Well, after reading about ph's and m1t for about a year and a half I've finaly decided to go ahead and try out a cycle. I've been training for about 4 years, 29 years old, and weight 187lbs at start of the cycle. This is mostly going to be a trial cycle to see what kind of side effects will come about.

Here is the cycle I'll be doing:
Weeks 1-2 ====== 1000mg Milk Thistle ed
Weeks 3-4 ====== 5mg ed of UL M1T
====== Hawthorne Berry ed
Weeks 5-6 ====== 10mg ed of UL M1T (if 5mg doesn't produce bad sides)
====== Hawthorne Berry ed
Weeks 7-8 ====== Nolva 40mg ed
Weeks 9-10====== Nolva 20mg ed

In addition, I'll be using creatine, glutamine, and a good multi-vitamin everyday. Going for 3600 calories e/d. I don't want to gain too much fat and i'm only looking to put on 3-4 of lean muscle as this is a trial cycle.

Here is my training regimen:
DAY#1
30 minutes of cardio at target heart rate
Composite Set #1
Close grip pull up 8-10 reps 4 sets
flat dumbbell press 8-10 reps 4 sets

C. Set #2
Bent over barbell Rows 8-10 reps 3 sets
flat deumbbell press 8-10 reps 3 sets

Set #3
Incline Dumbbell Curl 8-10 reps 4 sets
close-grip dumbbell press 8-10 reps 4 sets

Set #4
Reverse curl 8-10 reps 3 sets
Triceps pushdown 8-10 reps 3 sets

DAY #2
30 min cardio
Composite Set #1
Close stance barbell squat 8-10 repps 4 sets
Lying leg curl 8-10 reps 4 sets

Set #2
Leg Extension 8-10 reps 3 sets
Leg press 8-10 reps 3 sets

Set #3
Standing machine calf raise 12-15 reps 4 sets
upright row 8-10 reps 4 sets

Set #4
Seate calf raise 12-15 reps 3 sets
bent over lateral raise 8-10 reps 3 sets

Day #3
30 min Cardio
Ab workout

I'll be doing this routine twice a week. The aim is to keep fat gain at a minimum while gaining some solid muscle. I know a lot of people will say to just bulk as much as possible on M1T but this is a trial and the primary objective is to see how my body reacts and I don't want to blow up quickly. That will be a lot harder for my body to adjust to and hard to maintain. In my opinion that is.

I started the cycle on Monday May 10th. So tomorrow is day 3 of my workout. Nothing to report really. No changes in workout noticed.

So I'll try and keep this journal updated as much as possible. I'm doing this because i learned a lot from other peoples journals and if this can help anybody else then great.

Any comments, suggestions and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is welcome. Note the emphasis on constructive. Well there it is.

Good luck! I wish I had dosed my last cycle lower like you, resist the urge to bump it up too high if you can.

first off, good luck! you should see pretty good results at 5-10 mg's. you'll definately put on more then 3-4 lbs if your training and protein intake are good. good decision with the hawthorn berry...you'll need it even more since you will be doing cardio. i see you have no 4ad to combat lethargy/loss of libido, but it shouldn't be that bad since your doses are low. otherwise it looks as if you have everything covered. it's good to see logs of people who have actually STUDIED m1t and know what they are putting into their bodies. i salute you for that!.

if the lethargy does hit you pretty hard, and your finding it hard to deal with, you might want to look into Ready4War from GetDiesel, or B12 shots. mabey wiseguy1111 will stop by this thread and explain the B12 shots as he used it successfuly with his m1t cycle a few months back.

Your cycle looks great bro. Keeping a log of ur cycle is a great idea and I will be following along. Wiseguy1111 just recently posted an excellent m1t log and it should be referred to every person thinking about taking m1t so if u havent already checked it out..give it a look. Good luck and i will be looking forward to how ur cycle progresses.

Day #3

Not too much to report today. Had a really deep sleep, I don't even remember dreaming and when I took a piss it was darker than usual. Maybe it's the M1T but it might not be. I've decided to take the daily dose of M1T before I go to bed to help combat any lethargy that might pop up. On my second bottle of water since I woke up 10 minutes ago and still have a really dry mouth.

Going to the gym now. Will report later.

Did my usual stretching session after my cardio today, and I definetly noticed that my muscles are tighter than usual. Since it's only day 3 I don't expect to notice many effects but I think that they are slowly starting to come.

My first week i'll be doing reps in the 8-10 range, which i'll drop to 6-8 in week two.

DAY #4

Not too much to report today. Had a good work out, felt strong and pushed a bit more weight than usual. I think this can be attributed more to my current mindset than M1T though.
No notable side effects to speak of. Just very deep sleeps and a very dry mouth. At only 5mg a day I don't expect to encounter too many sides.
My appetite seems to be growing daily, becoming very time consuming just feeding myself. But i'm not gonna complain about that i guess.

DAY #5

Starting to feel lethargic. Slept for 8 hours and could probably go for another 4. I'll go to the gym instead :-). Started feeling hungry all the time yesterday so I've bumped up my calories to 4000 a day.
Fat- 90-100
Carb - 450
protein- 320

That's an average daily intake, give or take a few. Off to the gym...will report later.

Oh yeah...here is a sample plan of my daily diet. Any comments or suggestions on this? I know its lacking vegetables..i'll try and throw some more in and hopefuly my multi vitamin will help a bit too.

And I'll set my alarm clock for halfway through my sleep, wake up and eat a cup of cottage cheese. How's that look? Leaving anything out?

whoah there, If I were you I would get all the sleep I can. No need to wake up in the middle of the night. Personally, I added in a fair amount of junk food on my cycle. It helps with the lethargy earlier on, but it did bloat me up worse tword the end on the cycle (two edged sword). The pumps were friggin INSANE, tho!

Just got back from the gym. Had a good solid workout. I added a bit more weight on each exercise and I felt strong. Haven't had any of those insane pumps that everybody talks about, not yet at least but I can see how they might start to come later further in the cycle. However, I did feel pretty solid and jacked after my workout.
Well it's Friday night so I'm gonna take the gf out for a nice dinner. Will be a cheat meal so I'll eat whatever I want....maybe some chocolate cheesecake!!!! No alcohol of course.

At dinner I ate
1 appetizer - Spinach and Artichoke dip
1 house salad
1 Baked potatoe all dressed
1 10 oz steak with mushrooms
1 Side of veggies
1 Apple pie

GOOOD EATING!!!.....after went home with the misses....and my balls are definetly getting smaller! hehe. Feeling strong. More to report later.

Alright so after two rest days that were scheduled in my routine I'm back at it again.
Today is day #7 on the M1T. I'm still at 5mg a day so I'm not really seeing huge changes or anything. However, the upside to that being that I'm not feeling any negative side affects with the exception of some lethargy. Managing to shrug it off and keep at it. I do feel strong and today was a chest day and I lifted a fair amount of weight.

I'm gonna bump up the calorie intake to about 4200-4300 a day this week. I wanted to gain as little fat as possible on this cycle but if I eat any less than this I don't think I'll be seeing much in the way of muscle gain. I'm burning about 3600 calories a day including my weight lifting.

I've gained about two pounds since I've started, but I can attribute all of that to just eating more.

DAY #9
Well today was bicep and tri's. Had a pretty intense workout although i'm not feeling any of those hard core pumps. Able to lift a bit more weight but nothing incredible and could be a result of eating more and longer rest times in between sets. I'm not feeling much pain after big time workouts so i think the m1t is beginning to kick in. Resisting the urge to overtrain.
I'm not suffering any side effects with the exception of being a bit more tired than usual, but once again this might be attributed to the bigger workouts.
I am looking forward to increasing my dosage to 10mg next week and it's resisting the urge to start taking the dosage now. Big test comes tomorrow with leg workout.

DAY#10

Today was legs and I had a really powerful workout. My muscles are starting to feel tight and full all the time now. Trying to do a lot of stretching.
I have some m5aa sitting around and have been thinking of doing two weeks of it in between my 5mg of m1t and 10mg. So my cycle would wind up looking like week 1-2 5mg m1t, week 3-4 m5aa, week 5-6 10mg m1t.

Anybody ever done a cycle similar to this? I know m5aa on its own isn't too effective but I will still have m1t pumping through me as it has a long half-life.
What do people think?

DAY #12

Strong workout today. Weighed myself and am at 200. That is 10 pounds since I started. Part of this is because of creatine, part because of eating 4000-4200 calories a day, and I'm sure a part because of the M1T. I'm pushing out heavy weights and can notice a difference.

Still at 5mg a day, so still a very small dose. No side effects to speak of. I'm taking hawthorne berry, milk thistle, and at least 2 bananas a day with tons of water. Not sure if this is helping or just because I'm on such a low dose.

Not sure if i'm gonna switch to 2 weeks of m5aa followed by the 2 week 10mg of m1t or if I'm just going to continue with the m1t. Caution says to stick with just the m1t. However, I do want to maximize my gains and I think having a two week break in between the m1t will help a lot.

Any opinions?

Weekend is rest time....will be deciding to either go with m5aa or continue with m1t for Monday. Will keep posting.

Yeah I think i'll do that. Should stick to the plan I had set out when I first started....shouldn't change things midway through. So I'll continue with another 2 weeks of m1t starting on Monday but at 10mg ed.

I have the urge to gain as much as I can on this cycle but I have to resist that temptation and just keep things safe. Can always do more later on in life and I don't want to put on much fat as I spent a long time getting rid of it :-)

Considering the gains I've already made at 5mg ed for the last 2 weeks the following 2 should be intense. Weighed myself this morning and I'm at 205lbs. That is 15lbs in the two weeks since I started.
I know for sure that at least 5lbs of that is just water retention if not more. The m1t and creatine together are probably doing a good job of holding in the water. So maybe more than 5lbs is water, but I do notice a significant change in the density and cut of my muscles so at least some of it is muscle gain.

My current routine consists of hitting each muscle group only once a week, so its hard to judge right now how much more i am lifting. That being said, I expect to have a substantial increase in the weight that I will be lifting tomorrow. I'd be suprised if I didn't add another 5-10 lbs to my bench and other exercises but I'll have to wait and see.

At this point in time, for me personaly (and i realise everybody is different) 10mg ed is the maximum that I would take. Gains have been good for me with just 5mg so 10mg should be intense. I'll keep everybody posted.

Took 10mg of m1t for the first time this morning before I went to bed (I work the night shift). Had insanely deep and realistic dreams, took me about 15 minutes to clear my head after I woke up. Feeling pretty lathargic as well, could be cause I just finished 3-12 hour shifts back to back but I do that all the time and shouldn't be this wiped.

Anyway, I'll be headed to the gym in about a half hour so I'll post again once I'm back.
