Alright, I am one day over 4 weeks out from my first competition. Currently I am cycling my carbs between a high medium and low day, but this will change tomarrow. Currently I am taking in between 30g and 35g of fat per day. My concern is whether I should, or should not, supplement my diet with fish oil, flaxseed oil, or some other form of good fat. Everyday at my 10:00 am snack I eat 1 can of tuna. Twice per week I will eat fish for supper. What do you think? To supplement, or not to supplement. That is the question.

I think you'd be fine to add fats until maybe 2 weeks out depending on how you are progressing. Then, I would drop the fats as low as you can. I lived on baked fish the last 10 days of my diet. It's the next lowest sodium food I could find, next to ground turkey breast, 8 oz of ground turkey had like 130 milligrams of sodium or something like that. Good luck and have fun!
