hey bros im starting my cycle tomorrow 5/3/05

Supplements:
Ergomax 20mg a day
CEE 6g+ a day
No Xplode 3 scoops (only workout days ive found that to help better)
Whey protein 350g+
multivitamin
fish and flax oil

PCT:
Rebound XT 3 a day - 4 weeks
Schwartz Anti-Aromatization Formula 2 a day - 4 weeks (i have a left over bottle so why not)
NAC
Milk thistle

Diet:
3500+ cals a day
350g+ protein a day
6-8 meals a day (fish chicken meat etc)
clean diet keeping fats low

Training:
4-5 days a week
8+ hours of sleep a day
Different Area of body every day such as
Mon- upper
tues-lower
wed-off
thurs-upper
fri-lower
(its for my sport training)
sat-strongman training
sun-off
then repeat

Stats:
5 10
24
213lbs
14% bf
5 years training (past 3 years intense)

my goals in this cycle is to get as much strength as i can possible drop some bf and gain lean mas, and will be focusing on training for my specific sport, hope it benefits me in that aswell.

took 1st does this morning adn second does right b4 my wrokout...no pumps yet (non expected) i had about 350g of protein from shakes alone so far and meal one was 2 eggs and tuna meal 2 was meatloaf and tuna meal 3 white meat chicken and salmon and didnt have meal 4 and 5 yet......great day for lifting felt a little different as far as endurance wise today was leg day
Squats
Deadlift
Curls
Extension
Presses
Sleds forward and reverse (6 plates+)
and for final i did BEAR CRAWL SLEDS WITH & PLATES it was a killer

great day at the gym got a new max on my bench 285 lovin this stuff startin to feel my muscles being harder i ate tons today over 400g protein already! and almost 3500 clas so far lovin this stuff

Well, it's likely that if his "muscles felt harder" on the second day, he exploded soon after.

i hear that stuff makes *other* bodyparts hard too, true or not? a couple people i know say it gets really annoying.
