O/T - Tan through shirts

Hey guys, not sure where else I could ask this, I tried the misc. forum a couple days ago, but somehow 'piitb' isn't going to help.

I work outside a lot and the resort I work at doesn't let us take our shirts off, even if it were 110 degrees out. Anywho, I'm sick of getting 'farmers tans', I know there are shirts that allow the sun rays to pass through the shirt, allowing you to get a tan underneath the shirt. I found some before but they were all golf style shirts. If anyone knows a good T-shirt that does this, it would be appreciated!
