reached 22 dips
then some forearms work and cardio

the main lifts for strength increases i will be concentrating on are the weighted chins and CG bench.

overall= mood and energy was good.
will weigh myself tomorrow

day 5.. weight up 2 pounds.
just did moderate intensity cardio on efx for 35 mins and ab work.
wont report tomorrow as it is my rest day.
so far.. no sides to report

When you say up 2 pounds, do you mean from the day before, or total? As in up 2 pounds since you started. ?

today is my off day. did some rollerblading, and relaxing

just got finished working out..
did chest today.. felt good
flat bench warmed up 135 1X12 185 1X6
working sets 205 1X6 215 1X5 220 1X4 (got 3 myself.. spotter touched the bar on 4th)
Incline DB press
95lb DBs 3X4
Weighted Dips
85lbs added. 2X4
Machine Flyes 1X20 120 lbs

20 mins of cardio on EFX

overall felt pretty good. last week I did 215 for 4 and 220 for 2 so i am getting stronger but its nothing significant.
my weight is currently at 188lbs. no noticeable increase in fat, if anything it looks like im leaner.
so far after one week, nothin huge to talk about. however i am expecting strength and mass gains to become more and more significant throughout the last 3 weeks.

damnit man ive been looking for ergo and max logs, since they were meant to be run together i would have thought.. you know someone saved a bottle and used it with max.

well 1 week down.. not goin to check weight today
as far as my workout went.. it was very good today.
i did back
my workout went as follows
deadlifts: warmup up sets 135 1X12 225 1X6 315 1X4
Working sets: 335 1X6 355 1X5 365 1X3 (PR!)

Lat Pulldowns (Wide grip) - 220 1X6 230 1X5 240 1X4 (PR)
One arm DB Rows 110 DBS 2X6
Straight Arm Cable Pullovers Stack (150) 2X12
Hyperextensions 2X20
20 mins on EFX

workout was awesome.. the weight i used on deads felt lights. my back and bis were extremely pumped after the workout!
no negative sides yet... knock on wood

current weight-190.. there is noticeable loss in body fat.. strength is up. so far very pleased with the product i hope to get up to 195 in the next 3 weeks. at this rate it may be more
today i did legs

Lunges across length of gym twice 135 (till failure when i fall on both knees)
seated calf raises and donkey calf raises

hell of a day.. completely exhausted even 2 hrs later.. great energy throughout workout. no noticeable sides yet. however my allergies are definately kickin in. i am takin benedryl to reduce it.
i also stopped the EC stack before workout and switched to lipo 6

Hammer Curls (6-12's)- 50 2X6 20's 2X12
CG bench - 195 2X5 205 1X4
Dips on two benches - 2 total sets to failure
1st set* 3plates-2plates-1 plate- bodyweight
2nd set* 2plates-1plate-bodyweight
then forearms work
Reverse grip preachers- 75 lbds 2X5
Wrist curls and so on

feel really good still..

today was a messed up chest day.. due to memorial day and lifting at a different time, i worked out with someone i never have before. he is about 38 now but was a bodybuildier for yrs before.. i have known him since i started going to the gym and when he jumped in on my bench workout we just ontinued to workout together....
its started with flat bench
i did 2 warm up sets @135 and 185
then 205X8 215X6 225X4 (2 with help) 225 X4 (2 with help)
then we went to inline BB (i was def worn out from heavy presses) i did 90s for sets of 6 then 85for a set of 8...
then he had me do several sets of inline flies.. we kept the weight light and did about 4 sets @ 60lbs (real deep and ontrolled)
then came this inline press machine.. we did 3 sets @ 150 pounds of partial reps (not deep so that the tension was contant on the chest and not on the tri) we did about 15 reps per set
then last cable flies 3X15 @80lbs
then at the end of the workout, even though my hest was pumping out of my stomah i hallenged him to a dip contest. i went first and did 24, he did 19 hahaha kicked his ass. of course he has 40 lbs on me but oh well.
overall, i went off shedule but it turned out to be a good workout.. i had lots of energy and felt good

amazing day today.. hit two PRs
deads- 2 warm up sets with 135 and 225
then 315 1X5, 365 2X4!!!!!!! (PR)
Lat Pulldowns- 230 1X6 240 1X5 250 1X4 (PR)

Straight arms cable pullovers SS with Lat Machine 3 sets (great lat pump)

today was leg day.. decided to do box squats today.. bos was about an inch or two below parallel.
box squats- 135 warm up then 225 1X6 255 2X6 275 1X4
one legged leg press- 450lbs (10 plates total added) 2X4 then 1X20 with both legs
hamstring curls- 150 1X8 165lbs 1X6,1X5
Leg Extensions 210 2X12 195 2X10
seated calf raises- 2X12-15

still feel really good.. no sides to report.. strength is still going up.. body weight has staggered around 191 for a few days
