What if you made it a competitive teen bodybuilding section, for guys that have competed?

I like the idea of this forum a lot though, but I think just an overall "Advanced Bodybuilding Topics" section would be better, that way we could give everyone a place to talk science and whatnot.

No, bipolar would be wild swings between moods within a short time frame. Like I would have gotten pissed, become happy, then went and killed somebody upon becoming enraged again.

When you realize it's beyond your control things go better for you. It's just life. You can't control everything.

Why would you have to "ASK" to be a mod, wouldn't any good person just be willing to help out? Then when the admin sees how helpful you have been, they would ask you to be one? That is the way is should work, correct?

Certifications only prove that you know how to pass a test and nothing more. You are too young to have proven your knowledge with what you have accomplished. Really, what can you truthfully put on your resume? That you passed a test and received a piece of paper that says you are certified? Big Deal!

imho, most "certified trainers" know jack shi&. they all have huge guts and no lats, legs, and in many cases, they dont even have biceps, come on.....

You were too busy in-and-out of the hospital to actually know what was going on at Iron Mass at the time. Ignorance is your most famous trait.

You weigh all of 175 and are prepping a cycle. It isn't too hard to see why most people would disagree with it. Typical newb? I think so.

I've got no problems with Khan, he left the site and that's that. Period.

Khan, I apologize they're trying to 'harass' you, or whatever you or they want to call it.

Everyone else, make it easy on Khan and myself. I don't have any problems with him like I said, it was just a matter of disagreement in the way the site is going (in my opinion) and he would rather have not been a part of it. That's fine, but trying to make insults or even shady comments towards him isn't needed.

JSM=Gay Shiat. I agree with whoever posted that it will be hard for this section to stay "advanced". This is because the noobs will find this section and think that someone here will give them a better answer. So they will post their questions about how to get their bicepts huge in 1 week.

hey bro....i've seen your pics on the other site? 10% is a far cry my friend. as far as personal trianing....what's your education? i know you have ACE certification, but i'll agree with powerman when he says there's much more to it. i'm a senior health and wellness/adult fitness major and ACSM certified trainer and i would'nt dream of advertising until i finish my degree and get some serious internships under my belt.....


ohh BTW....i consider myself about 8%.....and to be honest with you i'm probably less. don't exxagerrate your "e-stats" and post pics that negate them...

hey bro....i've seen your pics on the other site? 10% is a far cry my friend. as far as personal trianing....what's your education? i know you have ACE certification, but i'll agree with powerman when he says there's much more to it. i'm a senior health and wellness/adult fitness major and ACSM certified trainer and i would'nt dream of advertising until i finish my degree and get some serious internships under my belt.....

IMO i think its funny how your the first one to say that you "respect the truce" and such but it seems like every thread that one of the JSM'ers come into and question what you have to say you come right back at them with insluts and then cry that people are harassing you, get over yourself. :rolleyes:

Here's a fun one for you, I want you to go get certified right now by either ACSM, NSCA, or ACE right now. What you're going to find is that the anatomical knowledge necessary isn't that of "just knowing how to take a test", and that's not mentioning the other requirements necessary. It may not be your ambition, but don't unload an insult about a profession's requirements that you are quite clueless about. There's MANY other professions that require similar certifications, and all you did was just **** on all of them. Congratulations! LOL
