Nice work buddy! Your articles continue to impress me. Like you, I knew about the GI scale and what not, but I never knew exactly why it works the way it does... until now. Keep up the good work!

Thanx guys. Its pretty amazing how your body responds to different foods. Speaking of food...You ever notice that the closer you get to a contest, everwhere you look theres an ad for food!

TV, Billboards, radio, magazines...every restruant and fastfood place is running some kind of special deal or new item! Its a conspiracy i tell ya!

When I was dieting for my comp, I swear I saw Domino's Pizza commercials everytime I watched TV. It was even worse when my family ordered it .

Rather than be a smart ass all the time, should probably add that I thought your article was awesome. Provided me with a lot of good info that will hopefully accelerate the gains so I can be a "250lb beast" like a lot of people on here claim to be.

I also wanted to admit that I was kinda being a prick before. Though I didn't really realize it till after the fact. Sorry if I offended you in any way, got nothing but respect for your work. I've learned a lot from your articles and am sure that others have too. Good work, and good luck in the future.
