Alright guys many of you have seen my clout Log and I wanted to use Diesel Test for a post cycle type supp to help maintain the gains made. I thank Chuck for the opportunity has I will be taking 1 bottle of it for now. I will not be posting everyday weights etc. I will post how I am feeling physically, mentally, emotionally and any huge increase in weights etc. My T-levels I feel are very low and I hoping DT helps me with this along with some weight gain. I will be taking in around 3600 cals per day. I am still clean bulking etc. I have tried many test type enhancers tribulus,endotest, Fuzu etc with little results if any so I hope this is different

Current SPlit:
Sunday- Heavy Chest, Shoulders-Light triceps
Monday-Heavy back, Biceps-Light Traps
Tuesday-Heavy Quads-hams-light calfs
Wed-Cardio only
Thursday Light chest(higher reps)shoulders-Heavy triceps
Friday- Ligher back, biceps-Heavy Traps
Saturday- Light Quads Hams-Heavy Calfs
Repeat
Now on the light days its higher rep weight working in the 6-12 rep rangs , on heavy days I am working in the 4-6 rep range for the most part.I also do 1 set of 20 rep usually to polish of the bodypart

Other supps I will be using:
Regular Creatine Monohydrate
GXR 2x per day
Sesethin
Lean Green
EC stack preworkout and San's Tight pre-cardio(for energy)along with 3grams before cardio and 3 grams pre-lifting( l love CM)
EFA's
Normal mutli, calcium,B-complex,Vit-C, Glucosimine,MSM,
Whey Isolate(GF-pro,Dymatize ISO pro) and a whey blend XF Ultra peptide

Dosage-
I will start off by taking 4 per day Dosage will go as follows:
2-4:00am pre cardio
1-11am
1-3pm-pre-lifting
I will stay at this dosage to start with. I started today taking 3 per day 2 in the AM and 1 preworkout. Not much notice I did feel more aggressive I am not sure if this is possible on the first day already but Chuck had mentioned this is one of the effects. I just felt more powerfull and motivated. I hope this continues etc.

Monday-
I hit up Heavy back and biceps -today with light traps, I took 2 DT in the AM before cardio and 1 miday and 1 more prior to my lifting workout at 3. I noticed in increase in sweating etc. I felt more focused and had a very good workout. This is my second day taking 4 per day so we will see what happens, Felt wired all day and very focused. I had a great day teaching and I did not get any type of crash in the afternoon like I normally do. I felt very aware and attentive. Endurace in the gym was very good. I hit up 11 sets each for back and biceps with light traps. One light days the bodypart only gets one exercise 3 sets, on heavy days each BP gets 3-4 exercises 3-4 sets a piece. The rep ranges I listed in the first post. I am looking forward to the up coming week.

Tuesday hit up Legs- I took 2 DT pre-cardio and felt great, things I am noticing as I feel I need to be doing something all the time,. I am not crashing at all in the afternoon like I normally do. I have more energy throughout the day and my libio I have noticed in only 2 days of taking 4 per day is better. I am having a tough time sleeping . I am not sleeping as deep as I usually do. THing is though I wake up and I feel refreshed.

My leg workout went great as I hit up 10 sets for quads and 10 for hams and 6 for calfs. I hit a PR on SLDL as I hit 215 for 6 reps which is a PR. My focuse and aggession is higher during the workout. I don't know if this is all in my head or not. Keep in mind my test levels I know were very low etc. I am generally happy the entire day etc. But I think my patience level has decreased with the kids at school lol.

Starting weight I was at 170 about so i will see if the DT does put on any weight on me. Sweating is about the same during cardio but my endurance is still very good. I am also taking 3grams of CM prior to cardio. I will continue with 4tabs per day inless CHuck tells me to do different.

Wednesday-Cardio day only
Nothing new to report, I am feeling more up beat as usual since taking 4 tabs of DT spread throughout the day. I will stay at 4 tabs recommended by Chuck, SO far no side effects are far as acne etc. The only side so far is prob I am more aggressive towards people and am quicker to comment back on certain things lol which is not always a good thing. Other then that intensity both on cardio and lifting are going up every workout. I am looking forward to the days to come. I will weigh in on Sunday. Tommorow heavy chest and triceps -light shoulders

Sure will Libido is higher then normal not a whole lot but some, appetite well I am eating 4k cals right now so I think its up etc, strength and aggression is up some already. My intensity in my workouts is much higher then normal. We will see what happens, i am staying with 4 DT per day

Heavy CHest and Tricep-Light Shoulder
Overall good workout today, strength is staying about the same, overall mood and well being is the best its been so far in a long time. I am getting more wood more often which means libio is up for sure. Appeitite I feel is also up which is a good thing etc. I am not crashing at all in the afternoons either. I overall just feel good. I am more short tempered though which is one downfall. I am quick to respond back to certain things etc. Overall I can really feel this product working unlike any other trib product I have took. Heavy back and bicep tommorow, light traps. More to come

Friday Heavy Back-biceps-Light Traps
Well today I took 4 tabs 2 in the Am 1 mid morning and 1 prelifting- The intensity was not there like it normally was today. Appetite is still going very good, weight is staying the same etc. Strength is at a standstill for right now. My overall mood is still very good and am positive etc. I find it easier to do things during the day that I would normally hold of to do later. I find that I always need to be working on something etc which is a good thing. Other then that not much else to report. Libio has increased slightly. I may bump of the dosage to 5 pills per day to see what happens. Heavy Quads and light hams tommorow

Heavy Quad-Calf-Light Hams today did 6 sets of squats, 3 sets of hacks, and 3 sets of Leg extentions, 3 sets SLDL, 3 sets leg curls, 9 sets for calfs. I am just listing the number of sets I am doing etc, one . The squats felt very good I pyramided down today 185x12,12 205x8,8 225x6,6 . I cannot go heavy on squats as my sciatic nerve is ****ing so I go down as far as possible to make up for it.
Overal what I have noticed so far is increase in intensity for sure and I feel more powerfull on my lifts. Endurance and stamina is up for sure. I started taking 5 per day yesterday of DT. I am very focused and I feel overall very good. Appetite is still going strong I am upping cals this weekened as I am not seeing an increase in weight so I am upping cals. Libio is up some etc as I am experiencing more wood then usual throughout the day. I am overall very happy which I know is cause of the DT. Tommorow is heavy chest and shoulder and light Triceps.
Overall this is the best Trib product I have tried hands down. ,More to come. I will say also my schedule is crazy and DT allows me to have energy etc throughout the day. For example I got home at 2am , woke up did cardio at 6, had 2 clients at 8 and 9am. Went home and ate etc came back and lifted at 1pm and feel great etc with little sleep. More to come

Great log, Six. My back has been keeping me from squatting my best, so I know how you feel. It's hard not to add more weight.

Thanks guys the way I see i can still squat but have to make up for it by going light and lowering the weight and getting my ass all the way down> I love the burn. Plus there was no way I was giving up squats. Thanks again I just go heavy on LP and hacks

I prefer getting all the way down than adding weight anyways. Much better results IMO.

Todays workout Chest -SHoulders-Light Triceps
Overall not a bad workout today, no big strength gains to report. Very good endurance and intensity which are the 2 biggest effects I am noticing from DT. Weight gain is up about 1.5 pounds but I did weigh myself in the afternoon so that may have something to do with it. Tommorow is heavy back and biceps, light traps. More to come. Sweating more then normal also. NO side effects to report as far as acne etc

Monday Heavy Back/biceps Light traps
Very good workout I did 11 sets for back and 10 for biceps and 6 for traps, hit up all Pulling today for back, BB Rows, DB rows, Seated Rows . Energy and overall feeling of well being was great today. Focus and stamina is also very good. Strength was up on BB Rows as I did 8,8,6,6 for rep ranges and got 175 for my last 2 sets of 6. I took less time between sets just cause I wanted too. I feel like I am recovering very fast between sets I am only taking about 50sec to 1 minute break . OVerall feeling very good. I am taking 5 tabs per day. I have about 1 weeks worth then I will finish up. Once again the aggression etc is very good and motivation to workout is up. Tommorow heavy Quads and Calfs-Light Hams

Workout Lower Body- I am starting a new workout program which is 4 days per week lifting 2 upper body days 2 lower body days about 25 sets per workout high volume. Today I felt very good. I took 4 DT 2 in the AM one mid-day and 1 before my workout along with an EC stack and 3 grams of CM. Endurance and mood were great. Power and strength were up. I set a PR for my SLDL hitting 225 for 7 reps . I was suppose to do 3 sets of 5 and I ended up getting 225 on my last set for 7. Overall appetite is up which is a good thing. I really cannot say enough about DT the overall feeling of well being is great. Tommorow is just cardio day then Upper Body on THursday. If Chucks wants me to list the exercises I will. Overall a great day. Calories are at 3800 420gs of carbs 350gs of protein and 60gs of fat.

LOL no kidding I will be fighting myself etc, work has picked up a great deal etc, finally I am done teaching school in a week. My PT job has picked up at the gym so I hope that keeps me busy

Wednesday -Just cardio today hitting up Upper body day tommorow. I took 4 DF today and felt overall very good. I am going to take some Lipo 6 in the AM tommorow before cardio etc to try it out and see how I feel. Overall had a very good cardio session and recovery etc seems to being doing well, My hams are sore today from yesterdays workout which I figured beings I hit my all time high on SLDL. More to come tommorow will weigh in on Saturday

Its going well I work for WOrld Gym bro I am the nutritionist and trainer etc, its busy as hell right now cause summer is around the corner . I am selling the MRP's in the gym. Show me the money hehe

Upper bOdy today- Had a very good workout took and EC stack with one DT preworkout> Energy was great as I did about 25 sets in about 55min so the workout goes by quickly etc, I feel like the rest between sets is no more then 50 seconds which may not be a good thing beings I want to recovery more etc but I just feel the urge to hit the next set etc. OVerall strength and muscle fullness seems to be increasing etc. No other sides effects to report etc. I have about 7 days left from the looks of it . Cardo tommorow Lower body day Saturday-Upper body SUnday

Cardio only day today- I hit up the bike today at pretty high intensit heart beat was between 140 170 the entire time.I took 2 lipo 6 before and 3grams of CM. I felt pretty good I think the effects of DT are starting to go away. I have noticed my aggression etc is not the same as it was before and I am starting to crash more in the afternoon. I still feel it but not as much as I was. I am still only taking 4 tabs until Chuck thinks I should up it. My recovery is very good today no DOMS at all . My legs are feeling more recovered beings I have cut back on cardio and feel overall better. Tommorow and Sunday are big lifting days etc. Tommorow is Lower body day so I am looking forward to it. Weight is still at about 168-170 give and take. I think I need to up cals again
More to come. Overall I did notice my first zit today on my back this is the first indication of any side effects etc.

I say u up it to 5 daily! and yea make sure your eating enough. It is truly the hardest part of bodybuilding.

Lower Body today- Had a great workout today. I am upping DT to 5 per day starting today. As many have said waking up in the morning is tough sometimes but nothing a little EC or Scorch can't do to wake me up lol. I also take Lipo 6 I just keep rotating them etc. Overall strength was very good today and I felt good and recovered etc. I can really feel the difference with the new routine. My intensity is higher and I feel less burnt out.I hamered my legs today with 16 sets and triceps with 10 sets. Overall very good workout. No sides to report I will weigh in again on Monday. Energy and overall feeling of well being is not what is used to be so I need to up for the last week

Upper body day- Well Hit up 9 sets of chest, 9 sets for shoulders and 9 sets for back, overall great workout and endurance wise. I upped my fat intake and overall cals as I was falling short and I can really tell a difference. I bought some almonds and natural organic Pb to add in to the additon of my 6 fish oil tabs and olive oil. Overall will weigh in tommorow, strength gains are steady nothing big to report as I am taking 5 tabs of DT per day. I looked and I have 2 days left of DT then will go off of it and will be testing a some products for Desighner Supps etc. I will miss the feeling I get from DT though and I no dought will be buying it again in the future. Hit my PR on Incline DB's today i got 75 x6,6,then dropped to 65 for 10 first time I got 75's for 6 on the first 2 sets. 2 days left

Monday-cardio day only had great energy this morning as I took 2 DT with 3grams of CM and "E" . Did 35 min of an intervel workout on the treadmill . Weighed in at 169 today. Tommorow is my last day of DT then will be testing 2 new products my Desighner supps which are NHA (Non-Hormonal Anabolic) Stack This means combining ActivaTe and Rebound XT.
in which I will also have a log. I am going to miss the feeling that DT gave me for sure. I will still be taking CEE when I am done with DT. I would like to thank Chuck again for a top notch product . This is the first product trib type product I could actually feel working. I will continue to take CEE when i am off cycle and will be starting my Activate Rebound cycle the end of this week sometime. Overall I would say the biggest positives from DT was the aggression in the gym, motivation, feeling of well being, strength gains and the only trib product I used that actually help my libio. I did not gain alot of weight on it which is fine but strength was up . IF you are looking for a good trib product that actually works DT is the one you want.
