Hey guys tomorrow I will be starting my cycle of ergomax. The cycle will be 20mgs a day for 30 days. Along with it I will be taking NAC, a multi, antioxidants, flax oil and fish oil, powder taurine(5 grams before) and bcaa powder. I take a wpi shake first thing in the morning and post workout(primaforce), with oats. And ultra peptide before bed. however i usually wake up once during the night to use the bathroom so I will now take another 2 scoops of slow releasing protein at these times. My plan is to eat a full meal around an hour and a half befor lifting and taking another shake right before with oats.

Currently my diet is real good Im conusiming between 4000-4500 calories today. I eat around 280 grams of protein a day mainly from chicken breast, whey powder, eggs, tuna, turkey and cottage cheese. I also drink around half a gallon of skim milk a day usually between meals. Try to up this a bit during the cycle My carb uptake is usually around 400 grams per day. It usualy consists of around 4-5 cups of oats today, fruit, yams and a couple of bowls of brown rice per day. Anyway im 21 yo, around 6-2 and at 200.5 lbs. and 9.4% bodyfat. I got up to around 212 last year but i recently cut down to about 185 when I realized that i was really not close to being satasfied with my size so i decided to attempt to bulk to 240 by next summer, which i think is possible. I did do a cycle of 1ad/4ad last summer and had good results however my diet wasnt so great back then and i think that really held me back.

Anyway my pct will consist of nolva taken at 40/40/20/20, along with tribulus at 4 grams a day for the first week, ill also be taking about 1 grams of sylimarin a day. Ill also be taking HP cee and bulk citrulline malate(curious to see how this works)

Anyway I changed my workout recently to something different and ill probably change it again during this cycle right now it is.
Day 1: chest
day 2: back and tris
day 3. off
Day 4. shoulders and biceps*this will be tomorrow actually)
day 5. legs/abs
day 6 off.
day 7 repeat.

Well my goal with this cycle is to get up to around 212-215 however any more would be fine with me and through oct I hope to not just maintain but maybe gain another few pounds. I plan on running this log throughout my pct. This is my first log so bear with me. Oh yeah ill also be taking each serving of ergomax with a glass of grapefruit juice cause this is said to increase the effectivness of methylated substances. Anyway im off to go watch the celtics but if you have any questions or comments please post them.

DAY 1:

Ok took my first dose this morning with my breaskfast. today was shoulder/biceps day. heres how it went so we'll see if much progress is being made over the time

Dumbell shoulder press: 60x10, 70x8. 80x5(2 more with help, was only doing this 4 times last weej probably doesnt have anything to do with ergo)
sitting lateral raises: 20x12, 25x10, 8, 8
front bar raises on incline: 30x10, 8, 40x6
rear delts: 20x10, 25x8,30x8

biceps
standing barbell curls: 65x12, 85x10, 105x8(did rest pause 4,2,2)
preacher curl: 65x12, 80x10, 100x8, 115x6(then dropped down and did 55x8)
hammer curls 20x12, 25x10, 30x8, 35xb

I did have a crazy pump in my biceps not sure if it had anything to do with ergomax, probably not but felt good nonetheless. Ok well nothing less to add

Day 2: Legs

Woke up and my bis were incrddibly sore, always a good feeling. Anyway today was leg day and it was another pretty good workout.

Squats. 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 245x8, 265x6
leg press. actually not sure of how much i did ended up with 6 plates on each side for 6 times. I dont know how much the actual thing weighs with no plates ill find out next time im there, sorry.
leg extensions. 12x100, 12x130, 10x155, 6x170(dropped it down to 85 after that and did 12 more)
lying leg curls. 70x12, 85x8, 100x6,6
seated calf raises. 45x20, 90x15, 115x12

Was a pretty solid workout today nothing too spectacular my legs are pretty weak due to a prior injury. Anyway ill probably weigh myself on friday so that I dont do a new weight evberyday. SO anyway gotta go study for an econ test.

day 3; off day pretty much jsut went to clases today and ate. so nothing to report.

day 4: chest. K just got back from the gym and I had a real good workout. Energy was real good today plus the pump was pretty nice.
flat bench bar: 185x10, 205x6(8 with spot), 225x4(6 with spot)
incline dumbell press: 60x10, 70x10,80x8, 85x6 then dropped to 40 for 6 more
incline flies:30x12, 35x10,40x8,45x8
cable(not crossover when the handles are at bottom cant remember the name)-25x12,40x10,50x8
then did burnouts and abs

ANyway Ill weigh myself tomorrow to see if there has been any weight gain yet. I think I have put on a few pounds but we shall see tomorrow.

Day 5: Back and triceps

Ok I wieghed myself today and I am up to 205 which is 4.5 lbs in 5 days which is pretty damn good. Anyway had a real good day today at the gym. Diet wasnt as great as usual. Had to eat a bar instead of a meal at school today because I usually have 20 minutes between classes but one went real late so I had to book it to my american history class, luckily I had a bar which I ate on the way. Anyway Here is my workout. I usually do dead lifts after pull ups but both squat racks were being taken up so I did dumbell rows first. Im not a huge fan of doing real heavy deadlifts cause I had a lower back injury when i was younger and I am reluctant to do deadlifts in where I might not do perfect form. anyway

pull up: did 35 over 4 sets for 4 ups. usualy just do as many as I can each set until I get to my deisred number.
One hand dumbelle row. 50x12, 70x10, 90x8,100x6(first time trying the 100's)
deaadlifts:135x10, 185x10, 195x8, 205x8
Lat pulldown: 100x10, 130x10, 160x8, 175x6(dropped to 85 and did 10 more where I held and really squeezed at bottom)

skull crushers: 60x12, 70x8, 80x6(then did rest pause and got 3 more), not as good as usual
two handed dumbell overhand: 50x12, 70x8, 80x8
V press downs: 55x12, 70x10, 85(burned out dont remember exact number then dropped it to 50 and did about 6 more)

Anyway that was it for today, time to go see if the celts can stay alive

Ok sorry i havnt posted in a couple of days, been busy i guess. anyway here it goes.

DAy 6: off, Didnt do much today just went to class, food shopping then work. Ate a ton which is always good.

Day 7: shoulder and bi's.
Felt like **** today at the gym for some reason. I felt nauseus the whople time, think I must have eaten something bad, also the gym was i=real hot which didnt help. Cant really remember my weights as I didnt write them down all I remember was doing dumbell shoulder presses with the 89lb dumbells 6 times, which is the most ive ever done by myself.

Day *: legs. actually had a great day at the gym today. HAd a long sleep which probably contributed. My weights dont look impressive, mainly due to the fact that I used to not do legs, but these are good weights for me.

squats: 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 245x10
leg press: 295x10, 385x10, 475x8, 565x8, 645x7(Ive never even tried this weight before so I was pretty pumped)
Then I supersetted hack squats and leg extensions dont really remember the weights but I could barely walk after the 3rd time.
Leg curls:70x10, 90x8, 110x8
standing calf raises: 195x18, 255x15, 280x15, 315x12

All in all I had a real good back day. I experienced my first lower back pump today during squats which is why I stopped because it didnt feel right. ANyway that was my day. Ill weigh myself in on tuesday as tomorrow is an off day for anyone thats paying attention to this log.

day 9: an off day pretty much just ate a lot. Not much to add. Only side affect ive notice is how incredibly horny ive been lately, which isnt a bad thing. Havnt been like this since i was 13.

day 10: chest. Not a great day at the gym today ny weights prtty much stayed the same which sucked I think it probably had something to do with school but my last classes were on tuesday so now i can really focus 100% on my diet which is nice. Also forgot to mention that I weighed in at 107.5 lbs today meaning that in 10 days im up 7 lbs which im pretty damn happy about. Anyway ill try and update tomorrow.

all right havnt really been updating much but no one seems to care but anyway here I go.

Day 11: back and tris. Had a real good wrokout. Had a crazy back pump going on especially during my deadlifts. Strength is definetly up not as much as I was hoping but is up. I then hit my tris pretty hard. I decided to try something I'd read in one of those stupid mucle tech ads which actually turned out pretty well. I super setted close hand bench with pushdowns. Was a pretty great feeling. Diet kinda slacked today cause I went to the sox game during the afternoon but still porbably managed to get around 240 grams of protein and 400grams of carbs.

day 12: off. Well im officially done with classes jsut got fin als next week

day 13: shoulders/bis. Really good day today. I decided to do rear delts first because my shoulder is kind of hurting and it seemed to really loosen it up. Anyway weight's went up again so im happy. Bi's was real good did hammer curls with the 40lb dumbells for the first time ever today.


Had a random bloody nose tonight not sure what that was all about. ALso my forehead seems to have broken out in pimples which kinda sucks but ill just wear a hat. Oh yes also my weight is up to 209. So needless to say im pretty happy. Thats 8.5 lbs in 13 days. My goal was for between 10-15 which Im pretty sure I will reach.

wow been a while since I updated sorry about that. Well me weight hasnt really gone up or down to much over the last 4 days im up to 209.5 so thats just half a pound ill try and up my calories starting on friday, once all my finals are over. Have had some pretty good days. DAy 14 was leg day and once again I've been having some really good leg days throughout this cycle. In fact my strength down there has been great. Day 15 was an off day and I jsut spent the majority of it eating and studyig.

Day 16 or yesterday was chest and triceps. I decided to change up my routine a little. Real good day. Actually got a personal record on skull crushers yesterday which I was happy about especially considering i had jsut done chest.

Day 17: back and bis: real good day, had a very nice pump especially in the bi's. Getting a couple of extra reps now which is always a good feeling.

So far I have really loved my cycle and still hope to put a few more lbs on but not sure if that will happen. Only side effect has been mild acne. ALso have had an increased libido. I heard that this was a crazy libido stimulater and it most definetly is I feel like im 14 again. ANyway thats all for today I guess tomorrow is an off day and thursday morning i have 2 finals so ill try and update thursday night.

well day 18 was an off day so i pretty much jsut sat around and ate and studied.

Day 19: shoudler day. Had a great shoulder workout all of my weights are up and definetly have more stamina than before. was up to 210 today. So im almost 2/3's done with the cycle and needless to say I have enjoyed it and I think that I have done pretty well during it. Also I finished finals today so Ill have alld ay to fcus on diet now which will be nice. Gotta make a run to bjs tonight though ran out of chicken today.

nice log! i've got a couple bottles socked away, so it's good to see experiences. think i may run one in early july, i'll be off work for two weeks then. good luck with the rest of the cycle.

hey thanks a lot man. yeah this stuff is great Im glad I have 2 more bottles left. probably wont run again until next year but Ive loved it so far. Anyway good luck with your cycle and I cant wait to see how you like it and your results.

Ok sorry I havnt updated for a while just been busy I suppose. Anyway over the last couple of days my strenght has really gone up and I have had some really great workouts. Last night I was weighing in at 211.5 so that is an 11 lb increase from when I started which is pretty great actually. Ill try and give some more updates tomorrow and so forth. tomorrow is shoulder day which I am really looking forward to. This weekend my diet was pretty good except on sunday where I went to the sox game but other than that it was fine. anyway just 6 more days left. I really have experianced no lethargy or anything while on this porudct. At first I got some acne which has cleared up in time. Only real "side effect" is the increase in libido which is actually pretty insane.

ok day 26 today jsut 4 more days after this. Anyway yesterday was shoudler day and I had a real good workout. STarted with rear delts again today so not sure if my shoudler press strength has gone up but my rear delt strength definetly has. In fact by looking in the mirror they seemed to have made the most vivisble progress since starting this product. Today was legs day once again it was a real good day.

Anyway Im up to 214 im pretty sure that most of this is muscle however my waist is looking a little wider but thats ok I can live with that. Like Is aid before my goal is to do a straight bulk until im at 240 so gaining some fat here and there isnt a huge deal to me. However I think I may pick up some sesathin to maybe cut down on this a little. Anyway I have one quick pct question. For the first 2 weeks im gonna be taking 40 mgs of nolva and what I was wondering is should I take it in divided doses of 20 mg or in one big dose at night, im assuming this is the best time to take it. I know I should have asked this earlier but decided to jsut make sure now. thanks

well gents i just took my last dose of ergomax tonight. Kinda crazy to think that its over. I weighed in at 212 today, so im down a little but thats probably just due to the fact that I had an odd weekend and wasnt able to eat as much as normal. Anyway I got exactly what I wanted out of this porudct and I am extrmemly happy with it. Pct will start tomorrow and that will be the true test. i will try to continue to eat as much as possible and hopefully maintain as much weight as possible, my immediate hope is to gain a couple more pounds but we will see. my actual log process wasnt as good as i hoped but for a first review I didnt think it was terrible. Just with finals and stuff it made keeping a log much more difficult. Anyway i will definetly update anyone who's reading this on how my pct goes. Overall I love this porduct and was very satasfied with it. I would love to see how it would work if it was stacked with max lmg. I have 1 bottle of it and 2 of ergomax so perhaps i will eventually try this but now for at least 3 months. Anyway thanks for reading. Also I answered my own nolva question from before. Im just gonna take it all at night.

wow people on my log haha. Anyway pct was really good. I only lost 2 lbs during it and that was mostly water wieght i think. Right now im holding steady at 213(it fluctuates between 209-15) This definetly was an aswesome cycle so psycheed i still have 2 bottles left and may do it again in a few months. ALso might pick up another bottle during the re-selling. Also

My blood pressure defiently was affected during the cycle however but I have combated this with hawthorne i cant remeber the exact readings but it was well above my average. However other than that I really do love this product. only problem i encountered during pct was acne, which with the suppresed estrogen levels is very normal. This product definetly gives great lean gains which of course makes pct much easier. hopefully that answered all your questions
