I am going to start a 30 day log using the following supplements

As for my stats
Age-20
Height- 67in
Weight- 175
Chest- 43
Waist- 31
Arms- 16
Forearm- 13 1/2
Thigh- 23 1/12
Calf- 15 1/2
Ive been lifting for about 4 years.

Goals for log
My goal is to try to put on as much mass as I can while keeping my body fat at the same level or even possible lower. My caloric intake will be around 3300 split into 7 meals. It will be a clean bulk with only lean protein, complex carbs, and essential fats.

Workout Split as follows
Monday- Bis/Tris/Upper Abs
Tuesday-Back/Serratus/Lower Abs/Cardio
Wednesday-Legs/Upper Abs
Thursday-Shoulders/Lower Abs/Cardio
Friday-Chest/Serratus
Saturday-Rest
Sunday-Rest

Looks like a good stack but I'd switch the Nitrix for some NOW Arginine/Orthinne stack. Much cheaper and at least as effective. That workout split looks a little weird by the way but that's a whole other subject.

Day 1

Had an excellent bi/tri workout. Nothing less than a monster pump. Strenght might have had a slight increase. My arms were litterly shaking when i was done tonight. So far so good. As far as my diet today. It was right on.

Close Grip Bench- 4x12
Skull Crushers- 4x12
Reverse One Arm Cable-4x15

Barbell Curls- 5x10
Incline Dumbell Curls-4x10
Cable Drop-Sets-3 sets

Day 2

Had a great back workout today. To be honest back is my favorite muscle group to train. Felt very strong today, could pump out alittle more weight than usual. Especially on bent over rows and cable rows. I dont think my pump was an more intense than normal in my back, just got there alot faster. Usually i dont get it till after my 4th set of pullups, whereas today, i got it in my 2nd set.

Workout

WideGrip Pullups 4x10
Deadlifts 10,8,6
Bent Over Rows 4x10
Close Grip Cable Rows- 3x10

Diet so far is right on so we will see what happens

Day 3

Ok sorry for posting so late, things to do people to see anyways, tonight was leg night. "The Dreaded" anyways as far as the workout goes, nothing short of awsome. Felt every rep, with a massive pump. I almost collapsed going upstairs tonight. Lucky enough we have handrails. Ya we are pretty high tech in kansas. Strength was definatly up also. Still eating roughly 3000 kCal per day. Today i weighed about a pound heavier.

Workout as follows

Hack Squat 4x10
Leg Press 4x10
Leg Ext 4x15
Leg Curl 3x12
Seated Calf Raise 3x15
Stading Calf Raise 3x15
Ab Work

So far so good, looking forward to my first chest workout tomarrow on my new stack, see if i cant get 275 for 10 reps!

Day 4

Today being thursday of course was chest. By far my strongest bodypart, not necessarily my favorite though. Since my workout partner skipped out today, i knew i couldnt go all out on barbell presses today so i went the dumbell route.

Workout
Flat Dumbell Press 4x10
Hammer Strenght Incline Press- 3x12
Incline Dumbell Flies- 3x10
Cable Flies- 3x10

Got an excellent pump early in the workout and the Hammer and the flies really got me going. Strenght today was up, but nothing spectacular. Legs were rediculously sore from yesterday. But i love it. Walking around campus all day probably helped get that lactic acid out. Diet was for the most part right on today, went to breakfast with a girl from class and instead of my usual oatmeal i went with the buttermilk pancakes. oh well. Im up 2 pounds since starting, but i have been eating ALOT so we will see what happens.

Day 5

Today was shoulders. It completed my first full split on my new stack. So far im up 3 lbs. My muscles look round and full. Strength was nothing to brag about until today. My shoulder workout was awsome. Weight was up, reps were up, and pump was rediculous. Also my vascularity is not just a gym thing anymore, its all day.

Workout
Barbell Shoulder Press 3x10(up 15lbs on last set)
Standing Lateral Raise 20,20,15(up 5 lbs on each set)
Bent Over Lateral Raise 3x15(5lbs up on each set)
Arnold Presses(nothing to brag about except my pump was limiting my range of motion slightly)

Diet as always this week, right on target so far today, got a few meals left. This weekend i have drill weekend(military food is not really high in protein) will probably bring plenty of MRPs and Protein Bars to compensate. I will begin my posting again on Monday. Have a good weekend!

Day 8

Since today is monday, i had bis/tris tonight. Last weeks pumps were good, and strength started to go up on friday. Today strength took a pretty decent increase. Got 110s on skull crushers my 3rd and 4th set of ten. Got 225 for my last set of close grip. Overall really good workout with an awsome pump.

Diet on drill weekend is always alittle scary, usually we eat out as a squadron like 4 times, but i tried to keep it healthy. My weight today was up 2 lbs from Day 1.

Day 9

I just got back from the gym and there is only one word for my back pump at this moment.....MONSTER! There is nothing better than a good back pump. Strength was up on every lift so this week on back. Pullups are starting to get so easy that i am eventually going to have to add weight, or just increase reps. Not sure what i want to do, id like to keep my rep ranges around 10 so ill probably add weight.

Wide-Grip Pulldowns 4x10
Barbell Bent Over Rows 4x10
Close Grip Cable Rows 20,15,10
Back Extensions 3x20(holding 2 45lb plates)

Diet today has been very solid, my calories this far except for this weekend have been dead on and meal times have been very consistant. I look overall ALOT more full. My lats and shoulders appear wider. My abs are still very visible. So just gonna keep doing what im doing

First of all, I havent weighed myself since monday, and i was at 177, i am now at 179, which is 4lbs since the start. Tonight was Legs. Overall decent workout. Got a good pump and seemed as if strength was up since last week. Leg Press was broken, kinda sucks, thats where my pump got huge last week.

Straigh Leg Deadlift 3x15
Leg Extension 4x15
Leg Curl 3x15

Seated Calf 3x15
Standing Calf 3x15

Calories for today were extra clean. Seem to be very full, and abdominals are really starting to stick out, especially the oblique area and serratus.

I would expect the Thunder should be a bit more previlant during this next week...hoping to see the big strength increases here soon.

Day 11

Funny you should say that Matpal because todays workout was BADA$$!
Today was chest, and i must say it was the best pump in any bodypart i have ever had. I always measure a chest pump by how far i bring my elbows together. well usually its about 5 inches, today it was closer to 10-12 inches. Strength was WAY up! I usually get done with incline around 225 with about 4 reps, today i went ahead and got 10 pretty easily. My dumbell flyes i did 70s pretty easily. Usually use 65s on my last set of 10. Not to be redundant, but the pump was unbelievable.

Flat Barbell Press 3x10
Incline Barbell Press 3x10
Incline Dumbell Flyes 3x10
Was going to do dips but i was exausted and my partners rotator cuff was kinda buggin him so we just left.

Ate big all day. Overall great day!

Day 11

Today was shoulders and was a really good day. My shoulder pumps are usually really good anyways, not a whole lot better. Strength is what is really starting to take over my interests. As you may recall i did chest yesterday, and that usually takes away alittle from my delt workouts. But not today. Started off on dumbell presses and ended with 80s for 10 reps. Giant sets went really smoothly, seemed to recover between sets faster. My bent over lateral raises strength was way up also. Usually get 45s for my last set of 10, and got 50s for 10 today. Overall very productive workout.

Workout as follows
Barbell SHoulder Press w/ olympic bar 20 rep warmup
Seated Dumbell Press 3x10
Standing later raise giant sets 2(25,20,15,10)
Bent Over Lateral raises 20,15,10

Worked out ealier in the day, so im not even close to reaching my calories for today. Ill hit it though, i always love to eat.

Day 13

Not a whole lot to report tonight. Between studying all day for finals i made it to the gym. Dont usually go to the gym on Sundays but i was about to go nuts so i went. Did some weak point training, went pretty well. First ever ab pump. kind of a weird feeling.

Diet was really good this weekend. Very clean. I went to my friends birthday party saturday night, and got complements from friends on a size increase. always good motivation. anyways going to be starting week 3 tomarrow of my 4 week plan here so hopefully things continue to do well.

Day 14

Ok today is the end of week 2. Had 2 finals today, i think i aced um so that good mood really carried on to the gym today. I had arms, what better muscle group to just go balls to the wall. I had an awsome pump today. Biggest triceps pump i have ever had, my strength continues to go up. My bis were really strong and also go an awsome pump.

Ill be honest i studied all day, i didnt eat as many calories as i should have. but the hardest final day is over, ill get back on track tomarrow.

Day 15

Alright today Im at the halfway point. What better way to start the second half off then with back. My favorite body part. Todays back workout was very intense. I went heavy on everything today. My lat and upper back pump was impressive, but my lower back pump from the deads was rediculous!

Workout
Wide Grip Cable Pulldowns- 4x10 finished up with 220-10 reps
Deadlifts 3x6 finished with 315, not my best but felt really good
Bent Over Rows 4x10 finished with 225
Close Grip Cable Rows- 3x10 finished with 210 for 10 reps
Back Extensions- 3x15 just body weight

Diet was a heck of a lot better that yesterday but not as good as it should be, i was in the library for 4 hours before my final today. Done with finals ready to get back on track. Im still up 5lbs not too bad...

Day 16

First day of Summer and no school. Exciting. I had legs today. I knew my diet needed work so i ate extra good today. Rediculous amount of food. Anyhow, the workout. I had an awsome leg night. Everything was very strong. Very intense workout tonight. I had a huge pump that made me waddle around the gym. Who knows what people thought of me.....

Also tody i was at 181, thats 6 lbs heavier than when i started. I feel great in the gym, my recovery is quick, pumps are off the hook, i look really full what else can i ask for. cant wait to see what the last 2 weeks of the cycle brings. So far this stack is everything i had hoped for.

Day 17
Todays workout was chest. MASSIVE PUMP once again. Within my second set of flat dumbell press i could just feel the blood rushing to my chest. Strength is slighly increasing, not big jumps like at first. Endurance seems to be improved as well. When i get to about the 5th rep it seems if i get like a second wind of strenght. Its a good feeling. Overall very productive workout. Legs are pretty fricken sore from yesterdays workout.

Diet is good today cleanest day in the last 3 days. Weight is still 181. 6lbs increased from day 1. Looking forward to shoulders tomarrow to finish out the week.

Yes Mindraper, im making excellent process. Especially considering i started this stack the next day after 6 weeks on VPX's Muscle Nitrous, CEX, Methoxygen, Glutamine Stack. This stack has proven to be much better for strength and endurance gains. And most importantly 6lbs of mass in 17 days. You will love the Thunder.

Day 18

Last day of my 3rd Split. Had shoulders today, always fun. I switched it up big time today. Strength was awsome, pump was decent at best only because i usually on dumbell laterals do giant sets, which gives maximum pump, so thats the reason. Overall good workout, needed a change.

And now to the exciting part. Strength has been improving still, endurance also. But stepped on the scale today. Im at 182. Thats a seven pound increase in 18 days. Im most excited about that, considering it is a clean bulk. My muscles look really full, especially my lateral delts. This stack is really impressing me. Vascularity, Strength, Size, Endurance what else could you ask for.

Day 20
Well its monday, again. Weekend went by way to fast. As far as my diet this weekend, it was perfect. Macronutrients were right on, still talkin all my supplements correctly. Today was Bis/Tris and i had an excellent workout, as always. First time ive ever had a bigger bi pump than tri. Usually its the other way around. Anyways strength just keeps coming up. For instance on my last set of one arm preacher curls i finished with 65s, even though i only got 5 reps each arm, its still the most ive ever got.

I know the triceps workout wasnt really "mass building" exerises but, i needed a change, anyways got an awsome pump and ill weigh myself tomarrow. See if i have made any progress since friday.

No sorry guys I dont have a caliper. I am doing tape measurements though, and by look. My waist appears to be no bigger than before, and my abs are just as visible or maybe even more visible. Like another member said, even with a 7lb weigh gain, i dont feel bloated or sluggish. Its actually very exciting.

Day 21
Back day today. My favorite body part. I decided to change up my routine alittle today. Seemed to go well, with a MASSIVE lat PUMP!

Diet today was pretty good, not perfect but got my calories. Ill hopefully be able to weigh myself tomarrow, and anxious to see what it is.

Day 22
Probably one of the most exciting days since i started this stack. Just when i thought my strength gains were going to level off, i was dead wrong. I did chest today. My strength was unreal today. Pumps were monster as always.

Workout
Flat Barbell Press 225x10 250x10 275x6 (improvement but not impressive)
Incline Barbell Press 185x10 225x10 245x6(i went up 20lbs for REPS this lift)
Flat Dumbell Flyes 50x10 60x10 70x8
Pec Dec Flyes 3x15 just to finish off the pecs

I worked out earlier in the day than normal so im not even close to reaching my calorie goal for today. Weight has leveled off at a 7lb increase. Hopefully i can finish off my cycle good tomarrow. I have to stop at day 23 cause im going on a 2 week deployment to california.

Today was shoulders, nothing really new to post today. Excellent Workout, as always. Good pump. Strength was up in my lateral delts big time.

Barbell Shoulder Press 3x10 (last set was 190x10)
Dumbell Lateral Raise 3x15 (last set was 40x15!)
Bent Over Dumbell Lateral Raises (last set was 50x15)

Like I said overall good workout. Tomarrow is my last day of my stack and bulk cause im goin to Cali baby for 2 weeks.

Day 24
THE FINAL DAY

I didnt work out today, too much stuff to do to get ready for my California trip. I did however do measurements and weight.

Weight 183
Neck- 15
Chest-44 (plus 1 inch)
Bi- 16 1/4 (plus 1/4 inch)
Forearm 13 3/4 (plus 1/4 inch)
Waist 31 1/4 (plus 1/4 inch)
Thigh 24 (plus 1/2 inch)
Calf 15 1/2

Overall not too bad. Gained some size and 8lbs. Gained mostly a Sh^t load of strengh which was nice. i went from doing 225x6 on incline to 246x6. Went from 55 to 65s on one arm preachers. Got 120lb barbell on skull crushers. Pullups are getting rediculously easy. Leg Press and Hack Squats both improved. I would definalty recomment this stack to anyone wanting alittle size and alot of strength.
