START- Monday May 9th

GOAL- gain strenght and lean mass

SUPPS- CLOUT, on 100% whey, xtend, liver tabs, multi, fish oil

I will update the log as much as possible, hopefully every night. I will update it chest days for sure since i am going to be doing a failure program for bench and my reps will be easy to track and see how good they rise with the extra help of CLOUT.

Ill post some stats and hopefully pics sunday night or monday morning ....


Day 1 (may 9th) --

5ft-8.5in

165.2 lbs (morning before food or water)

around 11.5% bf (+/- 1%)

Max Bench= 250

Max Squat= 320 smith machine (horrible knees = 15 yrs of soccer)

Ill also be using Subs WPI Grape (post work out only) in addition to the above supps.

ill be taking clout for 4 weeks and depending on my improvment ill decide if i am going to buy another 4 week bottle ,,,, ill be consuming around 3500-4000 calories a day (very clean) and i only drink water milk oj and cranberry juice ,, first log will be tomarrow ,, peac

ok today i did

Chest- Bench 5 sets ,, Incline DB Presses 4 sets ,,, Cable Flys 3 sets ,, Machine Press 2 sets

Shoulders- Military Press 4 sets,, Cable Crossover Raises 5 sets,, Dumbell Shoulder Flys 3 sets

Triceps- Triceps Push/Pulldowns 4 sets ,, Cable kickbacks 2 sets ,, Dips 2 sets ,, Overhead Ext 2 sets ,, Machine Dips 2 sets

Workout lasted 1 hr exactly, my energy was sky high prlly from the excitment of starting my stack ,, strength was ok for comming off a 5 day break of no lifting,, Here are my bench numbers for today so we can track them thru my cycle

Warmup- 135x10 reps

Set 1- 195X10reps

Set 2- 205x6 reps

Set 3- 215x4 reps

Set 4- 205X4 reps(didnt rest between sets long enough)

Set 5-195X 7 reps

That some high volume jared are u hitting each BP 1x per week cause that is alot of sets for one day

yeah i am thinking i will train each day with 3 full days inbetween ,, so my next chest day would be on friday ,,, however i am not sure yet cause i feel like i heal up really fast and am ready for another chest day by 3 days later ( so thursday) and i usually improve my lifts with that short of a break ,,,,, what do u think ????? should i give it that extra day and waite till friday or lift the wieghts if i feel good ? i dnt want to risk overtraining and i know that u can overtrain still even if u arnt "sore" ,,,,,, ne help would be great ...

Biceps- back- traps -Forearms

Workout goes like this-

Back- Standing Row X 4 sets ,, Pulldows X 4 sets ,, Iso Lat Machine X 3 sets ,, Iso Row X 3 sets

Biceps- Reverse Preacher X 4 ,, Standing EZ bar curl X 4 ,,, Hammers X 1 ,, Cable Flex X 1 (till failure)

Traps- Barbell Shurgs X 5 ,,, DB Shrugs X 4 (going down the rack starting at 70 going down by 5's then back up to 70 for a 5th set)

Forearms- Rope Curls x 3 burnout sessions

I know i have ALOT of sets but i get it done in 60 mins and i dnt talk at the gym or ne thing my partner and i are in there to lift and get out so it may seem like alot for 60 mins but really its not if u train hard,,,

LOG= Energy was sky high again and i got my first taste of a beta-alinine rush ,, my arms were a little pricky but nothing uncomfortable ,, the lifts went great ,, im feeling a little stronger but its hard to tell if its from the clout already or if its the rush of starting my best stack ever as far as quality of supps goes ,,, hopefully ill have a better gauge of this by thursday when i do my chest again ,, im thinking two days off is going to be enough because my chest feels pretty good today (wednesday) and i think it will be ready tomarow after 9 hours of great sleep tonight ,,, peace

my urine to slightly smell like the clout ?? kinda like when u eat alot of asparagus , its got that slight asparagus smell to it ... i think i am having the same effect with the clout ,, is that normal?

Day 3: Legs- (Box Squat x 4) (Parallel Squatx 4) (leg ext x 5) (leg curls x 5)
(calf raises x 4) (donkey Calf x 4)

Abs/LB- Crunches, Cable Crunches, Leg Lifts, Oblique Crunches, LB ext ( all 3 sets max burn)

LOG= wasnt feeling to great yesterday ,,, kinda felt achy thought i was comming down with somthing but it ended up passing with no flu or bad cold ,,, i finished all my sets even tho it took me about 1 hr and 30 mins cause i wasnt at my normal pace.


Day 4: (same workout as day 1)

I really think i should have taken one more day off before hitting chest again ,, i got to anxoiuse ,,, my first and last set both dropped one rep ,, other than that the workout went really good and my intensity was back up from yesterday ,, chest was prlly a little to tired to hit the heavy wieghts again so next time i will take 3 full days off and hopefully we will see some better results as far as increase is strength power and endurance goes ,,, peace

I have not experienced this or heard this. However, it is possible, but not a problem IMO.

Log: friday i did the same workout as day 2 and it went great,, iam starting to feel and see some more muscle fullness however strenght gains are comming on a little slower than expected,,, i had abs/LB yesterday and today i am taking an off day today cause 2 days inbetween chest isnt enough ,, il be back doing my first workout again tomarrow (3rd time since start so hopefully we will see a little bit of a strenght gain in my bench reps)

Do you get stinky farts cuz I get real stinky farts from NAC.
It's a sulfur-containing amino like Taurine and they can make your farts kill small rodents.
Keep up the log bro.

bad smelling farts ,, but i am also on fish oil and xtend and clout and whey and liver tabs some multis so i didnt want to blame the clout for that cuase they dnt really smell like the clout ... jst my urine,,,

ok since my last update i have had an off day and another cycle of my three days (i skip legs so i do them once a week) ,,, my muscle fulness is still getting better and fuller.... however the strenght drops are still worrying me,, i doubt its from the clout since everyone else is gaining strength so i took a look at my training diet sleep ect and came to the conculsion that i might be overrtraining ,,,, so i am taking an off day tomarrow since i have no work or anything to do the whole day and then i am going to start a brand new workout on friday may 20th ,,, this is what i will be doing

Day 1- Chest (Abs/LB)
Day 2- Biceps Forearms
Day 3- Triceps Shoulders (Abs/LB)
Day 4- Back/Traps
Day 5- Legs (Abs/LB)
Day 6- Off or Day 1
Day 7- Day 1 or Day 2 depending on Day 6

im thinking this is the problem since my diet is great and i am getting around 8hrs each night ,,, ill start keeping a much better log with more details on friday,, peace

I started my new workout friday (i changed it a little from what it was going to be) So far its going good but i wont really see until i start on day one again it my fatigue problem has been fixed. What i am going to do is update this each DAY 5 and on mondays that i take my body weight. Then i will give a review of the clout as a whole on my last day i take it then a week later once i am off of it.

here is the new workout revised (basically jst moved abs) ---

Day 1- Chest
Day 2- Biceps Forearms(Abs/LB)
Day 3- Triceps Shoulders
Day 4- Back/Traps (Abs/LB)
Day 5- Legs

168.6 this morning after a lonnnnnnnng piss(so i was dehydrated) so that brings my wieght gain to + 3.4 lbs in 14 days of clout ,, my body fat has also dropped because my abs are becoming more visible ,, 11 more days of clout and it doesnt look like i will have the funds to support another bottle of it so i might have to go back to the rest of my jacked or use some of my micronized monohydrate

i am now finsihed with my clout and i must say i can not really judge this product very good because after day 11 i changed my workout and as i suspected i was overtraining ,,, however once i started my new workout i did see some decent and noticable strenght gains ,, however i did not get 50 servings from my bottle i got 44 ,, so it lasted me 22 days instead of 23 ,, all my scoops were perfectly level and i shook the bottle so it wasnt compacted or ne thing jst a little short on the powder ,, not a big deal since i kinda messed up the whole time myself ,, i am not going to buy another bottle mainly becuase i dont have the money right now but in the future if they come out with a little better tasting version i may be intrested ,,, i am guna stick to some micro mono for a while and some regular whey and some really good nurtition and hopefully break 175 and lower my bf to around 8% by the end of summer ,, i am 170 right now
