ive been taking creatine for about a week now and ive got to say, Gas. Ive been getting these deadly farts that demolish any peacefull scenario, but is this a side effect of creatine alone? Sometimes I cant drink a whole gallon of water and i end up drink around 2 liters instead of 4, what will this do to me?
