The same thing happens to me when I diet and increase cardio to a amount im not used to. A week or so ago I increased my cardio to 90 mins a day am pm sessions at 45/45 or 60/30. I figured that since I was doing more work my body would go to sleep alot sooner, but the opposite happened and I to lay awake for a hour before dozing off. I think it has to do with the body being pushed into high gear and not being able to slow it down.

im 4 weeks out and am also at 90 min a day= and dont remember what it was like to sleep through the night:( However, i started taking melatonin at night which is supposed to help. I think there are a million other natural sleep aids you can take...

really that happens to you guys? when i was at about 4 weeks out and on i was getting easy 9 hours a night no problem
This happens to me all the time. I take rozerem to help regulate my melatonin levels.
I also notice this happens when I take any kind of pre-workout supplement so I have stopped all NO2 supps.

Yeeks, dunno what causes this. I was able to always sleep during the last few weeks of the contest prep. The only things that would stop that were nights I was nervous or excited for the show, aka the day before.
Hmmm, hopefully the sleep aid formula from Scivation/Primaforce comes out in time for you bro.
I know ill be taking it, even though im not doin contest prep right now, anabolic sleep + as many hours as my body needs = hell yeah.
