now that i got the right workout program thanks to you guys, i now need to get the right diet. first off i am 5'11", and weigh 175lbs. i know you should eat at least 1g of protein for every pound of body weight. but what should my calorie, carb, and fat intake be during bulking and cutting? i drink a protien shake with creatine and l-glutamine 30-45 minutes before i workout, and then another protein shake after my workout with 5g of l-glutamine, is this ok? should i take the creatine before or after i work out? it seems like on book or magazine will tell you to do one thing and the other will tell you to do the opposite. i read in a magazine that a protein shake before your workout is good so that is why i have been doing it and taking creatine before your workout will help you feel less fatiuge during your workout. i dont know, that is why i hope someone can help clear things up for me.

You want to load the creatine, then after the 5 day loading phase, take 5 grams before you lift and 5 grams after you lift. I would recommend glutamine for bulking anyways man. You wanan shoot for around 4000 cals a day, 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. The fat and carbs are up to you since you're the one who knows how easy you can burn the excess fat when cutting. goodluck bro.
