Well just got my M1T and 4-AD+ last night, just started the first dose today. In the gym I was nice and motivated, bustin' out sets and reps on my ceps! Only day one, so nothing to special!

Well here is my line-up of supplements:

4-Ad+-600mg

Post/Pre Workout:
Protein Shake
I will be eating 450-500g protein, 350-400g carbs and 40-50g of fat per day!
I have Nolva and 6-OXO lined up for PCT at:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
6-OXO 600/600/300/100

No need for that much protein w/ your bodyweight... even w/ AAS
I was going to give the ol', "your too small, bleh, bleh, bleh", but you already got this in the other thread (ie. I give up)... I will be following your progress
edit: I would throw in some NAC for liver

DEFINATELY drop the protein to about 250 or so. whoa man...i'm 200 lbs and don't even take in that much(450-500) when on cycle. jack the carbs up and get your fat up to around 80-100g. no reason not to, just eat healthy fats only. good luck! edit: how long of a cycle are you doing??

Hey thanks for the info. guys, I was told to jack up my protein, by another member, but now that you guys told me to jack up carbs. I'm going to go back to my original diet. As for the cycle length I plan on doing M1T 10mg and 4-Ad+ 300mg for 4 weeks and 4 weeks of PCT. I have the legal gear M1T and it already contains 250mg of NAC...is that good enough with 2000mg of Milk Thistle aday? That sound real good to me!

IMO, you need ~1g of NAC
Is the 4-ad oral or transdermal??
And can you run a mile in four minutes? Say good bye to your running days while on cycle... I hear the back/calf cramps are untolerable while jogging

300mg oral 4ad probobly won't do ****.... and god damn (4 minutes)

Also, how many times are you eating a day? And what is in your pre/post workout shake?

I'm really just using the 4-AD to combat the sides of M1T. I ran short hills 3 times a week when I was training for Cross and Track. I had a D1 scholarship and was going to go run in a neighboring college. But that winter while I was out running I badly twisted my ankel and their went that....I can hit about 4:15 right now, but it ain't as good as the 4 min mile!

I eat all day their is no break....and as for the shake it is Higher Power 100% Whey Protien...ummm it is good!!!

carbs are important the protein post workout. Try to get a 2:1 carb;protein ratio in your shake... and I advise you to track every morsal of food you consume

Sun-off
Mon-Legs
Tues-Shoulder/Traps
Wed-Chest/Forearms/Neck
Thur-Biceps/Triceps
Fri-Back/abs
Sat-off
I do 500 jumpropes before and 500 after, I also do abs in between each set.

for someone of your size and bodytype ('hardgainer'). I suggest a HIT type program or Max-ot. 6-8 sets (total) on large bodyparts, 4-6 sets on small at most

Well as anyone who has ever done a PH cycle would know, not much to report on. Did chest/forearms today...pretty good workout went down to 3 sets, I think I will still gain if i only do 3. I moved around so of the supplements I take at lunch and moved them to dinner. I just moved the policsanol and milk thistle to dinner. I was taking way to many pills with my lunch it was making me not want to eat my lunch anymore. Well I might hit the sack for alittle while.

Well I think I got a rough plan for my diet!
Breakfeast:
6 egg whites
2 yolks
Lunch:
1 can of tuna
veggie
fruit
Dinner:
6 oz. grilled chicken breast or 6 oz. steak
potato
veggie
My snake in between one of these meals will be a protein bar and post/pre workout shakes, with oats added to the post workout shake, as well as gatorade powder for dextrose. I will also add in wheat bread, peanut butter, fruits & veggie's of all sorts.
Anyone got any suggestions and/or recipes???
That plan should round out to about 194g of protein.

I was giving suggestion on meals and what I could eat...i rounded that one up to 194 grams of protein..I will just have to squeeze in big meals in the summer. I will be packed for time with my summer job. But I think I can manage it!

I don't quite understand what you're saying here. First you say, "this is my eating plan" stating 3 meals(which the meals aren't that great), w/ a pre/post workout shake. Then you say you are going to eat every 2 hours :confused:

No those are just 3 meals I came up with that I could eat every 2 hours, I'm looking on the nutrition forum for some tasty recipes! You get it know?

Stop M1T... now. This is not a personal attack or flame, but you are too inexperienced to be messing with this stuff. Get your diet in order and train consistently for several months with a reasonable program and you WILL gain muscle weight. As mentioned, say goodbye to your 4-minute mile; you must choose which endeavor you want to succeed at because you will not be able to do both.

yeah, we went through this on his Superdrol post. Zags, sometimes your posts on diet seem unclear or contradictory. If you have trouble finding time to eat, grab a bar or a shake. (and train your legs!)

also from your little diet plan it seems as though you are getting very little carbs. As much protein as you need you definetly will need more crabs. YOu said you were going for 194 grams opf protein but dude you gotta get at least 300 grams of carbs. My recomendation is to eat a lot of oats. Im taking ergomax(shameless log plug) right now and im eating about 5 cups a day. Its cheap and effective

Hey, thanks for your info. Well really not much to report. Got a new lifting partner today, one of my buddies came home from college. And we hit it pretty hard today. Got a little paint in my shoulder nothing serious, tom. is an off day so a little rest will help that. I have been getting some really deep sleep the past 2 days, I wake up and I'm like **** its 12, but is only 8 man, gotta love that!! Welp off to bed.

I agree that you will be giving up that time to gain some muscle, but if you do M1T correctly, you'll be alright. Only thing is i'd keep low dosages if i were you because of your weight. It's some good stuff, i just finished up my cycle (i have to change all my stats now lol) But just be cautious while on it, the only way to become expirenced is to research then expirence it for yourself.

One thing i forgot to mention about the cramps.... you will get them if you dont drink a ****load of water! Try to drink as much as you possibly can, it will benefit you alot when you are training because the last thing you wanna do on M1T is try doing cardio on only drinking 2 cups of water that day.....

Your need to eat 6-8 meal and a total of 3500 Cals in IMO. What does your PCT look like. Any Nolva?

Got two bottles still sitting in the kitchen cupboard, getting through the UG Labs stuff first.... You can't really go wrong with Legal Gear's stuff, they were the first to bring it out after all....
So what are you lifting?

Don't know mate haven't opened them yet, still got a started bott of UG Labs to do before getting in to them will prob be after next cycle Aug/Sept'ish.
Legal Gear is a god brand, type it into the search and find posts by legal gear, they're good blokes.
What i did do through my last cycle of M1T was Legal Gears Cold Fusion, coupled with the pumps from M1T it was a solid combo.
Why aren't you squating?

NAC is an easy supp to get that supports liver function. 1 gram a day while on M1t.
I would think just 20 mg nolva/ day for two weeks would be sufficient. Unless you get gyno while on cycle, then start nolva right away.
