Hey guys, well NOT ONLY MYSELF, but my partner as well will be starting Max LMG next week on monday the 9th. I will be able to keep a great log for myself and a pretty good update for my partner's lifts and weight increases. I'd appreciate any feedback as i head into some serious supplement and lifting weeks with this list of goodies:
DAILY:
-75mg of MAX LMG (timed out: 1 pill in morning, 1 pill afternoon, 1 pill at night)
-250-300g+ daily protein diet, 100g+ from whey
-Vitargo CGL Creatine Glycogen Loader (2 scoops for loading, 1 scoop after loading)
-2 MegaMan pills daily
NOW AMINO 1500 (3 pills daily)
-4-6 well rounded balanced meals which i will try to include in my logs. each meal totalling anywhere from 500-750 calories
and for my anti-estrogen at the end of my cycle i will be taking rebound xt

oops yeah a made a couple changes... 75mg is right.. and yeah i will prolly only be drinking about 3 shakes a day, (my protein mix has 40g+ per shake) so thats about 120 right there... and the rest i will be gettin from hearty meats! i love chicken!

If you are really only 19 i wouldn't suggest you taking phs, they can cause many problems to teen agers

Eightpak... i have been training since sophomore year in highschool for basketball and football but i really started hittin it hard and holding up a solid routine from my senior year on. thanks!
kris4153... my partner who is also taking lmg is my workout partner, lol he aint my partner, i aint gay but yeah.. we lift together about 80 percent of the time... the other 20 percent are the days we cant make it to the gym together at the same time and we either lift solo or find other buddies at the gym to lift with.

prohormones... prohormones should only be used when you are 21 or above... and fully know what you are doing...

this stuff is not a prohormone man. the bottle even says that it is for people age 18 and older.. i have gotten plenty of advice from experienced lifters before purchasing this stuff. i am also running a PCT with help from others... so im doing the best i can... i need to bulk up over these next 4 weeks hard so that i can cut weight in time for summer, hopefully this lmg will allow me to do this...

1. If you are takiing pct for something, it most likely is messing with 1 of two things, either controlling estrogen or it is raising natural test levels or both... If you are taking pct, you are either taking a steroid or a ph.
2. From Bodybuilding.com
The active compound in Max LMG is 13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2(10)-diene-17-one. I find it unlikely that there are very many aware of this structure, but it is certainly worth discussing. It is legal because it is a progestin, and before anyone thinks "birth-control", remember that trenbolone, nandrolone, methyltrienolone and Methyl-Dien are all progestins. I doubt anyone will dispute the effects of these compounds upon favorable body composition. But they do all have one bad effect to put an end to... (I should add as a relevant comparison that Clomid and Nolvadex are estrogens...and how many males have rid themselves of feminizing effects plus increased natural testosterone production with them?)

Actually, alot of those whove been using max lmg for a week or so are reporting a loss of libido. Author L. Rea has been posting on AM for about a week now, and says that if you "overdose" on this compound you can expect this to happen. In other words, if you notice that your libido is fine w/3 caps daily, and dips when you go up to 4, you should drop it back to 3.

-3 amino 1500 pills at 12am
-1 serving of Vitargo at 5:30
-1 Max LMG at 12pm
im not gonna write out my whole diet but I ate about 3000-3800 calories today with about 50/40/10 for carbs/protein/fat
my dosage timing for LMG wasn’t spaced out too well but hey its my first day I gotta get used to taking this stuff on time…
Workouts:
10:30am= Bench and Light Tri’s for weightraining class=
-185X12, 225X5, 225X5, 225X5, 225X8 (max reps with help)
-2 sets of tricep cable pushdowns at 140lbs.
Notes: Good workout… I had planned on only doing legs today but my coach made us lift bench for this class so I jus pushed myself…
3:30pm= Leg Workout @ Ballys
-Squat 225X8, 275X8, 275X8, 275X6
-Single leg sitdown press (I work right for following reps and weight and then left)
295X12, 365X12, 365X15
-Machine Leg curls 3 sets 170lbs
-Machine Leg extensions 3 sets 170lbs.
-Calf Machine Burnout 2 sets
-8 minutes on stair climber to burns out legs and calves
Today’s Weight: 187 at 5:30pm
Partners Notes: Great bench workout… no noticeable gains or effects… he didn’t mention anything about today except for he ate much more than usual. He weighed in at 167.
Notes: Killer workout! I retired to the sauna and the hottub dead as can be! I dunno how smart doing bench and legs in the same day is… I had to for class so that’s just how it goes though.. I don’t wanna overtrain so tomorrow I will just do some light cardio, heavy abs, and some bi’s to boot.
Nonworkout related notes: I just started some Vitargo (I heard its great stuff) today and I dunno if it was the Vitargo or the LMG but I prolly drank more water today than I have in my whole life! Not kidding! I would estimate about 12-15 water bottles, which is alot for me! I hope this stuff doesn’t have a lot of water retention...
P.S. I will try not to make all my logs this long in the future I jus wanted to get all this info out for today. Feel free to ask any questions or say any comments.. I hope these logs will help some people.. I know DnD and InMyEyes’ Logs helped me learn lotsa stuff over the past few weeks!

Max lmg is supposed to be pretty dry when it comes to gains. No one is reporting incredible water retention so make sure you drink as much water as possible 1+ gallons IMO especialy if your taking creatine too. That my cause a little WR but not the lmg. Looking good so far.

(my whey protein intakes will never be included in this section as everyday I take in about 100-150g of whey protein throughout the day)
Today I didn’t feel too great. I slept in til 12pm and missed my classes. The rest of the day I just hung out and went up and played some poker at the casino. I won $96 so that was sweet but I wasn’t feelin that great so I didn’t do a workout. Tomorrow I will do a double workout to make up for today’s sickness/laziness. I am planning on doing Bi’s in my afternoon weightraining class possibly with a small powerclean workout (if my sore-as-hell legs can take it) and I will do shoulders and cardio possibly with some abs tomorrow evening.
My partner took his 75mg or LMG and he worked out his back and bi’s and abs, at the same weight as usual… but a solid all-around workout. He mentioned he drank a tremendous amount of water but that’s about it for side effects.
I don’t think I was feeling sick because of any of the supplements I am taking, it was more of an allergy sickness I kinda get everytime this year. I slept great, about 11 hours, so that was good. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better, I will take an Allegra right when I wake up so I don’t feel sick from allergies. See yall tomorrow!

had 6 solid meals today. Breakfast I had 6 egg whites with my protein and vitargo. mid-morning snack was a natty pb and j sandwhich. Lunch brought me a chicken bowl with rice from samauri sams. Late-afternoon I had 5 more egg whites and oatmeal for my pre-workout snack. And I split another sumo sams bowl with steak/chicken broccoli and rice into two portions for my post-workout meal and my late-night snack. Atleast 3500+ clean calories today
Workouts:
Weightraining Class workout at 10:15 am:
-Dumbell Biceps 40lbsX15 per arm, 45lbsX12 per arm, 45lbsX12 per arm
-Curl Bar 80lbsX15, 90lbsX12, 90lbsX12

Bally’s Gym Workout 7pm: (My partner and I both)
-Dumbell shoulder press 70lbsX14, 75lbsX12(spotter), 75lbsX12(spotter)
-Incline Shoulder Press 3 sets
-Cable arm raises… hard to explain but it’s a shoulder workout
-Standing Curlbar raises
-5-way shoulders
-3 sets of traps on regular straight bar
-Great 20 minute ab workout
Notes: Today I had a great workout with great pumps. For curls I did about the same I would do on an average good day. When I hit shoulders today I defiantly did more weight then usual by bumping up my seated dumbbell shoulder press to 75lbs for 12 reps. I threw up a lot of weight on my traps too… the upright curlbar raises and the cable machine we did for shoulders also gave my traps quite a burn. Today I had to piss a lot, as usual, and I drank quite a bit of water… I also had a large appetite today and I ate a lot of water.. sadly I ran out of eggs so ima have to pick some more of those up tmrw. Um besides that nothing else to mention. I will be weighing myself on Friday (I don’t believe in weighing myself everyday as it often gives fluctuating and inaccurate results of your true gains).
Partner: He did the same workout as I did. He lifts different weight for different lifts. His traps defiantly got a treat today even before we began our trap workout. He mentioned he had to pee a lot today also. Besides that he hasn’t mentioned any other effects good or bad.
Back and cardio and maybe abs again tomorrow!….

Just a note why dont you make your second dosage of max at 3pm, that way it would be spaced evenly to every 8 hours. So it would be 7am, 3pm, 11pm.

Yeah you are right... i eat lunch at 11:30-12 everyday so i just pack it with my lunch so i don't forget usually but your right i am sure it would be more effective to take the pills at 7,3,11. actually i will most likely sometime next week be bumping my dosages to 4 pills a day. so taking a pill at 7,12,6,12 will probably be my future dosage time.
btw man i sleep deeply on this stuff!

I wouldn't be hurrying to increase the dosage, many have reported increased agression and loss of libido with to high a dose. **** has stated that since max stimulates the D1 and D2 receptors(dopamine receptors) to high a dose can cause alot of unwanted side effects.
They suggest if anything most people use 2 caps a day not 3. Check out powerquest's log as he has had much better results lately by dropping from 4 caps to 3 caps per day.
Just something to think about before upping the dose, as with most supplements like this more is not always better.

I am going to change my LMG program to taking a pill as close as every 6 hours as I can. I probably won’t be perfect with this but this means I could be taking a pill up to 4 times a day. If anyone doesn’t think this is smart or objects please post here in my log.. (skillgannon i am not going to ignore your advice i am just going to try the 4 pills for 3-4 days and assess any changes, if its working i'll stay with it, otherwise i will be sure to drop back down to 3 pills... also i find it funny that Down n Dirty (who is running an LMG log as well) has seen reverse results as proquest by upping his dosage to 4 pills a day...kinda weird... hes closer to my age so maybe this will work for me who knows...)
Today’s Workout: I workout out my back pretty good, not as heavy and as hardcore as usual. To be honest I just didn’t feel in the mood to lift heavy. I’m not weak in my back but it’s defiantly my least favorite muscles to work. I lifted pretty heavy on the machines but stayed clear of free weights. I also ran about 10 minutes of cardio and called it a day.
Partner’s Workout: He took 1 LMG for breakfast lunch and dinner. While I worked my back he worked his biceps hard at night. The only thing he noticed was some good pumps.
Nonworkout Notes: Nothing really… I didn’t drink quite as much water today so I didn’t piss as much. I’m really anxious for this stuff to really kick in. I think overall the only thing I have gotten from this stuff is a little water retention, my abs aren’t quite as visible. I’m positive I am making gains but I won’t really be able to test this theory out until my muscles recovery from this week’s workout and I try to bump my weight up in next weeks lifts… I am thinking about continuing this cycle at 4 pills a day and never exceeding this amount.. but possibly moving back down to 3 is this is uneffective.. I am most likely going to shoot for 6-8 weeks on LMG with a PCT no matter what… giving me a good amount of time to see if this stuff is worth it. My fingers are crossed. Tonight I got heavy bench tonight at the gym… can’t wait

*Day 5*

Dosage: I took 4 pills spread out every 6 hours. I think I am going to go 3 pills a day and then 4 pills a day then pills a day and then…. This way I wont be pushing 4 pills a day too hard… its not that I have gotten any side effects it is just that some of the logs of other users here in bb (like powerquest) suggest not taking a full 4 pill dosage so I will try this. Maybe I will spread my dosages out to one pill every 7 hours and that will be good.
Workout: My partner and I hit our dumbbell benchpressin hard today for:
- 3 sets of flat bench
- 3 sets of incline press
- 3 sets of decline press
- Cable cross-overs
- And 2 sets of burnout dips
- With a hardcore ab workout at the end
Today was probably the first day I have seen a real push in my weight in the gym. I put up 90lbsX13 for 1 set of flat bench and then I bumped it up to 95lbsX11 for flat bench dumbbells. This is much higher weight then usual for me. I didn’t drag or feel tired in the gym as I often do. And I was getting some great pumps and my physique looks very improved! Not holding as much water retention as earlier too. I weighed myself and I’m currently at 7.6% bodyfat (from bodyfat scale in gym which is only semi-accurate) and I’m up a few pounds to 190 pounds!
Partner Notes: He lifted the same as me and I noticed an increase in his weight as well. We both really pushed ourselves today. Great workout
Nonworkout-related notes: I didn’t have to pee quite as much today. My sex drive is still good. I drank about the same amount of water as usual today. Nothin else to add for today…. Glad this stuff is workin!

Lookin actually really ripped today and i havent been cutting calories... update tomorrow... might take a day off or i might cardio some for the extra alcohol calories tonight

I'm on day 22 with "Max", and my strength, and size gains have been slow and steady, nothing dramatic. The biggest downfall I've experienced is zero sex drive. Needless to say my lady is getting a little frustrated.
I just ordered some Diesel Test to alleviate my situation. I should receive it on Tuesday, then I'll post my results on the "Supplement Reviews" forum. 'Till Then

Maybe since your 19, being that you're test levels are already a little high, the effect on your libido might not be effected as dramatically as it did with me due to my age. Anyway, best of gains to you. 'Till next time.

I'm not going to wait for my cycle to end, to start with my DT. However as I'm typing this, I'm pondering on the thought of cutting off the "Max" at 4 weeks. My total loss of sex drive is enough to make me quit "Max" regardless of the gains I've made.

yeah its not like ive been really horny lately... but then again me and my gf have been fighting so i havent been able to compare recent performance and test. levels to past levels cuz im not with her. currently im sitting with a bitch (she aint looking at the screen) who i could ffuucckk ten different ways and i dont really wanna so maybe mine are down too but i dunno i dont feel less then usual u know... that and i still got my mind on my gf... so who knows?

balplayer0, first off are you still taking the vitargo also? Do you suggest taking the Vitargo and the Max LMG together...or do you think it would be a better idea to take them seperatly? albus... listen closely... when i started taking lmg and vitargo i started them both on the same day. i have seen very noticeable gains, not extremely dramatic but very noticeable... this is unlike comments i have heard from many others who have been taking lmg for weeks. i dunno which of the two products (lmg or vitargo) is making the most difference but they are working. i am using them both together and seeing great results... my lifting weight in the gym has been increasing and my body looks great so i say take them together just like me!

Yesterday 5/16/05
Took 3 pills today. 1 at 12pm, 1 at 6pm and 1 at 12am as well as all my other dosages of multis, aminos, etc.
Workout: Hardcore Leg Workout:
-Warm up set of squats, 3 sets
-2 sets of wide leg squats
-Single leg press
-Leg Curls
-Leg Extensions
-Calf Burnout
-6 minutes on stair climber (by then I was dead)
Sat in the sauna for a bit and jumped in the pool which felt great. I was pretty tired throughout my workout today. This was probably only the second day in gym I’ve felt like I was dragging since I have started LMG. I slammed a caffeine drink and I went through my workout hard anyway.
Nonworkout notes: I am still drinking a fair amount of water… I am defiantly constantly hungry! I eat eat eat. My abs are really coming through… most likely due to the hard ab workouts I have been doing lately… I feel fine… my libido is defiantly normal… really I feel great and I don’t have anything bad to say about this stuff thus far.
Partner notes: My partner took the day off from liftin as he was still hungover from the half of fifth of 190 proof Everclear he finished of on Saturday night… haha… so yea he will be hittin the gym today tho… ill update more on him tonight…

thanks rossi.... well i have been debating... lots of people have suggested that i use rebound xt... but recently i have been talking to a bodybuilding.com forum member, 'spoonman', about pct and i think he is going to walk me through a plan to take Nolvadex, as this is the product he recommends. So if he helps me with nolva thats probably what i will be taking... still to be decided though...

Today me and my partner both did the same night workout and we both had an amazing workout… great punps and more weight then usual in almost every exercise… I drank a lot of water as usual and I had to piss just as much… I had a great day and I cant wait for my back workout tomorrow

yes i havent been too good about including my weight advances in my posts... i have prolly been forgettin because i only weigh myself once every 4 or 5 days. i find little point in weighing myself daily as many people tend to do... when i do this i feel like my weight fluctuates so much by what i just ate and the time of the day that is it just best to wait every 4 or 5 days.. ANYWAY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION I AM UP TO 190.5 POUNDS NOW. so thats a 3.5 pound increase since i started my cycle... i would say this is all muscle or pretty darn close because my body fat has also dropped and i am not retaining much water at all!

Thats tight man, good job on the gains. Im about to start my Max in 2 days. Im gonna start with 4 pills a day. I thought i read in another thread that you were gonna bump it to 4 a day. Have you yet, or do you still plan on that? I said f*** it and im gonna go for all 4. If my libido drops its cool with me, im deployed overseas so loss of sex drive is actually a plus.

haha are u in the us military bro?! if you are you are a great man and i respect you for what you are doin over there! i have been taking only 3 a day recently... i have taken 4 in a day before and i noticed no bad side effects at all... actually i dunno what im doing taking 3 pills a day..! yeah i think tomorrow or the next day im going to bump it back up to 4 pills and keep it that way until i notice any bad side effects.. ill post my results

Workout:
I hit 5 different exercises for my back… I worked my lats great today… I finished with wide-grip pull-ups 5 sets of burnouts with a spotter.
After my back workout I did 40 minutes of bike/treadmill
I felt great today… nothing out of the ordinary though as far as strength… good energy and I still consumed a lot of water and pissed a lot
My partner did bench at school… I didn’t great a great report on his workout but he told me he’s defiantly getting stronger…. Tonight I got some shoulders for sure...

Not feeling very well these past couple days.. i took my dosages as normal... i ate semi-well as well.. probably not as much of a clean diet as i usually stick to but i did the ebst i could... i ate less of my protein powder the past couple days tho...
no workouts or updates to comment on day 13 and 14.. looks forward to a great leg workout post tomorrow...
does anybody who has been reading my logs reccomend i take 6-oxo for pct or should i just stick to rebound xt? let me know what u think and thanks in advance...

On day 2 of my "Max" cycle, my nads shrunk tremendously, and my libido was wiped out. I dropped the cycle just shy of 4 weeks, only because I was missing sex, and thoughts of sex real bad. I chose Diesel Test as my cure.
In just shy of a week, my nads have returned to normal size, and my sex drive is really picking up. My workouts are becoming more intense, and I'm also experiencing a constant state of well being, and energy throughout the day.
I didn't make the gains I was hoping for with "Max". They were ok, but not worth a full blown 8 week cycle. For me, trying to get back my sexual drive far outweighed another 4 weeks without sex with my wife. Then again, you're 19 and I'm 40. The effects with "Max" on you maybe totally different than what I experienced.
From the posts I've read, it seems that "Max" is a good choice for younger lifters, but with the older ones, not so good.

I took my 75mg as usual today and ate some great meals...
Todays workout: legs
Heavy squats 4 sets
Burnout squats 2 sets
Single leg press 3 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets
Calf burnouts 2 sets
workout notes: so after my squats i was dead.. it wasn't smart of me to do those burnout squats ill tell you that much... i barely worked my way through those single leg presses (although i still went hard and heavy.. it was painful).. after those i went to the bathroom and sat over the sink for like 5 minutes, i almost threw up.. i kinda held my food in the best i could because i didn't wanna waster my salmon dinner.. anyways i then had to lay down for a whiel b4 continuing.. long story short... PAINFUL WORKOUT, but i'm making progress.
I am up 5 pounds now. i have been sticking to pretty strict clean diet so im happy.. not to mention my body fat has dropped a solid 2% and my abs are really coming through...
I didn't get an update from my partner's progress today but i'll make sure to include it in tomorrows log. thanks for readin.. bye all

I chose Diesel Test for the sole purpose of getting my libido back. And it worked! Believe me, I spent almost a month with no sexual interests whatsoever, and I don't ever want to experience that again. I don't think any man would.

5 pounds in 2 weeks eating clean is great. I am suprised... and with your body fat % going down, this is promising. I would want to stack 4 ad with max if I took it, to help knock down libido problems. Looks promising. Keep it up!

spoonman you have to understand that all i have been eating is chicken, tuna, rice, egg whites, fruits and veggies... stuff like that.. i havent been pigging out on fatty stuff really.. i wanna bulk up here but i'm trying to stay as lean and cut as possible... summer is too close to put on a ton of additional fat.. that is why i'm proud that i have gained 5 pounds and my body fat has lowered a whole 2 percent... if even only 3 of those 5 pounds are pure muscle and 2 is water then that is great to me. I am only 19 and i know i cant make the type of gains 25 year olds can.. my body just isn't there yet... lmg is the safest thing i could find to get me over some plateuas i have been struggling with recently, and it seems to be doing pretty good.

Personally, I'd take 5lbs of solid lean mass gains any day. It sure beats putting on 20lbs of mostly water and perhaps some fat. If Balplayer's bodyfat has dropped while adding lean mass than that certainly is a positive. Overall, I wouldn't complain too much if these are indeed the results.

give it time, Ive been living off tuna, chicken and frozen veggies for weeks and still managed to gain 15 lbs while in calorie deficit.

5 lbs in 2 weeks is 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Not an incredible achievement, but sure it's noteworthy. Good going!
The point is, doing things right without taking Max LMG, it's hard to say for certain he couldn't have gotten the same results, especially at his age. Max LMG can't necessarily be credited with performing any kind of major miracle in this case.

This is true. Of course, it figures it had to be that Ergo was the supp that was pulled, when, overall, it brought the best results.

normal dosage.. i have replaced my vitargo supplement with plain gnc creatine monohydrate
today i worked my bi's and tri's... with some great abs at the end of the day... my partner worked the exact same workout as me and we both had great pumps... we performed mostly new lifts so we didn't notice any increases in weight.
no side effects... i cant tell but maybe my nuts are shrinking a little.. or maybe i'm just seeing things... i think i am going to stop this cycle at 4 weeks as i am proud of my gains and i'm ready to take my PCT and a weight loss supp to get ripped out for summer even more. nothing but suttle positives from lmg tho.
*Day 17*
dosages same as yesterday (75 mg)
today i worked out my shoulder really hard.. i went pretty heavy but towards the end i did some light weight high rep lifts.. i mostly focused on my form for some new lifts an older club member showed me.. great pumps today.... i then ran 35 minutes of cardio, variations of fast and slow usually always with incline.
no word from my partner today but i think we both plan on measuring our body fat and weight tomorrow.. so hopefully i can give you a positive update tmrw, talk to ya then!

my vitargo is almost completely used up.. i liked using it alot.. the only reason i dropped it is becasue i am really starting to cut for this great weather.. so taking 60 carbs from the vitargo once or twice a day would make my cutting very hard considering im also gettin 80+ carbs from my food. i would reccomend vitargi for sure tho...

today we has absolutely great weather... i went for a 3-4 miles bike ride around my neighborhood and and up and back to from Ballys
at balls i lifted 4 back excersizes focusing on mostly high reps.. i still went pretty heavy though. i worked in one set of bicep curls to get my bi's extra pumped up...overall a good workout... ill see u all tomorrow
and o yeah i weighed myself... i'm still at the same weight 190... but i dropped another .7% in bodyfat! im pretty happy... this is wat i want to do.. retain all my muscle and get cut up..!
p.s. my partner took yesterday off too and i dunno if he is gonna lift or not today but ill update on him when i know

I think it is a physiological impossibility to put on 20 pounds of lean mass in 30 days. Some of that HAS to be water/fat. and by some I mean atleast 30-50%Maybe you can prove me wrong? I doubt it...
If I took that at face value it would mean this:
Bodybuilder starts at 200lbs in janurary. Decides on some Ergomax cycles for the year. Will do 30days on, 30days off with PCT during the off period (rebound/ultra hot/nolva whatever) then 15 days of no hormones/prohormones/pct etc.
Lets assume this bodybuilder will gain 20lbs of your lean mass each ergo cycle, and lose 6 pounds of it during the 45 days PCT/Rest.
Over the course of a year that is about 5 FULL cycles, gaining 16 pounds of mass on each cycle. That would mean a 200lbs bodybuilder would in a year gain 80 pounds of lean muscle. I think thats bull**** myself.
For the trained bodybuilder I dont think 20pounds of lean mass is possible in 30 days, but maybe people can prove me wrong?
Back to LMG. I think you are right that Ergomax was a better compound. But I think Max LMG compares quite favourably, whilst not "quite" as good. I am on day 8 of PCT after running one bottle of max lmg. I started at 85.5 and I am now 90 kilos. Thats 4.5kilos, like 9-10 pounds for those that use the imperial system. Thats a decent gain. Real decent, especially if it is 80% lean mass. Thats better than a stanazolol cycle. Max LMG had few sides (fried my libido in the last week, but hey, it came back). I still have the same strength at day 8 PCt as I did at end of cycle. Thats decent. Dont get that when test/winny leaves ya system. Only a few more weeks will tell if my PCT has kept most of the gains.. i sure hope so..
Of equal interest is that people who are on a cut are losing fat whilst gaining muscle. I dont know about you, but that is the holy grail for some people. That means you can go into a cut and not really worry about losing all your hard earned muscle - ****in awesome! Sure you might be able to do the same with a lost dose of test each week (100-200mg), but with what sides? LMg doesnt seem to hold much/any water, doesnt shut you down as hard as AAs, and I think would be around the same price as that small test cycle I noted above. The compounds pretty damn good.
Just my 2cents. Ergo sounded a bit better, but Max LMG is what we have and its pretty good. Unless you are heading to South America, there is no chance of getting any ergomax nemore, so why worry about it? Its like saying, max lmg is **** because I gained 10kilos of lean mass on a HCG cycle.. well if you can't get HCG (some can some can't) then why have the comparison?
Hope this didnt sound too offensive. I just think from reading logs and my own experience that max LMG is a decent compound. Looking forward to some SuperDrol logs and PCT writeups on it.

Great Bench day... my weight is steadily improving... i have been lifting and eating great but there is not doubt in my mind that this lmg is doing good things...

I took my two days off.. enjoyed my memorial weekend i hope you all did as well... i still found myself having some energy during the day so i did come pushups and situps to blow off some energy but mostly just relaxing days... i ate pretty good and i can't wait to hit my legs really hard tomorrow...

i dont believe my balls have shrunk or have i experienced any gyno... i have noticed an increase in my irritability and moods... nothing crazy tho...

today i worked my chest.. only bench really heavy.. in weightlifting class.. i hate it cuz i knew i had legs planned for the night but our coach makes us stick to our schedule...
when i worked my legs at night i really saw some amazing improvements.. i did a lot of sets and then at the end i squatted 355X4 times with perfect form (and i only got spotted on the last one)... this is great considering my old max is 345X1....
I have max testings coming up at school next week. our coach has a point system... u add ur bench, squat, and clean+jerk and then you divide it by a number for the weight class you are in. then when u add ur points up there is level 1,2,3 and level 3 is extreme and nobody in our school has gotten it. to be a level 3 for my weight class i have to squat 380, bench 280, and clean+jerk 225... and i can spread weight around any lift to make up for another... anyways its crazy and i hope i can do it!
*Day 24*
today i took my dosages as usual (75mg)
i worked biceps, and a couple other lifts for arms today pretty intensely. i then worked my abs harcore and did 15 minutes of cardio with the only energy i had left.
i havent been experienceing any side effects lately but i have noticed many improvements and something is working right here... i reccomend this stuff for anyone scared of side effects. today i ordered rebound xt and some liver stuff with milk thistle in it for my future pct... i might run a few more weeks on LMG as i have another bottle and i'm liking what i have seen lately. i also ordered some iss casein protein so i have somethin healthy to take before bed.. does anybody know of another good snack to take with casein before i go to bed.. lemme know thanks!

You can also go with some cottage cheese which has lots of casien in it and maybe a little oatmeal. The slow digesting carbs will help with the protein absorbtion and will aid in adding more mass when bulking. At night is when you grow and proper nutrition is important. Sometimes i'll even have some scrambled egg whites and a little whole grain cereal. I love grape nuts. maybe even a spoonful of PB!

I know what you mean. I had to cut short my first cycle of "Max", because I was like a monk. No thoughts of sex, and no sex for almost a month. My lady of course reminded me of this daily. To me, the minute gains I received from "Max" weren't worth losing my libido for.
I chose Diesel Test as my "cure". Within just a few days on DT, my drive came back. I'm on day 18 now, and haven't looked back. Not only do I have a full bore libido now, but my workout intensity has really increased, as with steady focus and energy daily, with a nice sense of well being, and loss of body fat.
I don't know if stacking "Max" and DT would help with loss of libido, but it's definitely worth trying.

very fitigued and tired from a heavy and tiring week. dosages as usual. i did some heavy bench and some dips and i was done!
on monday a military guys is coming to our school to test everyone in our weightclass out.. we are supposed to go for 13 bench preses of our weight and 13 pullups... last time he came i got 17 bp's and 14 pullups... i know ive made great improvements since then.. ill tell you what i got on monday.

im an idiot bc i guess the marine dude is actually coming tomorrow... so yeah ill let you know how i did tomrorow sorry lol..
but on a happier not i had to max out in my clean+jerk... last semester (around december) my max was 180... this semester my goal was 225... i broke it and got 230! i was pretty happy i attempted 235 also and i got it over my head with tired looking form.. i was jus exausted from previous attempts.. anyway that made me happy.. so in addition to the military guy coming tomrw i also have to max out in my bench and my squat this week. to accomplish my level 3 goal i have to have a combined lift weight in bench and squat of 655. hard work, but possible. ill let you know how that goes.
since im doing all this maxnig out and the military guy is coming tomorrow i made today another cardio day+abs... 40 mins on the eliptical plus a 15-20 minute ab and lower back aerobics class thnigs (which is much harder then i thuoght it would be)
every thing is looking and feelnig great... i decided to go atleast another 2 weeks on Max lmg.. i would love to hear some opinions on how long you think i should go... i got rebuond xt for pct so i can start using that whenever.. a little guidance would be great! thanks to all

continued on with my normal dosages... opened a new bottle today and i plan on taking lmg for atleast 2 more weeks
at school the military guy came and he was very strict on the pulls (absolute deadlock during the hang)... i bench my weight (185) 25 times and on my pullups i only got 14... im not used to going allll the way down but whatever. not 20/20 but im happy...
i worked my back at the gym very hard and had a great workout with great endurance... i did some abs and cardio at the end of the day and that about it.... ill post day 31 tonight... i set my new max at squat!........

ive really been making gains..!
i maxed out at 400 for my squat today! that was my goal 6 months ago and i made it! i was really happy. at the gym i worked my legs to the bone even tho they were already tired from maxing out in class. good endurance today for all the things i did...
i am now going to shift more workout a little more towards high rep/low weight as i cut down for the summer jus a little. i still plan on keeping my high calorie/clean intake daily. this way maybe ill be able to shred a little body fat slowly while still maintaining muscle gains and strength.
