i'm currently cutting..my postworkout drink consist of low fat milk, 2 bananas and 2 scoops on ON 100% whey protein
is it ok for cutting?

It depends how close you are out to the show and what condition you are in. 6 weeks out, I start eating a whole meal after my workout, instead of my typical post-workout drink. This is basically because I want to limit the amount of sugar in my diet and I rather have the thermic effect that comes from whole food. Specifically, the body uses more calories to process whole food than a simple drink, the main reason most bodybuilders cut out protein drinks during precontest.
If you still have time before your show, go ahead and buy some 'Surge' by Biotest. I swear by this stuff and consider it the best post-workout supplement.
