Hey what do u guys think of the Total Gym? Its the 1 endorsed by Chuck Norris.

helps tone muscles but wont build muscles as fast as free weights

Run 2 miles 3x per week
Do several sets of pushups, very the grip from diamond to wide
Do grips underhand and overhand grip hold at top and squeeze the lats
Do dips
Do sissy squats
Crunches, up slow, hold 1 second, release. Prop your feet up on your couch

I'd bet you would gain as much doing the above as you would the total gym. Which is fine if you don't like the excercises listed above. Just cheaper and you can take your gym anywhere. Depends upon your goals though.
