Wussup, I just got done doing a log on SuperPump 250, and now that I'm done with it I figure I'll just go ahead and try some X-Factor. First off, let me post some stats or w/e...

Age: 15
Weight: 210 (Right after I wake up)
Height: 6'1"
BF%: ~18% (Hoping to lower this during this cycle)
Bench: 275
Squat: 410
Deadlift: 455
Power Clean: 225
Curl: 140

I won't be stacking this with anything, except protein and a multi-vitamin. As for my diet, I'm not to strict, just not much bad foods, a lot of protein and good carbs, good fats, etc. My goals for this cycle are:

Weight: 200 (Drop in bf%)
Bench: 300
Squat: 430
Deadlift: 470
Power Clean: 240
BF%: Don't know, just get it lower than it is now.

My set-up for the cycle will be:
2 Pills in the morning before workouts
2 Pills at Lunch
1 Pill w/ last meal

I will do the normal 50 day cycle, and uhhh....this was my first day...see next post...

First day, took 5 pills, I didn't workout, didn't have anytime. Another thing I forgot to mention, is that we're going into spring training next week and the week after, so I don't know how the workouts are going to be like...peace!

WTF? I work my ass off in the weight room, ever heard of that? I'm not the strongest by far, ever seen that natplingchamp? He was 14 years old, weighed in at 184 or something like that, benched 365 (paused, shirted)...my bench is raw but it's not a pause bench, my squat isn't ATG, and my deadlift was done on a hex bar...

Calm down there, u may want to get your anger management issues looked into.......... I'm not calling you out on anything. You are free to post whatever you want. I just wanted clarification on the info you posted. If those are your stats than congratulations to you. Keep at the hard work, by the time your ready for college you should be a freakin beast as your lifts are already close to the powerlifting records for your age group.

Good luck with the log, I think you will enjoy the X-factor. However at your age I wouldn't really advise using all of these supps other than the basics. You obviously have progressed extremely well so far without them.

Ok, so today was my first lifting day on X-Factor. Here was our workout:

Bench- 155x5 180x4 195x3 215x2 235x1
Squat- 200x5 240x4 280x3 320x2 360x1

Dumbell Military- 60's 3x8
Shoulder Pulls- 80's 3x8
Hang Snatch & BNP*- 100-4x5
Power Shrugs**- 135-3x5
Neck Bridges- 115-3x10

* We did a hang snatch and then we did a behind-the-neck press with it.
** Power shrugs are where you just do an explosive deadlift and then shrug it.

Overall it was a pretty good workout, too early to notice anything yet, damnit I got a headache. But that's probably just from my first day of spring training...peace!

Wussup, sorry for not posting these past two days, haven't had time. Damnit I pulled a damn muscle and strained a ligament yesterday in football practice. So that means no squats, deadlifts, power cleans, or anything like that. So this morning we went to workout...

Bench- 135x5 160x4 185x3 205x2 225x1 (Added weight, 225 felt light as ****)
Upright Rows- 95 4x8 (Added on reps)
Military/BNP Combo- 105 3x5

That was my workout, I wanted to do leg press, but coach wouldn't let me, my order is still the way it was, 2 pills before w/o, 2 pills at lunch, and 1 w/ last meal. Peace!
