View Full Version : Yet another Max LMG Log

Hey guys I just decided to keep a log of my Max LMG cycle... I started it on Monday and I will be taking 3 a day for 30 days and then for PCT I will be taking Rebound XT and Lean extreme. I will also start taking omega thunder somewhere between day 20 and and day 25. I will be taking rebound in doses of 3 a day for the first week, 2 a day for the next 2 weeks then 1 a day for the last week. I will be clean bulking.
Stats when I started...
Height 6'-2"
weight 199
bf% 8-12 (just got done cutting defiantly lost some muscle though)
I will post my workout routine when I get home from work..

Recap of this week...
Monday I started the cycle and with the luck I have I jammed my finger messing with my friend so I didn't workout monday or tuesday. Wednesday I forced my self to go to the gym even though my middle finger was swollen and didn't move much. I actully had a great workout... I think it was the placebo effect but my lifts and endurance were up a noticeable amount.

I will try to post daily on what is going on and answer any questions any of you guys have.

update from last night... Day 4...
last night I hit up back and calves and had a great workout it seems like this stuff is allready kicking in or it could just be the placebo effect. I was doing more weight for more reps than I usually do and it was going very well.

Last night I din't get much sleep because I had a killer sore throat and I kept on waking up but this did enable me to get a nice protein shake in at the middle of the night.

I am about to hit up the gym in about an hour I will post again when I get back.

Day 5
Just got back from the gym today was abs/bi's. Abs didn't go aswell as I was expecting prolly cause I didn't get much sleep last night. Biceps on the other hand went great I used more weight and did it for more reps then usual. I also got a killer bump in my bi's.

Day 6/7-
These are my resting days so not much going on... Due to the very low libido I will be trying 2 pills a day 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I will be starting this new dosage today and because of the new dosage I will be running this cycle longer if all goes well. Hopefully the decrease in dosage will help with the libido loss because it is pretty bad.

Hey guys sorry for no updates I have been really busy but I have been having good results. My weight has been continually(sp?) increasing while my bf is decreasing. My lifts are all going up not sky rocketing but definantly going up. My libido is back to normal or close to it. I guess this is to the fact that I dropped down to two a day. I was thinking of dosing at 2 one day and 3 the next day. What are your guys thoughts on this???? Also I have been getting a lot of nosebleeds. I just got some Hawthorne Berry pills today and started taking those but if anyone has any other tips for this I would greatly apprreciate it. I am doing chest and tri's again tonight so I will be able to tell what kind of strength increase I have had.
