Lonny's Novedex XT Log

I picked up a bottle of Gaspari Novedex XT last week, $5 more than 6-OXO but people seem to be having more results with it than 6-oxo so i decided to try it out for my pre-pubertal gyno.

As per label instructions i'll be running 2-4 caps before bed. It doesn't specify taking with fat, but i will do so with roughly 15-30 grams of ground flax, as well as some olive and perhaps fish oil, and a scoop or two of Syntrax Matrix.

I'll be looking for the usual increase in test signs, as well as a reduction in minor gyno i've had since i was 8-10. The only thing that really helped i found was SAN Blaze while i was on it, my nipples seemed to be hard a lot more.

I don't know how detailed i'll be regarding my training and such, if i notice an increase in size or strength or energy levels or overall well being i'll be sure to detail it. My main concern is getting rid of this gyno, and although its a small chance, im hopefully to see some sort of reduction.

Took 2 caps last night with a few eggs (whole), and some ground flax. Probably 20-30 grams of fat.

Woke up this morning almost fully hard without having to piss. This doesn't usually happen to me unless

A) I didn't piss during the night
B) I woke up on minimal sleep

Since i did piss a few hours before i woke up, and got 10 hours of sleep, i may have to chock this up to the novedex. I just worked out, and nothing seemed different.

Its my fourth or fifth day on this now.

I look a bit leaner, no movement on the gyno right now.

Psychologically i feel great, lots of energy, im sleeping less but there no problems getting to sleep. Appetite is good and high, my face seems to be oiler than usual but no acne. Looks like my shoulders could break out but they haven't yet. Im currently up to 4 caps a day and will dose that for a week before tapering down to 2.

Still at 4 pills a day. im looking really full and pretty vascular right now. No gyno gone from the looks of it. One thing that has me a bit worried is that i seem to be losing a bit more hair than usual, although it may just be Dio's thread that has me worried. I think i may bring it down to two caps a day.

The other side effect of note is im constantly applying hand cream as my hands seem to be drying out a whole lot. Im not getting morning wood every morning anymore, some days i am and some not.

Energy is still good and im still not napping in the afternoon.

Had this symptom to the EXTREME with 6-OXO. My elbows, nips, knees etc.. were cracking :( ... sucked. Good luck with the log !

That is just classic......

Anyway with novadex or rebound I believe it more effective to stack with nolva. I attempted to rid gyno with rebound alone and no success; I added nolva at 40mg a day and gyno shrunk significantly. Keep up the log man.

I'd love to try Nolva but don't want to risk the $50+ to try and get it into Canada, and don't think theres anywhere that sells in from inside the country.

My face and shoulders are really breaking out right now, just small little acne.

The hair situation im tempted to go out and buy some anti DHT shampoo, if it still seems like im losing more than usual.

Psychologically i feel really good, and appetite is pretty high.

I am on Rebound+Nolva right now and my back looks so nasty because of all the zits. I don't really care as I will go to any length to wipe out this gyno completely.-You gotta pay the cost to be the boss. ;]

Im back down to 2 caps a day and the amount of hair that i notice being not on my head has decreased. Acne is prominent on my shoulders and face.

I started a new job this week which is pretty physically demanding, my energy levels were quite good, and i should be able to compare them to my energy levels while off next week.

No visible reduction of Gyno sadly although i do look a bit leaner. Libido is great, no aggression although a little agitation at times.

As a test booster i definitely like it.

I've been cutting while on this and have been dropped some fat, it looks like my gyno is shrinking a tiny bit, im getting a little more defined in the pecs (more definition than i've had at lower BF %). The acne on back and shoulders is much less at 2 pills a day, and hair loss is inconsequential at this dose.

weights have held steady if not increased slightly, libido is quite high despite sporadic use of ephedrine (working midnight shift for the summer). Appetite is still high but controllable.

I highly reccomend this and will probably do another cycle in a few months, i was selected as part of the Rebound/Activate testers but couldn't do it because of this. It blows tribulus out of the water, no comparison and i have lots of experience with trib. I still have a week or so left i believe.

Haven't tried either. Vitrix is too expensive and relies too much on trib in my mind. i've used everything that it contains before and none of them blew me away, although i would love to try straight LongJack sometime.

The Tz3 doesn't look too bad, its 6-oxo, trib, and ZMA. The 6-oxo should raise test levels and the DHB is interesting. The trib and ZMA are probably not going to contribute much.

Agreed on vitrix.


But TZ3 does look potent atleast on paper. Its got the 300mg 6oxo and also 1000mg trib + others (that combined is a nice hefty dose and should be pretty potent). Price wise its not bad either.

Sorry about the lack of update. I wanted to wait until a few days after i had finished it to give an assesment

I've been off it for a few days now. Getting stronger every workout despite being off EC as a preworkout stim for the first time in a long time. The acne on my back and shoulders (as well as a little on my face) has subsided, although its still there on my chest/back/shoulders, just much smaller and i assume it will go away completely in time. Libido has been high as of late which is nice. Energy levels

The only problem i've found is that i've been sleeping a lot more, and finding it takes me longer in the morning to get up. no estrogen rebound, although im not quite as vascular as i was on cycle.

I wish my training had been a lot more on track while i was on this, i hope to do another cycle when i finish cutting in a month or so. The only problem i had with this product was the hair loss, which can be minimized through the proper shampoo, or at a lower dose (2 caps a day).

I would reccomend this as the only test booster worth buying. I will never touch another trib based booster again.

So taking all factors into consideration- Results, side effects, and value compared to other supps in its class, I would easily give it Two Thumbs Up.

Lonny, do you think XT is a strong enough AI to keep the water down while on PH? I have Letro on hand but it is some seriously strong ****e (better saved to be used with actual AS I think) and am hesitant to use it if I could get away with using XT instead.

I noticed a decrease in water, i was more definitely more vascular. Not sure how well it would work while on PH's, but it definitely worked for me. From the Designer website, i get the impression there would be nothing wrong with taking it while on cycle so its worth a try. It will also help with your appetite (if what your on has evil effects on it).

I missed this one, No estrogen rebound. No test decline from what i can tell, and im gaining quite solidly. Energy levels are still normal and acne has pretty much disapeared. The only negative i can think of is my sleeping habits have returned to normal and thus i need at least 8 hours a night.

I think i know what you are taking about, i found it went away after my first meal of the day. More of a "more energy being used" during the night, similar to how i feel if i didn't eat enough before going to bed after some sort of strenuous activity.

Yeah, just an overall groggy feeling that seems to dissipate as the morning progresses...My sleep has been somewhat restless as well. Definitely a result of using Novedex. Hopefully it will subside soon or I will have to discontinue use. Thx for the feedback. cheers
